L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est bien entretenu et a beaucoup de charme. Le personnel est aux petits-soins. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est soigneux.

The hotel is in the centre of Baden-Baden and just a minutes walk to some of the restaurants and bars that are there. The breakfast was basic but there was enough to choose from. Our room was quite spacious, clean, bed sheets felt very clean and fresh and the bed was very comfy.
Our room was very warm and there was no fan in the room.

Not much to be said here
I had a HORRIBLE experience in this hotel. First, I was put in a room which had a window view on a wall literally. Second, I had a car and the hotel was asking upon arrival for 15 Euros to park my car in their garage overnight and during the next day. Why do they ask for extra money from guests for parking? I dont understand. I was fined by the local police just for parking in front of the hotel for 10 min. The stuff was super unhelpful and cold towards me. They did not offer help to clear the situation and asked me to manage on my own and call the administration on my own a d that the fine will be deleted "ON ITS OWN". They consider their guests as idiots. I have sent them an Email to ask if they can contact the police or do anything about it. I did not get an answer at all. The receptionist was saying whatever, to calm me during the check out so that other guests do not hear about what happened to me and the treatment I received. I felt a stranger in this place. It was super unwelcoming, unfriendly and coldhearted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Everything was great. We received the best room in the hotel - upper floor, big room with good heating, fridge and kettle. And it was exactly what we needed. We ordered one night, the second night was out of Baden Baden and the third night here again. So, the hotel offered us to leave our luggage in the room. Free of charge. We left our belongings and came back to the same room after the event in Basel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious in the nice atmosphere. Always natural roses on the tables. Rain umbrellas for guests use. Extra towels were provided for Caracalla visit. Bathrobes are available for rent. The best location in Baden Baden. Great value for money. Thank you very much, Katia, and other girls. 😀
I like everything.

Nice vintage interior and quiet room, big bathroom. Amazing breakfast and staff, receptionist speaks English, Russian and German. Perfect location, near old town, Caracalla SPA and bus stop from where you can get to Merkurbergbahn.
Shower head was stuck in low position. Had to climb stairs to enter (could be an issue for a person with disability).

great location, great staff. breakfast was superb, very nice breakfast room, great variety of food. Staff is helpful and very polite.
Something is not right with their water system. While taking shower you cannot make temperature constant, temps are changing deliberately constantly from burning hot to ice cold and nothing you can do about it. it is hard to take shower since all of a sudden water changes temperature to burning hot and you have to jump out of shower and wait until it will change yo warm and then it will drop to a cold.

We stayed one night in one of the air-conditioned rooms, which was a hit, because it was quite hot outside. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a paid, covered parking a couple of minutes away by foot (Vincenti) but you can park in front of the hotel to load/unload your bags. The Caracalla spa is just around the corner. It's also very well located to visit the other main spots of Baden-Baden.
The hotel was a bit outdated, but clean.
