Great Hotel for Road trip in Italy

Room was clean, spacious and had good view of city outside. it was really an ideal hotel for our traveling need and access to the property. in addition to that hotel staffs were kind enough to accept delivery to the property.

Heerlijk verblijf

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed, heel breed. Wat een hele goede service was, er is een gratis shuttlebusje vanuit het hotel naar de metro. Wij vonden dat top, met hele aardige chauffeurs. Ze rijden iedere 20 minuten. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Het was jammer dat de prijs voor de wellnes aan de hoge kant was.

HORRIBLE HOTEL TO STAY IN

NOTHING AT ALL HORRIBLE PROPERTY TO BE IN

WE HAD A VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND RATE THIS HOTEL 0- ZERO. I GOT ABUSED AND SCREAMED AT BY THE RECEPTION TO BE THEN MANAGED BY THE MANAGER MR LEONARDO WHO WAS SENSIBLE- . THE ROOM I WAS ALLOCATED HAD A BROKEN DOOR KNOB , SAME CASE IN THE SECOND ROOM TOO. THE THIRD ROOM WOULDNT LOCK FROM INSIDE AND THE RECEPTIONIST TRIED TELLING ME THAT ITALIAN LAWS DONT ALLOW GUESTS TO LOCK THE ROOM. HE THEN GAVE US 1 NIGHT FREE WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED FOR BOTH DAYS TO COMPENSATE TO WHAT HAPPENED. HOWEVER THAT DOESNT TAKE AWAY THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH A HILTON PROPERTY. THE STAFF ENTERED MY ROOM DESPITE IT BEING ON DND, THAT WAS SURPRISING TOO. MENTIONED ALL THIS TO THE MANAGER AND HE WAS APOLOGETIC TILL WE LEFT THE PROPERTY.

Merkezden uzak , kötü küvete sahip ve gruplar konaklıyor.

Yatakları rahat , kendi otoparkı var ve gecelik 10 euro.

Banyosu kötü , merkezden uzak... yanında Avm tarzı bir şey var. İçerde kumarhane , burger ve pizza restoranları mevcut. Tekrar konaklamam.

Este hotel ya no es lo que era.

Que tiene gimnasio

Se veía que el personal estaba cansado de tanto cliente. Tuve que volver a bajar desde la planta 12 porque al hacer el check in no me activaron la tarjeta. La ventana no se podía abrir porque tenía una manivela de seguridad y pasé calor. Llamé desde la habitación a recepción para pedir un taxi, ya que llegaba tarde a una reunión y me dijeron que tenía que pedirlo cuando estuviese bajo. Así que tuve que esperar 10 minutos y llegué tarde. La insonorización de las habitaciones deja bastante que desear.

Todo muy bien. Limpio, cómodo, bonito, ambiente agradable, personal amable. Desayuno variado y bueno. Cama cómoda y baño con todo lo necesario. El room service también muy bueno

Not the best hotel to stay in Florence

Nothing was in place

AC wasn't working for whole night. Told the reception and they were so rudely replied saying will send someone if they finish working downstairs. And waited them until 11 pm and no-one showed up. Really bad experience as mosquitos were biting whole night. Couldn't sleep at all in night.

Bauarbeiten im Haus, bei vollem Preis. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn noch im 12. stock war es zu laut für ein gekipptes Fenster

Soggiorno fantastico

Gentilezza e professionalità staff, servizi offerti, abbondanza e varietà colazione.

Impianto di climatizzazione un pò rumoroso e impossibile da disattivare nelle ore notturne, anche agendo sui tasti "off" e "non disturbare". Ma forse era difettoso solo quello dellavmia camera.

I would not stay in that hotel again

The name Hilton

The premises is in general much lower than what one would expect from a hotel under the name Hilton. The carpets in the corridors was not fitted properly and not too clean

Read this review before you get hoodwinked.

I cannot connect nor use the word like in any way or sentence to this hotel. I empathise with the staff at the front desk who are helpless given the state of the hotel.

The original plan was to stay 2 nights with 2 rooms. 20 minutes after checking in, we checked out as a family. This hotel should be condemned and shut down by the local authorities. It is not fit for the purpose of accommodating booking.com tourists or any humans in our current form. From the top to the bottom of the hotel, the Hilton group should be ashamed of their deteriorated and decayed asset. ** A response to the response posted by the Hilton Hotel. I maintain that the hotel should be shut down. You need only to look at the photographs posted on the inside of the 2 rooms you provided. Nothing maintained, nothing clean nor safe about this operation. The state of the general building, the state of the rooms pose a significant risk to life and limb.
