Good but could have been a lot better

Breakfast was very good

Bottled water should have been replaced each day. Lack of tissues in bathroom. No proper iron or ironing board available. A very small travel iron was available which was terrible as was the very small table top ironing board.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable - we highly recommend!

Location was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding!

The bathroom was a little small, but we knew that would be the case.

O pequeno almoço era básico mas com qualidade. Os funcionários foram bastante simpáticos e foi possível deixar as malas no hotel após o check-out. Tem uma estação de metro mesmo à porta do hotel. Quarto e wc bastante limpo.

O quarto estava muito quente e mesmo após solicitar ajuda a um funcionário, o ar condicionado não estava a funcionar corretamente e não dava para abrir a janela por entrar cheiro a comida do exterior.

Nettes, sympathisches Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Fußnähe. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Gepflegtes, sauberes Zimmer.

Zur Straße hin lebhaft bis laut, ist aber halt Großstadt. Direkt vor das Hotel kann man nicht mit dem Auto fahren, man braucht eine externe (relativ teure, aber bewachte) Tiefgarage. Das wussten wir aber alles vorher :-)

It was great!

The room was clean and had everything we needed (including hairdryer)! There are bus stations, a train station and a metro station near the hotel which was great! Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The food was good as well.

Hotel correcto a pocos minutos del centro caminando.

La ubicación excelente y el desayuno también.

Se oye el ruido de la calle y del pasillo de las otras habitaciones. La almohada no es muy cómoda.

Hotel muy bien situado y precio acorde a las características del mismo. Aconsejable para pasar 2 o 3 días en Milán.

La ubicación está muy bien con una boca de metro en la puerta. El personal muy atento y agradable. Limpieza y comodidad en la habitación. El desayuno muy completo.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado del alojamiento

ottima posizione e pulizia. Staff cortese e disponibile, letto comodissimo in un'atmosfera old fashion che risulta attraente e distintiva. Torneremo.

Qualche arredo un po' trascurato, ma sempre pulitissimo. Mancava la cuffia per la doccia, cosa che, ormai, è nello standard degli hotel.

Estadia agradável

Staff muito simpático e atencioso. Instalações agradáveis. Metro à porta é uma mais valia, e o bairro é seguro e agradável.

As camas eram um pouco estreitas, e eu não sou muito grande (1.67m / 64kg). O pequeno-almoço poderia ter mais variedade de pão e fruta.

Fantastische ligging en behulpzaam en vriendelijke personeel

Fantastische ligging naast het metro station. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Prima ontbijt. Niet heel uitgebreid, maar gewoon genoeg.

We hadden geen koffie/waterkoker op de kamer, terwijl dit wel in de beschrijving stond vermeld. Na melding werd deze meteen voor ons geregeld. Dus prima opgelost. Kamers zijn wat gehorig, ligt ook aan een drukke straat. Maar dit heeft ons niet heel erg gestoord.

Excelente hotel. Muy buena ubicación

La ubicación excelente: restaurantes junto al hotel, a 10 minutos caminando de la catedral y a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Hotel totslmente reformado, como nuevo. Buen desayuno. Buena relación calidad-precii. Restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas al lado.Absolutamente recomendable.

Great hotel in the central part of Milano

It is a very nice hotel situated in the central part of Milano. It is close to a metro station and to main attractionsincluding the Duomo of Milano. The breakfast was very tasty and staff was very nice and helpful.

Good hotel for a couple of nights in the city.

Great location, right by an underground station or walkable to most of the main attractions in the city. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and couldnt have been more of a help when asked.

Smaller and more basic room then expected. Breakfast is okay but dining room small and the food is fairly basic.

Perfect Location

Location was perfect. It was close to nice restaurants and a perfect street for shopping. It is also just by the metro station. Breakfast was really nice too.

I think the water in the fridge can at least be free for the amount paid for reservation.

Superb

The location, close to restaurants. We stayed on the 3rd floor where the rooms were recently renovated. The Venetizia tube station on M1 is literally located outside the hotel, making travel to the other parts of the city very convenient. Limited breakfast choices but the restaurant was neat and clean and staff managed the table turn around time very quickly. The reception was helpful in giving directions and travel tips. I will definitely consider for my next trip to Milan.

Kettle, tea and coffee are missing in the room. When brought to their attention only the kettle was provided.

excellent

the location is great! lots of local restaurants and bars nearby and 20 min walk to the Duomo. The subway entrance in front of the hotel and the tram too, with both you can get anywhere is a short time. The front office stays open all night, very helpful and friendly staff and very clean rooms and large confortable bed.

-being on a Main Street , there is noise of course from cars etc. - for my teenage daughter the breakfast could have been until 11am on the weekend so she could sleep in longer.

Good location very central and near a park. 20 minutes from Duomo . We chose a room with a balcony to the front, enjoyed seeing busy life below. Good, well soundproof windows for anyone who doesn’t like street noise. The breakfast was very good too.
