Das Personal inkl. der Chefin ist Verbesserungswürdig

Das Zimmer war sauber und der Zimmerservice war gut. Die Lage ist "Gut"

Das Frühstück, jeden Tag "Aufback"-Gebäck am 5. Tag aßen wir nur noch Brot. Das gesamte Personal außer die Zimmerreinigungsfrau war sehr unfreundlich.

Per chi cerca la tranquillità.

Struttura carina che internamente assomiglia ad una nave. Posizione vicina al lago con belle camminate. Ottima la colazione con buon ristorante. Parcheggio gratuito. Personale gentile.

Brutta la moquette in camera. La stanza era ben fornita, ma priva di condizionatore. Faceva un caldo terribile, e su nostra richiesta ci hanno fornito un ventilatore. Prezzo della camera troppo esagerato tenendo presente che il paesino di Moos non offriva nulla.

Tolles Gasthaus, mit sehr freundlichem Personal, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt am Bodensee

Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze, Zimmer freundlich, sauber, Ausstattung sehr gut. Ansprechendes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Schöne freundlich eingerichtet Unterkunft mit zu hellhörige n Zimmern

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die ruhige Lage

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Und man hört jeden Schritt wenn jemand im Zimmer darüber läuft. Da im Zimmer darüber jemand anscheinend Schlafprobleme hatte, sind wir die letzte Nacht um drei aufgewacht und konnten lange nicht mehr ein schlafen, da wir das knarren der Dielenboden gehört haben.

Nice and comfortable place to stay

Perfect place to stay around Constantz lake! Large and warm apartment with 2 separate dorms, a comun living space and large balcony. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, very good breakfast with local/traditional choices and free parking place. Walking distance to ponton and lake view points.

Good location, with a view of the lake from the balcony.

The mattress was rather firm and only one flat pillow was available. On internet site, it stated that VISA was an acceptable method of payment, but when checking out, the hotel was not set up to accept VISA.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast in the morning and there is a secure room to store you bicycle. Room was very comfortable. Overall the hotel is excellent but it is quite expensive.

There is limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant but it is quite expensive.

Exceptional

After an awkward start because there did not appear a way to check-in, we called the host who confirmed our reservation and gave us a code to receive our key. After that was one good surprise after another. The room was fresh and clean, and the restaurant and breakfast was the best we have had on this trip.

This hotel was as enjoyable the second time as it was during our previous visit.

The rooms were nice and large enough. The breakfast was plentiful and good. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and enjoyed it. The hotel is located a short drive from a very nice beach in the next town.

In very hot weather fans should be provided without having to ask for them. With automated check-in, the process works well enough, but does not allow for any special requests.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location.

Great location in a small village. Very convenient for traffic free bike routes around lake Konstanz. Safe and secure storage for our e-bikes and the ability to charge overnight. Confortable bed and very clean. Delicious, reasonably priced food in the popular restaurant.

NO SERVICE AT ALL

the place is clean the breakfast is good

NO service at all. We made our reservation on booking and choose this place because there is a restaurant. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday but we are not inform in booking. we arrived at 17 and the door was closed no one to receive us just a box with a number to give you a key with no indication in which building is your room(there are 4 building) For the breakfast is the weather refuse to give us a table in front of the window. I was very surprised because all the table of the same size for seats. I asked to print a document and no one was able to do it and the same waiter when I want to pay blame me because I don’t remember the price I’ve already seen on booking. They offer me a bottle of wine for apologies and you can’t understand I refuse this gift.

Superb

Spacious, quiet and very clean room, great location close to the lake, big selection for continental-style breakfast, friendly staff

Value for money is not exactly great, probably because of the low competition in the vicinity, but overall happy with my stay

Good breakfast, clean and friendly but with limited access to the lake

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of options. The restaurant had nice food and offered outdoor dining. There are a few buildings, the double in the Fischerhaus was very good. The single in Gaestehaus Sabrina was okay. The rooms must have been recently renovated. The location is great for birdwatchers or people with boats because of the reedy foreshore and the local yacht club is adjacent to the hotel. Only a short drive to Radolfzell.

The single room in Gaestehaus Sabrina had a rather short single bed and the room under the roof was quite hot at the end of the day. Unfortunately there was not even a small bar fridge to keep anything refrigerated. Access to the lake is very limited because much of the foreshore is a reed area.

Passable

a great location. Easy access to boats and other places worth seeing. Most 40 minutes drive any direction. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice and helpful. The room was nicely specious.

Relatively thin walls and a super small TV. Not possible to enjoy watching anything on that. The staff was working very hard, but you dont get the impression from the owners that they car about your stay.
