Clean, designed nicely, good location
Gym and restaurant closed, parking inconvenient and expensive, per cost excessive given nothing additional was provided. A lot of money €500+ euros for not much more than a basic stay

On arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room (a suite with river view) was large and with a window seat that my wife fell in love with, watching the world go by. We didn't have time to use the spa which was a pity. There was a rear terrace downstairs with street-side seats (very comfortable) where we had a relaxing drink. As someone who is not a big breakfaster I was pleased to see the menu was a la carte, meaning I did not get charged a huge amount for a breakfast buffet when I didn't want much to eat. The walk to the centre of Bremen was via the river promenade, so very pleasant.
Frankly I don't think much could have been better. There was no evening meal in the restaurant, but that was fine - the front desk gave us a great recommendation (Q1).

The rooms were designed in a modern but comfortable manner
Breakfast was a huge disappointment: 16 euros for a tasteless toaster brioche with eggs florentine. No fruit, nothing. Everything has to be ordered extra and is not included in the price. At the same time the restaurant charges 18 euro for a burger with salad and fries. It just does not add up

Really good location with immediate access to city center, restaurants and tourists areas. Area feels safe, clean and romantic. I was impressed by the design of the room, there were always something new to notice every time i looked around. Devil is in the details :) Rain shower with no doors is sexy, unfortunately I was travelling alone this time. Toaletries are of good quality. Room was with own kitchen are, something that will make your morning very nice from the first minute.
Underground garage with a car lift for 15euro is easy to find and access. But you cannot not park your Tesla Cybertrack or a Camper there, ok for smaller cars.
Nice smell in the corridors, and very good light. All these will make you feel relaxed.
Very strange that there are rooms with no air condition in 4* hotel. It was very warm at night with closed windows, and many noisy pigeons if you open a window. No, it wasn't peaceful overnight, I felt tired next morning.
Sauna closes at 10 p.m. I mean it is too early.
Walking through a corridors you can hear people watching TV or speaking in other rooms. I mean you can recognize what they were saying! I could hear my neighbors even inside the room.
TV in the room didn't work.

Location was perfect - only 5mins from the riverside bars and restaurants and 10-15mins from the market place.
Room fab, kept immaculately and the staff were lovely. We loved the cool basement pool and sauna too!
It was a shame their bar wasn’t open in the evenings - we used it one afternoon but didn’t see it open at night whilst we were there. Not a huge issue with all the others around though.

I loved everything about this hotel. I stayed for two nights, and I could have stayed longer. From my first interaction to my last, all of the lovely employees were nothing but friendly and helpful. A particular shout out to Nora who was extremely helpful with recommendations, directions and telling me about the history of the artifacts around the hotel.
The spa facilities are super and I had an amazing massage with Sonia. I was very relaxed afterwards 😌.
Location wise, it's within walking distance of many beautiful attractions, lots of restaurants and places to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.

Staff so friendly loved the room been a short but great trip

Sauna was never on. The pool was either dirty or with a lot of chlorine that I got a serious skin infection.
4.3
perfect staff attitude! very friendly and helpful
breakfast would be better in form of buffet, as we think there is more wastage as you get a huge amount of food which you not necessary finish up

Position is amazing.
The swimming pool and spa area is great, with a nice sauna and all needed to enjoy it.
The hotel is a 4 star S category. I am confident the main rooms and suits are up to this standard. Unfortunately, it is not clear at booking time that the “apartment” option is in a different category. It is large enough, but design and equipment are very basic (and the bathroom sink is within the room itself). It is also in a different and older part of the building. Most importantly, the room has never been cleaned during our three nights stay. Trash bin was full, bathroom products were emptying. Some towels were changed only when we asked at the reception. Maybe this is part of the apartment booking (but to my knowledge it is not written anywhere) or maybe it was just laziness since the apartment needed some stairs to be reached. There is also no sign to put on the door to interact with the cleaning crew and nobody has ever knocked in case we were still in the room when they needed to clean it. Also no information is available inside the room regarding services, hours, etc.

Absolutely amazing welcoming staff at the reception. Very convenient location to walk to all main sightseeing places.
SPA area is well decorated and worth a visit.
4.3
The spa area was quite nice,
entrance with key-card 24/7
Old-town and most of the sights are within 10min walking distance
If you shower, the floor of the barhroom is wet all over
No wifi in spa
Coffee cozld be better ;-)
4.3
Nice and comfortable hotel at a good location.
Small attentions to the overall experience, eg. using fragrance sticks on every floor.
type of pillow was too soft, no other options.
4.3
Very centric. Very good breakfast, really liked the Junior suite we had. And for us that really like to come in from the freezing cold Christmas market, the sauna and spa at basement was 10/10
We got a room first with no view, inside facing atrium, that was not so nice. but we where lucky and there was other rooms available.

most beautiful brunette I’ve ever seen in reception

Funky layout, cool and friendly staff and excellent breakfast

Great Facilities and very friendly staff. Nice modern and comfy rooms.
View and some tech issues. The Wellness facilities, pool, sauna and room more than made of it.
4.3
Nice Design, good location, friendly staff.
Light switches tricky, some not working properly.
Safe didn't work.
4.3
Amazing breakfast 🥞 easy to reach by tram from the train station.

We were delighted with this hotel. We came to Bremen for a conference and were very pleasantly surprised by both the town and the hotel. We had a comfort double, room 43, with a river view. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The spa was the best I have ever seen in a small hotel, lovely and warm and with lots of very comfy beds, we didn't want to leave! There were also a few seating areas to chill out. There was a gym which looked good, but we didn't have time to use it. The hotel is within close proximity to town including lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Excellent stay, we shall certainly try to return!
The only slight issues were that the safe was too small for our laptops and with the shower being open to the room, no door, the room did get a bit steamed up after we'd used the shower. This was easily remedied by opening the window slightly, so not a major problem, but the room was big enough that a door could have been fitted perhaps.
4.3
lovely comfortable room and fabulous spa.
4.3
Breakfast was very expensive for what it included.
The sauna wasn’t working, the double bed had 2 single duvets rather than one double and the room was very hot and had no air conditioning.
4.3
Everything. Beautiful, spacious and well cleaned room with a wonderful view on the river. The bed was really comfortable. The spa section with sauna and swimming pool was really great. Good service and helpful personal.
We liked everything. maybe the breakfast a la carte was not worth the money. 30 euros per person is way too much for any kind of breakfast and this was nothing out of ordinary.
