Deja mucho que desear en cuanto a la calidad de alimentos y bebidas.

La habitación, las vistas, la playa, la atención del personal.

Los alimentos y bebidas, había muy poca variedad de alimentos y los restaurantes de especialidad la comida era muy insípida además de que la barra de bebidas igual era muy limitada para el precio del hotel. Otra cosa que igual es reprobable es la falta de camastros en el área de playa y albercas ya que para ser un hotel de playa nunca tenía espacios para cubrir con ese servicio.

La comida y ambientación del restaurante "Piña Colada", es muy buena. La playa con sus reposteras y camastros estaban muy buenos. Los miembros del personal fueron muy amables.

La comida del restaurante "La Paloma" se podría mejorar un montón. El hotel necesita una remodelación lo mas rápido posible, los cuartos se deberían limpiar todos los días y las camas deberían ser mas grandes. Los ambientes de los restaurantes deberían ser mejorados, se veían viejos y poco limpios. La estética de todo el hotel debería ser como el "Kids Club", ya que es moderno y bonito. Por último, los baños comunes necesitan mas iluminación.

Hotel con excelente servicio, comida y vista al mar.

Excelente vista a la playa, comidas muy buenas y habitación super comoda. El servicio en los restaurantes para reservar como el Italiano es excelente...y el restaurante "Piña" frente a la playa es muy comodo para tardear, buenas entradas....el plato fuerte puede mejorar pero en general lo recomiendo mucho. Al igual que el bar frente a la playa que tiene tipo piscina en vez de mesas normales.

El servicio de Barra libre en la piscina principal debe mejorar, la actitud del personal al igual que los horarios de disponibilidad son un punto debil....En ocasiones el personal no estaba disponible en las horas de servicio reglamentadas. Y un par de vecez el personal le sirvió cocteles a huespedes del hotel, y de inmediato me indicaron que ya no servian mas licor por hora de cierre (faltando 5 minutos para cerrar la hora de sercivio oficial).

Отель для пляжного отдыха. Приветливый, доброжелательный персонал. Хорошая уборка. На верхних этажах номера с новым ремонтом и мебелью. Понравился ресторан "Da Vinchi" - хорошая кухня, приятное обслуживание. Хороший пляж и бассейны.

Еда в ресторане-буфет была не вкусной, очень шумно, громкая музыка, официанты с грохотом собирают посуду, не уютная обстановка.

I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this place.

Very clean. Decent food.

When my flight was canceled due to the airline and I needed to change my airport transportation and hotel arrangements they were not helpful. Seemed annoyed with me and the front desk person asked, “What is it that you want me to do?” Very condescending.

Wyndham Grand Cancun is TOP NOTCH...I'm so glad we chose to stay here.

We celebrated out 10th year wedding anniversary at the Wyndham...It was nothing short of SPECTACULAR, from the time we stepped in the door Poncho made us feel right at home..The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Everything we needed or asked for was provided. Even down to getting last minute reservations for dinner! They let us dine in the private wine cellar at Davinci. They gifted us with the the Thai Bed Cabana right on the beach with one of the best waiters at the resort Alejandro at Pina Bar is a class act. EVERYTHING AND EVERY ONE WAS WONDERFUL. We are coming back for sure. #BRAVO

Great time!

The front desk staff- Miguel, Rubie, and Felipe were so welcoming, accommodating, and truly made our family vacation all the better by upgrading us to the villas. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

A good family hotel

Modern hotel with great facilities and generally lovely staff.

Booking system for specialist restaurants is a bit shambolic. A huge shame. Buffet food not the strongest.

Overall pleased. Not happy with the lack of chairs around the pool. Did not want to wake up early !

Food was much better than expected. Wait staff very friendly.

Had to get up early in the morning to reserve chairs by the pool. Went swimming one day and the staff took our chairs away from us and told us someone bought our chairs. Extremely rude!

Accommodations were great, food ok.

The room was great. The staff was incredible. The food was ok.

Biggest complaint was there was no elevator to take you from the rooms down to the pool level. My husband has bad knees and all of the stairs made it difficult for him to walk the property.

There is no daily cleaning of the rooms. The food is very simple and it is almost impossible to make a reservation to have dinner in one of the 3 restaurantes (in 3 nights I didn’t manage it)

Property need a lot of maintenance AC leakage everywhere in dinning room and bedrooms , for Restaurants reservation need to use the App which is not working most of the time WiFi very weak at rooms you need to stay at pools area or hotel lobby to get internet connection

An Okay Experience

Pros: Most of the staff (face to face) was very nice to talk to. The view outside the room is exactly like pictured. Food was not the worst but also not the best. Overall this hotel would be 3 or 3.5 star in my opinion.

Cons: Conflicting information was given about multiple things. I have a lot of allergies and many of the English speaking staff reassured me that I could request something from the chef if I don't feel comfortable taking from the buffet line (due to foods mixing easily). But when I went to try it, the staff said it wasn't possible for them to accommodate. This is important for someone like me to know and get the correct info about. My group was told that we would need pesos for when going on tours and being outside the hotel zone. But we found out that USD is still taken everywhere. Due to the exchange rate you would get less back if you tried exchanging the pesos back to USD (basically losing money). Public spaces (like restrooms) were not cleaned or maintained very well. I also did not like that the cleaning services for rooms were every other day.

Wyndham Grand Cancun keeps our favorite hotel in Cancun at the top of our list!

We've been staying at this property for over 13 years. This is our first time staying here as a Wyndham property. We're not "vacation owners" but love staying here because of the size, the staff, and the quality of the service! We noticed a difference in service and improvements to an already great hotel! We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room that was recently renovated. We were impressed with how Wyndham invests in the hotel, new paint, furnishings, food offerings, and modern updates. Gone is the old "pink" dated exterior, replaced with cool modern tones throughout the hotel. Overall, we still love this property! We will be back and love seeing the team members who remember you, always strive to make your stay unique, and always thank you for coming back! Thank you, Wyndham Cancun, and we're excited to see how you keep making this hotel even more special and one of the best in Cancun! Extra special: We loved how the staff handed out flowers 🌸 for Mother's Day to all the Mothers on Saturday. (Mexico's Day)

Some construction and improvements are going on. We had a crew grinding on the concrete near the pool the whole week to install NEW railings. It was a bit disruptive for a relaxing experience. However, I understand there's no good time to do this with a 24-hour property. So we rolled with it and will be looking forward to when the more significant projects are completed. If you stay here in the coming months, be aware that you may see or have some improvements going on.

this place looks amazing, the photos don’t do justice to the hotel. the service was great and there was everything that we thought a all inclusive hotel would include

the waiters always expected to get tips on everything. we do appreciate the service but for an example to the pool we didn’t bring our wallet and it made us feel uncomfortable . also there was not a lot of activities or shows to watch at the evenings in our opinion the grill restaurant wasn’t very good, but the rest of the restaurants are pretty good

Overall very nice stay

The resort is really nice and super clean. There are a lot of restaurants (Italian, Sushi, Mariscos, Mexican and the normal buffet) and the quality is pretty good. The room was better than we expected. My understanding is that all rooms have been fully refurbished and they are not actually like the ones in the Booking.com pictures. The beach and the pools are really nice.

The wifi stopped working the last 2 days and when they said it had been fixed, it kept disconnecting all the time. A lady at the breakfast area was a bit rude when I asked for a cappuccino. The entertainment could be better, everything ends around 9:30 pm.
