Excellent hotel near city centre.

Very comfortable hotel near city centre. Has more of a business hotel feel; this is also noticeable with the staff, all of whom were friendly and effcient but in a business like manner. Car parking facility is excellent Breakfast very good - with an enormous choice of food.

Sound proofing between the rooms could have been a little better It would be even better if the hotel can actually reserve a parking space as this takes a lot of the stress out of the time before the stay.

One of the reasons we booked a return visit was because my youngest had loved the restaurant the year before - we didn’t find out until we tried to go in that it was closed - receptionist clearly didn’t know as told us the opening times when we checked in. only a minor issue - we went out into Burgos which is very well provided for

Lovely welcoming hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel, large spacious rooms. Very clean and right in town. The dog even got a little welcome pack.

Breakfast or coffee was not available until 8am on a Sunday which wasn’t great as we were leaving at 7am. No coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Great hotel stay!

Location was great. Quiet and well appointed. We only went to the bar area for sodas, and ate great meals in the center by the cathedral. Try Mason de Los Infants by the old gate across from the front of cathedral.

the bar attendant didnt smile, we had to wait quite a while for service (a bell to call to be served), then acted like we were an imposition despite our friendliness!

Well-located hotel to visit city center.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and city center. The inside pool with the possibility of outside sunbathing. Free Sauna. Minibar in the room.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Very expensive parking (21 EUR per night). Better park the car in the street.

centally located near cathederal and old town square.

accessibility to the old town was great right on the camino trail and you can see the walkers each day. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh orange juice .

the driveway up to reception is rather tight.

Excellent room.good position.first class breakfast. Reception staff good and very helpful.

This hotel falls short on rating because of several points.Coffee in room just two sachets.No wine menu and dinner not really exciting. Management needs to address these points.

Nice big hotel, clean and comfortable, watch for extra costs.

Big hotel near the centre of Burgos, short walk into town where there are lots of restaurants. Hotel was very clean with a lots of facilities, gym, swimming pool etc, Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. Reception not smiling as we would normally expect, but professional and organised.

21 euros per night to park the car seemed a little too much, 20 euros for wi-fi, should be free? There is a 1 euro charge for a towel for the swimming pool.

Location, Quality, Comfort

We had a beautiful room with it's own large terrace (they weren't very busy). The bed was incredibly comfortable, bathroom was nice, it was very clean, and so quiet. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was a beautiful buffet (no custom omelets or pancakes). Parking was extra but it was on site. The location was a close walk to the beautiful old town, cathedral, and lots of restaurants. Burgos is a very nice small city with lots of parks and green spaces. Great walking along the river under green trees.

We liked everything.
