Très bonne situation avec les transports (métro, tram, bus) au pied de l'hôtel.

L'accueil, la qualité du matelas, le petit déjeuner et la convivialité de l'espace bar-brasserie.

Les revêtements de sol sont datés. L'aico pas très silencieuse.

Hotel Frumpy.

Good location, bar is nice, staff pleasant. The revolving door was malfunctioning most of our time there, causing people to get stuck. Finally, they stopped it and switched to the auto-opening doors to just walk through.

Stayed here at the end of April and outside temps were between 25-29celcius. Air-conditioning was not on in the building! Only re-circulated air making it extremely hot in the room. Windows were locked and had to be opened by reception. Rooms were quite small (which is to be expected in Europe) but at the same time, this particular Mercure property has seen better days and is overdue for a refit. The exterior is tired looking and the room fit and finish is quite budget. Your money is likely better spent elsewhere.

Very pleasant staying

The location was very good. Not far from the city center. The rooms was clean and quiet.

The additional sofa wasn't comfortable.

Pleasant stay

Location was very good. All attractions were in good reach. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good.

Rooms and corridors were not as such as expected. Bathroom fan and fridge were broken. Carpet was too old. Corridors were not welcoming. I was offered with bit dull, small, top floor, slanted ceiling rooms which was far away from pictures. Shower cabin was very small.

Uncomfortablee to not having AC at night

The location is geeat

Staff was not friendly. The hotel does not provide air conditioning on certain times of the year making it exi uncomfortable. They offered to open the windows but the street outside was noisy so made it hard ti sleep.

Location was perfect. However for the price, the room was small especially the bathroom. Plus the heater in our room wasn't working but they provided us with a portable heater.

The location was strategic but my Family member got mugged outside the hotel by 2 Fake Police

The room was good and spacious, beyond our expectations

The hospitality and language barrier. Most of the cleaning staffs do not speak English. When we asked to send conditioner, they send air-conditioner handy man instead. And some were not warm and a bit grumpy. What I don't like the most is that we were not given iron and iron board in our room. This is the most important facility for any hotel especially Work/Professional traveller. I have travelled to most countries and hotels either big or small, and they will provide iron and iron board. It was a hassle to iron in a secluded place with all our clothes. Very inconvenient!

Good location. Clean. Lobby smelt divine. Friendly and helpful staff. They provide shampoo/shower gel and hand soap.

The pillows weren't comfortable. Bed wasn't comfy either. Not enough towels. No flexibility for checking out an hour later (They charge 10EUR for each hour after check out which is at 12pm). Small room/bathroom.

the front desk personal staff was polite , but no one helped us to find out the truth about an expensive missing / probably stolen object . we had to go to the police for it
