Liked the location, nice clean & tidy. Has private parking at a cost, and has access to swimming pool & bar. The only things I would say is when booking it looks like the swimming pool obviously is included in the stay, considering paying over 200euros a day for the apartment, but its not, it costs roughly 50 euro a day for 2 adults & 2 children, otherwise nice overall, but overpriced.
We stayed for 3 nights, and only had one set of towels, and on our way out I had to put the rubbish out myself, again you would gave thought paying nearly 230euro per night - swimming pool, new towels daily & for the rubbish to have been done by housekeeping would have been included!!
The swimming pool area has a deep end & a shallow end, the hotel allocate you seats/sun beds when you buy your tickets, their system is awful, and in my opinion rubbish.
They say all the seats are booked but they clearly are not & put family with kids near the deep side whilst old couples & grandparents near the shallow end, I was in the pool from 12 - 6 both days & saw the same thing, seats empty near the shallow end in between 3-5pm old couples would be given those beds! Not a nice way to relax and enjoy your holiday constantly watching over the kids as you are so far away! My apartment in Monaco was cheaper! & had the same facilities!

Very clean apartment, amazing view
I was expecting a little more attention for details in the apartment ( i.e. there were no tea bags or kitchen paper that you would normally find as basic accessories in a holiday apartment)

The view on the see.
There was no room cleaning service.
We were asked to give 150 Euro deposit on our check in to ensure we will not steal anything from the room. This was never agreed, we rejected this request

the location was fine and the apartment was great
The kitchen was lacking a to big amount of pots and pans so the possibilities for making your own dinner in the kitchen was limited.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you would need for cooking. The view from the balcony is lovely. We were given a room with sea view, even if we had 2 bookings, one with mountain view and one with sea view, the staff really helped us. The pool was extremely clean, well maintained, being cleaned every evening. The view from the pool was great.
We didn't like the position of the hotel, with 4 ramps very hard to climb to go in the towncentre or by the sea. We came by car, but if you were taking your car from the free parking lot, in the evening, it was very possible not to find a parking space. There is nothing written in the description of the hotel about how hard is to reach the hotel by foot. The paid parking lot is very expensive, in our opinion. Another thing we really didn't like was how expensive the pool was. It was a different price everytime, not written anywhere, just depending on the staff members, as we only assumed.

The view was really nice.
The location is expensive for what it offers.

View was exellent! Kitchen poor! Pool expensive for only a short swim, but fair if you use it a lot!
All is ok!

The pool was fantastic, but I don't understand why I had to pay for it.
The pool was opening at 10 AM and closing at 6 PM, which in the summertime is very annoying.

The room we received after the change of rooms was very nice. Excellent view from the balcony
The first room was in a poorer condition than expected. Most importantly the A/C was not working

good parking for motor scooter. good spacious balcony with table and chairs. good shower
location, very steep hill and a fair walk to town. pool was closed, why not open earlier as it was hot. two separate elevators and a long walk to room. room dated. no kettle or hair dryer, had to request theses. no plug adaptor for the kettle they supplied. bed uncomfortable. cupboards had loads of stuff left by previous guests but nothing you’d want to use, unhygienic. have to pay £150.00 deposit on room, insulting!

Sea view appartament and the building spotless clean, very kind personnel in reception
There was nothing that I would dislike about the property. Maybe the swimming pool could be open by 7PM instead of closing just at 6PM

The pool area was alright if you dont consider the price.
You had to pay 12€/day to use the pool, plus an extra 5€ to get a pool towel. The air condition didn't work, it was warmer inside the apartment than outside even when it was on. The apartment is located up a very big hill, just for your information. The apartment was quite old and not very modern nor in good condition.

Pool was great as was the poolside customer service
On the first day my son was locked in the room for more than 30 minutes and even though we has the key,we couldn't open the door. It took 4 different members of staff trying to open the door before a guy banged hard at it to get it to open.
The small room window to the hotel corridor is not blacked out so its difficult to sleep with bright light and noise from passers by.
On check out, we've been charged the deposit for supposedly scratching the huge table in the room because we folded it and put it away. Incidentally, the receptionist had dealt with a complaint about the same table on 2/8/21 but when asked to show us the before photos of the table, she showed us the ones from the 2nd August claiming they were aware of the scratches on the top but not the one on the corner of the table. I took pictures of the table and it's clearly from wear and tear where its been handled various times. We moved the big table out of the way because our children kept bumping themselves on the same table. It wasn't safe.
Middle door handle was also falling off so could have likely caused an incident where someone could get locked in the room.
Advice to customers: take photos of the room when you check in. The staff will put fake charges against your account!!! Very uncomfortable situation.
We've been travelling for the last 2 weeks and this was definitely the worst experience we've had.
The staff claim the damage on the corner of the table is from us moving the table and yet the faded marks are on the top surface and not on the side we lay the table. No doubt other clients will be shaken up for their deposits similarly.
To Modus Vivendi- try listening to your clients. We explained all the above to your receptionist but she says we should have called staff to move the table. There's no phones in the rooms!

Nice view of Sanremo and the sea. Kitchenette and large balcony. Size and cleanliness of the apartment and the very helpful staff.
Smell of perfumed cleaningagent in room. Laud music at pool. But they were minor problems.

The mattresses were not comfortable and the clean service was bad

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a very late check in and they arranged everything for us. The apartment was spacious and clean and you have an amazing sea view from the balcony. The neighbourhood is more residential so it´s really quiet. The pool is huge which is always a bonus! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.
The apartments lack decoration. They feel a little bit "cold" and not as cozy/comfortable as a hotel room would but that´s just personal preference

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The toilet facilities next to the swimming pool were dreadful. The basin and loo had not been cleaned for days, there was no toilet paper or soap. The ashtray in the communal area next to the pool was over-flowing. The area next to the pool had been neglected for a long time.
