Great pool, lovely staff, clean large rooms and great location.
Gym was closed for a private function. Would have been nice to use even just a little.

Our room was absolutely tiny! was not as pictured in the slightest! we couldnt even open our suitcases anywhere as there was no room! there were not enough sunbeds for the people staying there and the hotel was very old, musty and didnt feel clean.
the room, the staff, the cleanliness.
4.3
very clean and in the heart of the village
the noise from the street until 3:00am

Breakfast was fantastic. Great variety and quality. Good location. Relaxing balcony with good views. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Everyone had a good attitude.
Pool closed too early. Pillows were a little flat.
4.3
location quiet
non heated pool

The breakfast was lovely
The location was amazing
The rooms are little small

The Reginna Palace was superb - even better than we could have hoped. Amazing staff - so friendly & helpful. The suite was amazing with a fabulous view. The location could not be better - loads of shops and restaurants on your doorstep, even some supermarkets for a few essentials. The beach was lovely for a morning swim, but the pool was gorgeous. The gym, the bar, the breakfasts, we even had dinner one night - all first class.
It was quite expensive, but what isn't these days? And frankly for everything you get it was fair enough.
I can't really fault anything to be honest.
4.3
pool and staff
a bit expensive for the quality delivered, it’s a family hotel, so lots of screaming kids.
4.3
The location was perfect, right in the centre of Maiori and we had a sea view room with a big balcony.
The pictures online really do not give this place the justice.
The staff are incredibly attentive and can’t do enough for you such as carrying your drinks to the pool, helping with luggage up to the room.
Breakfast is lovely with a big selection of pastries, cereal, breads, fruits etc. Our daughter is coeliac and I let them know in advance and they provided a big selection of breakfast items for her which was fab!
The room was huge, plenty big enough for our family of four.
The pool area is great too, we could always see the children when in the pool. There were also toilets and a shower facility which meant we could spend our last day round the pool and shower before heading off.
Already planning my return trip!
Nothing!!

beautiful hotel very central, across from beach, spotless and rooms cleaned everyday as well as change of towels! beautiful dining room, great selection for breakfast. gorgeous pool area with jacuzzi and towels privided, felt like a spa retreat.
pool area is very shaded with beautiful lemon trees so unfortunately doesn’t get sun all day on any area of it. Balcony is small and bedroom is small with no where to store luggage.
4.3
the location and breakfast.
the pool manager was not very friendly. all other staff was great.
4.3
Lovely pool, pretty lemon trees around it with 2 great diving boards. Hotel is in a great location and everything was really clean.
The room was so tiny the 2 of us could barely fit when standing. The hair dryer didn't work and I asked 3 times for help with nothing. Parking and sun beds were so expensive.
4.3
Superb beachfront location right on the main junction of Maiori. Spatious room, pleasant pool area with large pool.
Sometimes at breakfast there werent any pancakes left for our child (finished after 9.30AM). Pool could be open a bit longer than until 6PM.
4.3
Every member of staff worked hard to make our stay a happy and comfortable one. We really enjoyed our visit.
The welcome and warmth offered by staff.
4.3
-Food was fantastic and the waiting staff were really friendly, entertaining and kind.
-Very clean
-Plenty of clean linen and towels in the room/bathroom
-Very overpriced. The rooms (including the floating rate) did not include the parking (€23 a night), breakfast (even though the hotel confirmation said we did) or use of the beach (€35 for four hours). Would have expected more for our money
-Very noisy, no insulation from the street noise or slamming doors. Hard to get a decent nights sleep.
-Air conditioning was centrally controlled. Room became really hot during the day and freezing at night.
-Reception staff: sometimes blunt and totally inflexible. When we tried to change one of the rooms, even though we were willing to pay extra, they refused and hid behind booking.com. Not great customer service.

Great Breakfast and Service
Room very clean
Bathtub with no shower curtain and no hock for the water hose

The seaview is wonderful! It's in the middle of the town, very friendly personal.
The breakfast is good, the only thing is you are not allowed to touch anything. Everything is given to you by a waiter who accompanies you the whole time.
4.3
Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was all very courteous and friendly.
The valet was late with our car, and we were a bit stressed, but it all worked out.

typical hotel built in the 60s or 70s with the typical charme of that time. In general it was well maintained. Garden and pool area were quite nice, with a lot of flowers, plants and lemon trees. Location was extremly central in Maiori, so from the location it is probably one of the best locations that are possible in Maiori.
Well as mentioned before, it was a bit a nostalgic but also a bit old-fashined feeling. Value for money was not good, I paid 160€ per night, for the same price I was already in hotels two categories above in other parts of the world. Well Amalfi coast is extremly expensive in the summer, so in comparison to other hotels at the Amalfi coast the price was reasonable, especially taking into consideration the good location. Another disadvantage, but also normal for Italy is the fact that for sunbeds on the beach you have to pay. I paid 25€ for an umbrella with two sun beds on the hotel own pebble beach. And I suppose they were even nice to me because they gave me a sunbed in the first beach line. Well Amalfi coast is really beautiful but value for money is poor.

I liked the location and the staff
The room was very expensive and I paid 350 euro for one night in a superior room but wasn’t superior at all
At the check in, the room was not ready and we had to wait another two hours to get the room ready. None of the facilities were for free but the staff were friendly and tried to help us.
The room is not sound proof and we could hear the people next to our room very clearly.
The bath tub did not have a curtain and when you take a shower the water will go all over the floor. Also it was not clean
4.3
Good location, private beach, very good swimming pool
Technical problems in the room: constantly flowing toilet, hard to open the bathroom door. We signed these problems at the reception but nothing happened.
Chaotic system of sunbed and umbrella reservation
Low level of concierge service
