Modern and exceptionally clean. Friendly helpful team throughout the hotel, who made us feel very welcome, ideal location and whilst it was lively during the day and evening our nights there were very quiet and peaceful. Best stay I’ve had in Ruhpolding so far. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Extreamly clean, comfortale, very pretty hotel. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Service very polite and helpful.
Food in the restaurant could be slightly better. Breakfast very tasty.
No airconditioning, or it did't work.

My wife had a birthday during our stay and we were surprised that the staffs actually know about it and they provided a greeting card and gift.
The pillow is abit too soft for us.

Friendly, clean and good location. Food very good.
English menu needs changing.

The location was perfect and we had a great view from the balcony. The apartment was really big for two persons. The building had an elevator and the bathroom was quite big (with bath tub and shower), which makes it also a good room for people with disabilities.
The interior has it's own charme, but it definetely had another target group than us. The furniture looked rather traditional and reminded me of visiting my grandparents. The view was a bit blocked by many neighboring houses.

Very nice breakfast, lovely apartment, old fashioned but it had charm. Lovely location.
Pillows !!! Pillows !!! Pillows !!!
ridiculous things that collapsed like candy floss when you put your head on them, never experienced anything like it.

Breakfast was more than acceptable…big variety. Location - excellent. With a little gravel there are plenty of things to do and see. The staff ..from reception to the ladies who looked after our room each day ..were so lovely…so efficient. Pleasant and friendly every day for the 7 days we were there. We ate at the restaurant every night….and wow, what a variety. More than enough to choose from. The waiters….full of personality..and wit. Good fun. A wonderful place to stay…we,ll certainly be back …do have our Junior Suite again. Thanks to the management …thanks to everyone. X
There wasn,t anything at all….that we didn,t like. It was PERFECT. X

We loved the wide variety of breakfast options. The location was quiet but also right in the heart of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. We had a one bedroom flat across the street from the main building. Parking was not an issue.
There was a traffic jam at the coffee machine in the morning. I didn’t enjoy the huge down square pillows on our bed. I just like regular sized rectangular pillows for sleeping. During the Perchten parade, the hotel parking lot was full of parade visitors and didn’t have room for paying hotel guests.

Substantial apartment across the road from the hotel, attentive staff, clean and airy, even had a gentleman's urinal in the apartments toilet 😃. Good spa, swimming pool and outdoor Zen garden. Good breakfast.
Unsecure parking adjacent to Hotel.

The family and the team at the Zur Post were brilliant very friendly. My wife had a birthday during our stay and had the breakfast table set out with some fizz and a card. Breakfast was fab, whole stay was great. We will be back in the summer.

Thank you zur Post for looking after us so well. Especially the restaurant staff. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was lavish

Our bavarian style appartaments were very spacious and cozy. The huge balcony had a view to the mountains. The hotel restaurant serves tasty national food at favourable prices. It is the perfect spot to start tours to Berchstegaden and the border of Austria is also nearby.
When the price of accommodation is 150 euros per day, there is an expectation that the garbage would be taken out once a week. At the breakfast the sole warm food were eggs and omelette.

Plentiful continental breakfast, good choice of cheese, cured meats.
Well my shower did not work and the bath took an age to fill. I told receptionist, she said surely you don’t need a shower this late. I took it in jest and said repair it for the next guests.

From the pictures on the website I thought the single room would be modern. But I had an old-style room, which was ok but should be advertised in advance.

We stay only one night hence not too much to say. Room amazing big, showers comfortable and very nice location
Maybe breakfast was a bit understanding compared to the rest of the offer

A 'room with the balcony' turned out to be an entire appartement, which was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which was excellent. The vegetarian dishes were innovative and very tasty. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The appartement was in an annexed building without room service, which meant running in the rain across the street to get my first morning coffee. There is a kitchen in the appartement, but staying for one night only we did not come equipped.
