Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, las habitaciones insonorizadas y la cáma era enorme y muy cómoda. Nos gustó el café/te/agua de cortesía. El desayuno genial, tipo buffet. Tostadas, bollerias, cereales, huevos, salchichas, fruta,..., de todo. Está a unos 20' andando del centro.

No puedo ponerle una pega. Por ponerle algo que no me pasado antes, aunque realmente no me importó y es que nos cobraron la habitación cuando llegamos Imagino que se habrá ido más de uno sin pagar.

Revisar bien todo en este hotel si hay un recepcionista llamado Javier

Bueno el hotel muy bien , limpio las camas muy cómodas ambiente muy bueno

Al llegar a recepción el recepcionista Javier muy mal nos quiso cobrar mucho más de lo que teníamos acordado en Booking tuve que llamar a Booking nos ayudó muchísimo pero el recepcionista nos quiso cobrar mucho , ojo posible FRAUDE del recepcionista ,

El personal muy amable y la habitación muy bien, no se escuchaba nada al resto de personas, cuando cerrabas la puerta entre el dormitorio y la entrada, estaba completamente insonorizado. La habitación amplia.

El armario un poco pequeño si te quedas muchos días y la habitación tenía poca luz. Me iba a las 7:30h y volvía sobre las 15h y, no sé si porque mi habitación era la última en hacerse, pero he tenido que esperar a veces a que la terminaran porque todavía no estaba disponible.

Buen desayuno pero no nos gusta cafe con leche de maquina, esta aguado. La ubicacion alejada del centro pero hay parada de bus cerca.

Lovely, comfortable well situated hotel in Badajoz

The hotel was well situated close to bars and shops and a 15 min walk from the old town. The hotel was well appointed and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and as we had missed our breakfast on the 1st morning of our 2 day stay, they gave us a free breakfast in the bar! The hotel had plenty of parking and were doing a deal for it if you booked breakfast. However, there was also free parking directly behind the hotel should you wish to use it.

The only thing that we didn't like was the breakfast on the 2nd morning. Whilst there was plenty of choice of hot and cold breakfast items to choose from. These included fruit, yoghurts, ham, cheese, croissants etc and a couple of coffee machines that you could help yourself from, the hot items, bacon, eggs, sausages etc were under power and like warm at best.

Estancia cómoda en Badajoz

Las camas y almohadas comodisimas, la habitación muy amplia. El desayuno tiene opción de buffet pero también de café, tostadas y zumo por un buen precio.

No funcionaba la caja fuerte y no pudieron arreglarla durante nuestra estancia. El baño podría haber estado un poco más limpio.

Nice place, best location

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly .

Breakfast. breakfast at the hotel was terrible. there is no choice of vegetables except tomato. The fried egg was swimming in oil. the bacon was of poor quality.

Clean, it used to be a fancy hotel but now is a bit outdated. They provided a twin bed and a baby crib for our children.

The pool was closed for a private event, shower is getting a bit old and dingy.

The restaurants were excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The rooms were very quiet and the WiFi worked well. There was a kettle in the room which was good.

I would have like English Breakfast tea bags in the bedroom - strawberry and mint are simply not the same. More plugs would have been useful.

Great nights stay in a wonderful hitel

Really nice hotel centrally located and we were able to get to the old town easily. Underground parking was a bonus. The room was excellent, a good size with a huge king size bed, the bathroom was spotless, plenty of towels, soaps and shower gel was provided. The bed was really comfortable. We dined in the restaurant and also took the express breakfast in the morning, both were excellent quality and good value. We would definitely stay here again if passing through and would recommend it.
