Good Hotel at safe location

Clean rooms. I had to change my room on the 1st day of visit due to plumbing issue in washbasin. But the staff was extremely was very helpful and ensured that my room change was very quick and hassle free. The new room was on the higher floor and was extremely beautiful and clean. Location is great and have many good food joint near by. Breakfast was delicious and you have multiple options to choose from.

Bar on the ground floor can be very noisy but if you are on the higher floor, it doesn't bother you.

Höchstenfalls für Techno Freaks oder Partgänger jeglicher Couleur interessant

Zentrale Lage, sehr nette und kompetente Concierges,

..zäher Check-in Prozess, offensichtliche Probleme im Nachvollziehen der Buchung, schwierige Kommunikation in Englisch, Room Service erst um 18:00 Uhr abgeschlossen, offensichtlicher Schimmelbefall in der Dusche nur um die wesentlichen Dinge zu nennen. Als ein letzten Punkt zur Lage ist eine Cocktailbar neben dem Hotel zu nennen, die an einem Freitagabend um 22 Uhr beginnend bis Samstag früh um 5 Uhr eine Techno Party feierte, während der an Schlaf nicht zu denken war, das gleiche dann am nächsten Abend nochmals mit verkürztem Zeitraum aber dennoch schlafraubend…

Llegué a la hora de ingreso y no tenían mi habitación disponible. Me hicieron esperar 2 horas y me cambiaron mi habitación por otra de menor rango.

Volvería sin pensarlo

La ubicacion es muuyyy buena, tiene la ventaja de tener parqueo sin costo adicional y la habitacion es amplia, comoda , bonita y el baño es muy agradable. Toda la habitación es muy confortable

El aire acondicionado no permite regular la temperatura y la fijan en 23 grados , lo cual era muy caliente para nostros y teniamos que dormir sin ninguna manta, como llegabamos tarde y cansados no queriamos esperar a que llegara mantenimiento.

La habitación estaba en mal estado, el baño no servía y aunque se reportó a mantenimiento no quedó reparado, no tenía las sillas solo la mesa, la jabonera se calló y la bandera de México está en mal estado.

Nice location in Mexico City

The hotel had a big room and it was very clean. The location was great, it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

It's a very corporate hotel, not very "homey" or cozy, but otherwise, it was great!

Key location. Good for a weekend if you’re planning to be out and about and want to be close to heat food and bars.

Staff were super nice especially first floor bar/restaurant manager

Dated. Carpets were dirty in hallways and fairly strong septic smell from drain in shower that made the room stink. Rooms were done over so looks like some updates are happening. WiFi was trash.

Decepcion y estafa

El desayuno muy completo y sólo el personal de ese servicio es lo rescatable y aceptable

Mala atención del personal de recepción( poco atentos, ni siquiera son capaces de saludar), limpieza del hotel insuficiente (recepcion, ascensores, habitaciones), falta de implementos de aseo en las habitaciones, debes reiteradas ocasiones solicitarlas.Además que no hay una horario establecido, limpian a la hora que alguien del personal puede. Por la versión del mismo personal son muy pocas personas para atender muchas habitaciones de salida, tuvimos más de 2 días que llegamos a las 6pm y la habitacion no estaba lista. Hospedan a promociones de jóvenes que hacen bulla, corren por los pasillos y eso a las 3 o 4 de la mañana nos es aceptable. Llamamos a recepcion sin ninguna respuesta positiva. Lamentablemente Habíamos pagado desayuno por 10 días y hubieron como 4 que debíamos salir más temprano, por ello solicitamos una merienda la noche anterior y la respuesta fue negativa En recepción solo había agua algunas veces.Solicitamos hablar con el administrador y nos cansamos de esperarlo, nunca nos dió la cara ni siquiera nos llamó.Ni siquiera contaban con un libro de reclamaciones virtual o fisico, nos dieron después de mucho buscar una formulario. Nos sentimientos s decepcionados y estafados porque el precio no está en relación al servicio.No volvería por ningún motivo.

En el pasado debió ser un buen hotel, pero hoy se nota muy envejecido y no merece lo que te cobran

Sólo la ubicación ... y paro de contar

Todas las mañanas, a primera hora, te despertaban para preguntarte si quería servicio de lavandería, te hacían el servicio de habitación pero se llevaban las toallas y los pisos de baño sin dejarte reemplazo, las alfombras de los pasillos sucias y hasta con tablas de tripley al medio, el desayuno nada del otro mundo y caro si los comparabas con los de alrededores. En general, un hotel notoriamente antiguo al que le falta bastante inversión y, para lo que te dan, excesivamente caro

Wouldn't stay here again

The shower head was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Advertising pictures are only accurate from the check in lobby up to the elevator doors. Chair had stains, lights flickering in the room, tv didn't work, bathroom wasn't the cleanest, hallways looked pretty dirty. When you check in you might want to make sure the information on the paperwork is correct before signing it. I provided my ID to the check in desk but they brought me paperwork to sign that had completely incorrect information. It said I was from Chile and I was born in 1974. We addressed this to the check in desk and they said to not worry about that because it's just for them and to go ahead and sign the paperwork. We kindly asked for them to correct the information before we signed, and luckily they did but it was still weird that they didn't enter it in correctly the first time.

Glad it was only one night.

The hallway had spots on the carpet and was dark and dingy. The AC didn’t work well and the hotel just seemed not very clean. Our room had scratches all over and our closet door was off the hinges
