The room was clean and comfortable, the bar area was comfortable with excellent service, and a fabulous menu for snacks & light meals. Lovely gordal olives and the anchoas del cantábrico top class. And a decent choice of quality wines.

The room was too hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature below 33C. Also there were a couple of coach loads arrived for a convention, and the packed reception area blocked access to the lifts where the wait was too long.

A very well laid out room with plenty of space. The room was well maintained, clean and in a modern style. The bed was large comfortable and remade each day beautifully. Room could benefit from a wall desk by the window in exchange for a smaller table. A couple more plugs in that area would also be beneficial

I know it is boring to say, but this is a great hotel. Brand new, fresh and trendy design, fantastic location, clean and well maintained, managed by a friendly and professional staff. Myself will definitely return.

Location. Comfort in everything and elegant design. We have chosen this hotel once again after we had satyed here before. High-speed wifi.

The recepcionist paid little attention to our luggage to be taken to the room this time. And the two ladies (me and my daughter) expected to be helped with it. Especially as we arrived at the hotel late after a hard touristic day, Unfortunately, no one called the porter(

Clean rooms.

Actually the hotel experience was good. But there is a slight line between good and perfect customer experience. We had 2 family rooms. We did not like one of them and wanted to change it with next to other room. As the rooms rate was different they want to charge extra money. That is fair. But if you want to go beyond good and want to be perfect customer experience that was an opportunity to do that without extra charge. We had already paying quite amoubt of money. So we stayed in a room for 6 days which we did not like much. Thank you for the hospitality for the good (not perfect) experience.
