Our stay was short but enjoyable and relaxing

The breakfast was amazing! Room was quite comfortable and clean. The spa was excellent! We enjoyed walking around the property; good location away from the crowds

Clean, organised, beautiful and relaxing. Nice and friendly staff

Pillows covers and bed sheets were not replaced in full clean after three days. I expected them to be replaced. Minor suggestion: A dimmable light is missing, it is handy when you have sleeping children at room.

Comfort, Relaxation, and Beauty

The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the thermal pools. The bistro had reasonable prices with good food. Margaret Island is a relaxing place to stay in November. It was lovely to soak in the thermal water and watch the beautiful trees with autumn colours and leaves falling. The air in Budapest felt cleaner on Margaret Island than in other places in the city. The room was good value for the experience.

Undvik hotellet om det möjligt ta den andra Ensana Thermal hotellet istället.

Personalen som var i receptionen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Rummet var smutsig, lång ljushår och fläckar på dörren, det var en matta som luktade och jag fick på en gång husta av dammet som kan ha funnits i. Luftkonditioneringen gav inte mycket svalare luft knappt var rensat på minst ett år enligt hur den såg ut och knappt gick den.

מלון יפה ומפואר, אבל די ישן. דרוש שיפוץ… המלון ממוקם באי מרגיט המקסים! מסעדה טובה וספא מצויין.. יש צורך לעבור למלון הסמוך בכדי להגיע לבריכות ולספא. החדרים מרווחים ונעימים. סה״כ נהנינו.

Nous trouvons que l'hôtel ne vaut pas son prix, attention à la propreté des chambres.

- le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon (plusieurs choix entre le salé et le sucré) - le spa et le centre de bien-être (malgré le prix excessif des massages et des soins) : le spa n'a jamais été bondé et il a été très facile de réserver des massages/soins. - l'environnement calme et reposant de l'île Marguerite : l'hôtel est entouré d'arbres et il est à proximité des thermes Palatinus. Il faut compter environ 15 minutes en voiture pour aller dans le centre-ville. - la façade de l'hôtel

- le service : à notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits doubles collés l'un à l'autre. Le réceptionniste nous a dit de revenir le lendemain pour "peut-être" changer de chambre. Impossible d'être notifiés par la réception si la bonne chambre se libère. - la propreté : le ménage, malgré une demande "full cleaning" chaque jour, la chambre n'a jamais été correctement nettoyée (pas de changement des draps/oubli de serviettes/pas d'aspirateur passé/toiles d'araignée/tâches sur les draps et serviettes), - la salle de bain était humide : nous avons vu des petits poissons d'argent - la climatisation ne marchait plus à certains moments de la journée, impossible de contrôler la température. Il faisait très chaud la nuit dans la chambre.

היה נהדר.

מיקום המלון נהדר מצד אחד משקיף על הדנובה וצד אחר על הירוק המהמם. מלון נקי ויפהפה , הספא היה נפלא וגם הטיפולים שקיבלנו. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נפלאה במגוון רחב. לסיכום מקום נהדר ומומלץ.

יחס של איש אחד שעבד בקבלה, שהתברבר בחשבון וקילל (במקרה משהו שהבנתי)עד שהגיע מישהו אחר ופתר את הבעיה.

A Horrendous Stay at Ensana Grand Margaret Island I recently stayed at Ensana Grand Margaret Island in Budapest and felt utterly deceived by the exorbitant price I paid for a 3-night stay. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted with a horrendous smell, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Despite repeatedly calling the hotel staff and informing the reception via WhatsApp chat (see attached screenshot), no one responded or took any action. The hotel staff was incredibly unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns. The breakfast was another major letdown. Although there were numerous options, the food quality was abysmal—mostly processed and nearing its expiry date. Nothing was fresh. This experience left me extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and choose one of the many better options in the city. Avoid Ensana Grand Margaret Island at all costs!

It was okay but I would not go back.

It was a clean facility. Good cleaning of the rooms even if we asked for no cleaning.

There were no lactosfree yohurt but they had some kind of milk for the coffee. The coffee was watery and cold. The service when I asked for yoghurt was poor. No one could pop out to pick up lactosfree yoghurt for me, even if we were staying for 4 days. The thermal water is not really thermal water. It is mixed up with regular water. I wrote tge hotel in advance to make sure we would not get a room were there had been a dog before because I'm allergic, they asked me to upgrade. If I wanted a room were I could be sure there had been no dogs I had to upgrade to the most expensive room. Or ask the staff when I check in. When I got to the hotel to check in he looked at me like I was an idiot. First he didn't answer me, I asked him again and he mumbled that he didn't think there had been any dogs in the room he was giving us. Service minded! Do you not know the your customers are you bread and water.

Welcoming spa hotel in perfect surroundings

Very nice old-style hotel located on beautiful Margaret Island in Budapest. Perfect for relaxing holiday. Rooms spatious, clean and comfortable with large windows overlooking the park, bathroom more modern and updated - excellent shower. Underground tunnel to spa facilities and thermal pools next door open 7-21h. Bathrobes and towels provided, no extra charges. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Parking in front of the hotel. Easy to get around and to the centre by public transport (bus 26 stops just behind the hotel). Hotel staff helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

Wifi a bit slow. A/C in room could be updated (imagine this would be an issue in the summer, but in the fall it was no problem - just left the windows open).

Vše OK, super welnes i snídaně, do centra se lze dostat za solidní cenu Boltem.

Otravné emaily, zprávy na whatsApp , které mi přicházely každý den z Hotelu několikrát. Jak se na mě těší, jak jsem se vyspinkal, jestli něco nepotřebuji. Když něco potřebuji, tak zajdu na recepci i bez emailu.

Spa området trænger til en opjustering, og personalet kontrollerer ikke at gæsterne går direkt i thermo pools uden at vaske sig først, og de varme pools kan udvikle mange bakterier og sygdom for gæsterne, så det kan ikke anbefales at bor her. Endvidere var restauranten efter morgenmaden. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse

Prunkvoll übernachten im Herzen Budapests!

Tolle Lage auf der Margareteninsel. Therme durch Keller erreichbar. Prunkvoll gestaltetes, sehr großes Familienzimmer. Frühstück in Ordnung - nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger. Gerne wieder!

Margaret island for thermal bath

The location on the island is great, you can go running, visit the fountain, little zoo and many more. Hotel spa is nice, you have to go through the tunnel to the neighboring hotel, but it was fun. The dinner in the neighboring Ensana hotel is great buffe. We enjoyed it.

The room is large, but smelled like cigarette smoke and felt filthy (room nbr 361). We put the sign "proper cleaning" on the door and it was just quick room refresh. The breakfast is ok, however the coffee machines were old and coffee not good, the plates were most of the time empty. The surroundings of the hotel, and hotel corridors need proper cleaning and decluttering and organizing. Exceeding furniture, hoses, tables ...
