The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular!
I don't think I appreciated how 'up the mountain' this hotel really was and so the views and the whole ambience were beautiful. You really do feel away from everything and everyone up there.
The staff were very friendly and professional.
The food and drink were of a good quality.
The access to the walking area in the nature park are good.
The only thing we found a little tough was there was not much choice on food and the service was very slow at busy times (took 2 hours for us to receive our meal one night).

Everything. This place is one of the most dog friendly hotels you will ever stay at! The staff is lovely and incredibly accommodating. Food is also absolutely delicious. We will be back in the autumn!

Amazing views (if you have the right rooms). We had excellent view of the mountains. Facilities were great, pool was clean (though cold water in April). Breakfast was very good, restaurant had lots of good choices at affordable prices. Good beer, good table wine.

Incredible hotel, amazing location, food and comfortable rooms. We wished we'd been able to stay longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious and the outdoor breakfast/ lunch area was so relaxing. Really good location for hiking and we had the most beautiful sunrise which we could watch from the balcony of our room.

The pool was filthy. The hotel staff knew that there were people swimming, but the pool was very dirty.

The location, staff and food are all amazing. A true gem of a hotel. An amazing place to stay with views that I doubt can be surpassed. Great value for money.
Try the gastronomic menu, it is delicious and not expensive.

A fantastic location. The atmosphere and feel of the building was nice and traditional. There were good walks from the hotel. The staff were exceptional and the pool was great.
Airconditioning was a little on the noisy side.

The man - barman staff was very polite , good food, nice view from the garden, nice pool
- i found grooming hair in my bed, brunette and my bf is blonde and was shaved one day before… on the pillow and sheets. Please pay attention. I booked double bed and I received twin bed, I booked room with spa acces and I got a normal room … the trick is if you book normal room, spa acces for 2 persons is 30 euro. You are way cheaper. So you pay this extra money for nothing , cause you may get a normal room . In the morning, they served also orange juices and the lady on the bar said: this is not for you, it s for the guests… with no explanation . We were amazed… so the thing is some guests asked to have proper orange juice so they baught oranges, but they could’ve explain quickly, not to make me feel like I’m not allowed or I cannot afford an orange juice. The polite barman again was nice, and gave us orange juices without billing them. But surprise! If you don t pay attention on your bill, they wanted to charge extra 30 euro for the spa (jacuzzi) - hey, I got the jacuzzi room! So I had also to explain to the lady, it s already payed, reservation on booking. I think this happens when you don t complain from the begging what you get for what you payed . I sayd: ok, can t be everything perfect, 3 stars, but hair and unpolite ? No thank you. We were very polite and friendly.
