Vynikajúci hotel, ktorý spĺňa všetky potrebné kritériá.

Hotel je vynikajúcou voľbou tak pre rodiny, ako aj pre biznis. Izby sú priestranné, čisté, s dobrým vybavením. Vnútorné átrium je veľmi atraktívne a vytvára akési uzavreté námestie. Hotel tak pôsobí mimoriadne priestranne, vzdušne. Hotel má zároveň širokú škálu gastronomický možností, od šport baru cez výbornú reštauráciu až po štýlový rooftop bar. Raňajkový výber bol tiež nadštandardný. Zároveň vnímam veľmi pozitívne aj možnosť bezproblémového parkovania priamo na mieste v podzemnej garáži. Hoci je hotel umiestnený na začiatku Karlína v nie príliš - samo o sebe - atraktívnej lokalite, je len "na krok" od rušnej nákupnej triedy, pričom do srdca historického centra je to pešo tak 10 - 15 minút.

Nesklamalo nás vôbec nič. Hotel hodnotíme mimoriadne pozitívne. Na prvý pohľad môže pôsobiť lokalita nie úplne atraktívne, ale to je veľmi klamlivé. Hotel j len "na krok" od rušnej nákupnej triedy, pričom do srdca historického centra je to pešo tak 10 - 15 minút.

Personel recepcji oceniam absolutnie negatywnie. Nie są pomocni, wręcz bywają złośliwi. Na pewno nie pomogą ci rozwiązać problemu jeśli będziesz jakiś miał. Negatywne oceny , które możesz przeczytać w opiniach, wydawać by się mogło, o hotelu najwyższej klasy , nie są przesadzone! Hilton w Pradze psuje renomę marki, i na pewno nie polecam tego miejsca! After 2 weeks: Your answer is an explanation of the hotel employee's job position, but not a solution to the situation. You have offered absolutely no solution or attempt to help other than almost literally kicking my family out of the hotel. Your explanations lead to the conclusion that in Prague, if the staff does not want to be helpful, they become rude and not friendly to tourists (this is how you treated us). But, dear Hilton employees, you are forgetting that you work for the Hilton family, and that is not how they built the legendary brand !!! Cancellation of the booking by the hotel and a refund after receiving a negative review is fine and thanks for the gesture. It is a pity that I did not enjoy my stay in Prague.

Klimaanlage bläst genau ins Bett, WC so klein dass man kaum rein kommt, endlose eintönige Gänge, Parkhaus ohne vorbestimmbare Ausfahrtszeit (nur 15 Minuten. nach Zahlung) , zugesagte Booking Leistungen wurden nicht gewährt, Fenstbänke und Tisch verdreckt, Fußtechnisch schlechte Anbindung zur City, ….

Gutes Business Hotel in direkter Lage

Die gute Lage und Nähe zur Metro. Hilton bietet einen sehr standardisierte Service. Grosse Zimmer mit einer guten Ausstattung. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Die Freundlichkeit beim Ein- und Ausschenken könnte besser sein. Anstatt den Gast zurecht zu weisen, wäre es besser, wenn man dem Gast entgegen kommt.

חדרים קטנים,חשוכים ,אין מראת גוף ,אין מכונת קפה,חדר ישן עובדי קבלה עם יחס מזלזל ,דמי פיקדון 80 יורו לכל לילה המסופים לא עבדו בצ׳ק אין וגם בצ׳ק אווט לכן עדיין לא הוחזר הפיקדון בעת העזיבה אין חלון בחדר יש חלון לתוך פנים המלון החדר חנוק

Lokalizacja i sam obiekt. Na plus bistro 24h.

Śniadanie ciągle to samo ale dobre. Sky bar powinien być otwarty w ciągu dnia bo to mocna wizytówka hotelu co do widoku a nie skorzystaliśmy i jestem mocno zniesmaczona. 😡

Sehr schönes hotel von innen

von innen sieht es sehr besonders schön aus

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich während meiner Anwesenheit mit 2 verschieden Kunden gekümmert obwohl sie jetzt sich mit meinem checkin kümmern sollte. Außerdem wollte ich da einchecken an der Rezeption hat sie mir empfohlen über BOOKING.com zu buchen wegen meiner Kreditkarte oder ich habe auch nicht verstanden. Und es sieht so aus als ob sie versucht mit Gewalt zu lächeln das merkt man. Neben mir waren noch 2 Damen(Gäste) bei denen hat sie sich auch komisch verhalten.(als ob sie gezwungen wird zu lächeln oder jemand sie dort gegen ihren willen arbeiten lässt)

friendly and helpful staff, also with regards to my sons allergies. clean room.

the room temperature. this was to warm and we weren’t able to adjust. Also because we had a room on the inner side of the hotel, we didn’t had any fresh air during the night. no free WiFi and no free tv

Best stay ever so far

It was so clean and just beautiful! The staff were so friendly and always charming with smile on their faces. The bed and pillows were great. The building is a wow factor! Our room was amazing!

Being smooth was not the strong part. At breakfast, when I just finished my plate, still chewing and they just took it all without asking and I didn’t get any new cutlery. The choices at breakfast were good but less than lower star rated hotels in Prague. Room cleaning did barely knock and just went in our room. It felt awkward. Pool was ok, no guards watching on and off. One reason because of the pandemic but another because there were youths behaving lound, splashing, jumping and causing irritation among others.

I can't believe this is a 5 star hotel. What a complete 3 star dump. Old dated, noisy, no bar of soap, no hair dryer, powder eggs, poor quality hotel that barely qualifies for a 3 star. They should instantly be striped of one star

Not drinkable tap water (heavy chlorid smell) or enough replacement (just 2x 0,5l bottles for two person per day). Sadly annoyed personal when having questions (Concierge and cleaning personal). No WLAN service at the room. Breakfast für 29€/day per person is not worth the selection.

Hotel bardzo ładny ale po ilości gwiazdek spodziewałabym się m.in. większej czystości

Obsługa na powitaniu na plus. Ogród na plus.

Przy sprzątaniu (pobyt kilkudniowy)zabrano nam ręczniki i kubki i nie uzupełniono na czyste. Tym samym cała rodzina została o 1 kubku oraz 1 dużym ręczniku. Poziom czystości średni-zakurzona powierzchnia stolików oraz ramy łóżka. Łazienka odbiega wizualnie od pokoju ( przydałby się remont-brzydkie wytarte dno wanny!!!) jak zwykle brak chusteczek. Śniadanie średnie- w hotelu tej samej sieci o mniejszej ilości gwiazdek (również w stolicy europejskiej) bardziej urozmaicone pod względem dań na ciepło. Oplata depozytowa również na minus.Mimo, ze jestem członkiem HH brak jakichkolwiek przywilejów.

כלום ושום דבר קזינו ברמה הכי ירודה שראיתי בחיים הזמנו חדר לארבע וקיבלנו חדר רגיל אם שתי ספות שנפתחות לזוגית ממש לא נוח אין לי מושג איך המלון הזה קיבל 5כוכבים ( יש לצין ששילמנו עוד 4000 שקל בשביל סויטה וגם היא לא כזאת ברמה

Het hotel is uitgerust met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf.

Ik miste toch echt een fatsoenlijke koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. Ik drink thuis geen instant koffie, dan ook niet in een hotel. Je hebt de mogelijkheid tot koffie in de lobby (Nespresso), maar als hotelgast betaal je daar omgerekend een goede €3,50 voor. Dan is de prijs-kwaliteit voor mij niet meer in verhouding. Ik heb bij ‘mindere hotels’ overnacht, die de naam niet dragen. Waar je gewoon een net koffiezetapparaat hebt op de kamer met heerlijke koffie.

Frühstück hätte im 5 Sternehotel auch Lachs und heiße Schokolade beinhalten können.

Saunanutzung war schlecht. Niemand hält sich an Saunaregeln. Es werden keine Handtücher untergelegt. Getränke und Handys werden mit in die Sauna genommen....

Très bel hôtel pour couples ou affaires

Belle construction, personnel nombreux et disponible. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place et même dans la chambre. Plutôt bon.

Si vous réservez le petit déjeuner en même temps que votre chambre, les prix sont accessibles. Mais j' ai commis l'erreur de ne pas les réserver. Le prix est alors très elevé. 32 euros par personne, même pour un enfant de 12 ans ! Quand on est en famille pour plusieurs jours, cela représente un gros budget ! Et aucune négociation possible sur place... Par ailleurs, très belle piscine mais seulement pour les adultes... C'est donc un très bel hôtel, mais sans grand intérêt pour les familles avec enfants.

Das Frühstück war super umfangreich und die Angestellten immer sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Decken vielleicht ein bisschen groß aber sehr bequem. Es war nicht so hellhörig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Extra Toilette war sehr angenehm.

Das es für den Fön im Bad keine Steckdose gab. Und der Spiegel im Zimmer, wo man sich hätte fönen können, war zugestellt mit Stehlampe und einem schweren Tisch. Das war extrem umständlich. Preise für Minibar waren nicht ersichtlich. Beim Checkout haben wir uns über den Preis der kleinen Chipstüte sehr erschrocken und die Parkgebühr für die Tiefgarage mit über 30 Euro pro Tag sind auch extrem hoch für die Lage des Hotels.

Парни на мойке на паркенге помогли решить вопрос с детским автокроссом. Отдельное спасибо за это. У отеля очень вкусные завтраки. Месторасположение позволяет добраться до любых достопримечательностей в кратчайшее время. Порадовало наличие зарядных станций для машины и наличие подземного паркинг.

В номере было холодно и сначала не работал термостат. Но позже обратились в обслуживание номеров и термостат включили. Но теплее уже в день выезда. Удивило отсутствие какой либо шторки в душе. Крайне не удобно принимать душ.

A excepción del baño, está bien

La ubicación esta bien pero no está en el centro, hay que coger un taxi para ir hacia la zona turística. El hotel tiene varios restaurantes, una bar en la ultima planta y un casino, te puedes divertir cuando la ciudad ya no tiene que hacer. El desayuno carísimo y normal

La habitación era amplia pero el baño es el mas pequeño e incómodo en el que he estado nunca, el lavabo me llegaba a la altura de la mitad del muslo y la bañera era altísima por lo que era incluso peligroso entrar en ella. El espacio ridículo, la puerta abría hacia fuera porque hacia dentro no cabía. Si ves la foto, la bañera y el lavabo estan casi a la misma altura. La habitación de mis hijos era peor, el inodoro estaba en un cubículo que apenas cabías y el lavabo y la bañera en otro separado igual de minúsculo. No entiendo ese minúsculo tamaño cuando la habitación si es amplia y comoda, aunque oscura, no entiendo la moda de poner luces tenues solamente, ni te ves para maquillarte, en el baño no cabes

A great comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel was spot on. Really like the pool and spa area. The bar was great with really friendly staff. Also, very easy and fast to get a taxi outside into town.
