The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacy and well equiped. Wifi worked perfectly. Although we arrived a bit late there werent any problems raised by the staff. There was parking really close to the hotel.

Everything was really good. Room, bath, location, breakfast, facilities... and staff were very helpful.
Because of heat in summer I couldn't use the balcony. A parasol would have been nice to have.

Excellent location, well run, attentive and professional staff. Comfortable bed, good shower, healthy well organised breakfast.
Sound-proofing in the bedrooms.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. :)

Good location, nice room, clean, comfortable beds, tv, though no english tv-channels. A very good option for a few nights stay. On a nice quiet street - only noise was from other guests, but nothing alarming there.
One of the two rooms we had had an adjoining door to the next room. This was locked but sound proofing was poor so noises from the neighbouring room were an issue. Otherwise all good.

The staff, the room, and breakfast.
The safe did not work.

Location is perfect. The breakfast is awesome.
The room smells like tobbaco as the linen that was so disgusting

Everything was fantastic. My room was beautiful and very comfortable with a big balcony, the spa bath was a lovely surprise, the staff on reception were extremely helpful and welcoming, the location was great. I didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast area itself looked really nice. I had been staying in Spain for a month when I arrived there, and it was the best value for money hotel I had stayed in by far during that month.
I can't fault this hotel.

Location and staff
Nothing at all

If you are in to the nightlife scene, it's a great location. Not so for R&R. It was difficult to find anything besides bars for several blocks.
The bed was shorter than me, the rooms require the keycard to turn on power so you can't leave something to charge while breakfasting, working out, walking around, etc.

Booked room only, so can't rate the breakfast, our room 112 had a juliet balcony looking down onto the little square below us with a few bars. On our first morning I went down to the restaurant bar for two coffees to take up to the room, the coffees were in standard paper takeaway cups with plastic lids. However whilst carrying the coffees and trying to open the bar door to go out the coffees went straight out of my hand crashing to the floor making a complete mess.
Manolo the man in charge of the restaurant diplomatically took the sting out of the situation saying there was no problem and he was adamant he would mop up the mess. Then ten minutes later there was a knock at the door, it was Manolo with two coffees asking if I was ok, and no charge for the coffees. Excellent staff. We will certainly stay here again.
Absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel and staff

Location and staff
Old building, expensive for the rooms! Not confortable at all

Excellent location, right in the centre of Peurto Santa Marie's busy restaurant area. Small balcony over looking street. Train station 10 minutes away, we went to Jerez 25 minute journey. 10 minutes walk to catamaran to Cadiz. We stayed for 2 nights.

Beautifully clean, fantastic location, easy parking (5 euros per 24 hour stay) and exceptional value for money.

Spacious room. Very good breakfast (many dishes to choose).
The area is a little bit noisy (there are some bars around), but I think that I come back there... someday.
