المكان راقي ونظيف وقريب من شارع كله محلات ويدخلكم ع الاولد تاون ريحة الفندق حلوه وارجع له اكيد وسعره كان ممتاز

مكان جميل ونظيف وموقع متميز

موقع الفندق قريب على الساحة القديمة وقريب على شوارع المهمة مثل nowy swiat وبالامكان الذاهب اليهما سيرا على الاقدام ولكنه يبعد عن مدينة وارسو الجديدة 21 دقيقة سيرا على الاقدام 6 دقائق في السيارة مرافق الفندق جميلة مثل اللوبي تعامل الموظفين كان جيد كنت مرتاح في الاقامة

Lokalizacja obiektu

Pokój (apartament) w ktorym smierdziało papierosami. Nawet po zmianie poscieli, zaslon i ozonowaniu. Personel pomomo zostawienia swojej wizytowki z prosba o kontakt managera NIE SKONTAKTOWAŁ sie ze mną w celu ustalebia rekompensaty. Niestety pokoi na zamiane o tym standardxie nie bylo.

Just Excellent!

The staff was the best! I left my laptop at the hotel and I didn't have time to go back there and take it by myself. However, one gentleman from the hotel brought it to me!

Un hôtel luxueux et moderne au coeur d'une ville calme et séduisante

Un accueil efficace et même en français Une chambre très confortable, une literie incroyable, une piscine royale et zen. Ne pas hésiter à prendre le petit-déjeuner : époustouflant !

Un (ponctuel) festival de grosses cylindrées de luxe qui vrombissent sous les fenêtres passé minuit.

Stayed a week and had a terrific time. The swimming pool is a treat. The bar is great. The main restaurant is great. The

Great staff, lively environment, good food in the restaurant, and location was pretty good.

AC didn’t work very well. Limited room service menu.

Belle semaine à Varsovie

Le cadre de l'accueil très accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petits déjeuners très bons et très variés. Possibilité d'aller se relaxer à la piscine et dans le calme.

Certains membres du personnel à l'accueil semblaient agacés lorsqu'on demandait de répéter une information.

Central location. Comfortable. Great breakfast. The staff and manager were excellent.

We had to move rooms due to maintenance, but the manager gave a discount and upgrade to make it right.

Fabulous hotel stay in Warsaw.

I loved this hotel. The room was very nice, the restaurant was excellent, the staff were always helpful. I think its location in Warsaw has be the best. One just steps outside to historica sites, a beautiful park, and just a block away to the the Royal Avenue, which is full of lovely cafes and many beautiful buildings and historic sites. Love the hotel and love Warsaw. Hope to return someday. Linda Oxley Milligan

ogólna czystość, nowoczesny styl w pokoju i łazience, wygodne łóżko, duży TV, smaczne śniadanie, cisza w hotelu, szybkie windy, miła i sprawna obsługa w recepcji i restauracji, atrakcyjne położenie w centrum Warszawy

opłata za parking (120zł za dobę), bardzo ciasne miejsca parkingowe (te po lewej stronie)

Idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Warszawy.

Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa. Dobre drinki w lobby. Szybka winda. Dojazd i doskonała lokalizacja. Duże i wygodne łóżko.

Przesadzone ceny w minibarze (18zł za wodę 0,2l). Wg mnie jak na 5 gwiazdek, to śniadania poniżej moich oczekiwań: mały wybór, długi czas oczekiwania na kawę. Dla nas niewygodne poduszki: za twarde i za wysokie.

Schönes Wochenende und ein gutes Hotel in Warschau.

Die Lage :-) top.

Gegen Abend in der Lobby und in der Bar, ukrainische Frauen, die sich zu den Männern setzten und ihnen buchstäblich Zimmerservice und ihre Dienste anboten. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Kind dort und das hat mich schockiert. Ich wünschte, das Hotelpersonal und Management würde etwas dagegen tun.

Nice hotel a short walk from Old Warsaw

The Sofitel is very comfortable and well located for the old town of Warsaw. The breakfast choice was very good as was the food in La Brasserie Moderne. Room service and the facilities in the room were all very good. Very stylish overall

There didn't appear to be any shop facilities, although there are mini markets 5-10 minute walk away and La Brasserie Restaurant was nice for a longer relaxed lunch but there didn't appear to be anything offering a quicker more functional menu. The breakfast room seems to be used by corporate events for lunch during the day,

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel, it was very good and we would stay there again

Breakfast buffet was excellent, staff at breakfast were first class. The restaurant food was good although the wine choice was limited. The room was good for the price We both agreed we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the bar experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff, apart from the champagne the choice of premium wine was very limited, at the restaurant the same wine list was offered which was not in keeping with the restaurant in a five star hotel. This was the major disappointment of our stay.

Excellent five-star hotel in Warsaw

Excellent position and awesome breakfast. Our room right on Pildulski Square and Saxon Gardens was outstanding: super large and comfy bed, good bathroom, fantastic view. All the hotel is super clean, the service room is excellent. Tasty dinner at the Brasserie Moderne. It's worth the five stars.

Einem sehr schönes Hotel, welches zu Fuß als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesziele perfekt gelegen ist.

Man hat sich sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr gastfreundlich und sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder nach Warschau verreisen, wird das Sofitel unsere erste Wahl am Platze sein. Es liegt super zentral.

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und umfangreich, Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Lage zur Altstadt sehr gut gelegen. Personal im Hotel ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Parkgarage im Haus ist sehr angenehm.

Personal im Frühstücksbereich war bei voller Belegung etwas überfordert

Please check competition offer scope - value for money that you provide is very poor.

COFFEE - please make something with it. I tried in the room, in the bar, during breakfast (both ordered and served) it is cheap and awful.
