Fine for a stay at the tail-end of the season, probably to hectic for our liking during the summer

The garage is terrible narrow and hard to get into, resulting in us badly damaging our car.

Hotel con encanto y personalidad

Un hotel con personalidad! Desde la habitación hasta las zonas comunes se respira un ambiente tratado con mimo al largo de los años. Hacía tiempo que no me encontraba en un hotel tan acogedor...y se agradece! El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Decidimos comer en el restaurante del mismo hotel y acertamos de pleno, fue una grata sorpresa porque la relación calidad/precio fue extraordinaria y encima te aplican un descuento en el menú por ser huésped...gran acierto por parte del hotel! El trato del personal, tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante, perfecto. Volveremos a sus instalaciones seguro.

El colchón y la almohada nos parecieron algo incómodas. Lo comentamos con la otra pareja que íbamos y les pasó lo mismo. Por todo lo demás, perfecto.

Séjour parfait et reposant. Hotel excellent pour un week-end et si on peut le prolonger, c'est top!

Cet hotel est magnifique, confortable, bien décoré et meublé. Le petit déjeuner est magique et le repas au restaurant de l'hotel est un moment trés agréable, avec beaucoup de chaleur, d'espace et d'intimité. Les mets sont exquis dans leur rapport qualité prix qui est excellent.

Tout. J'y reviens le plus régulièrement possible. Hors saison parking municipal video surveillé gratuit face à l'hotel. La plag à une minute. Palamos est une petite ville agréable et vivante.

Escapada perfecta

Me gusto todo en general desde la limpieza del hotel hasta todo su personal atentos en todo momento,las camas son muy confortables.

La verdad es que no ha habido nada que no me gustara si tubiera que poner una pega seria que en el baño no habia escobilla.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent and we will come back here, possibly next year and many more.

It was fabulous..... We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our view from the terrace was lovely and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable 8 nights stay. We will come back to this hotel, for sure.

We think that when residents leave the pool area (seating and beds), other than being in the actual pool, they should not leave their towels on the chairs or beds. There were more beds with towels than people in the pool which indicated they were 'saving' their bed which isn't quite fair to other residents. Other than that, everything was excellent with this hotel and we did manage to get some time at the pool.

Pleasant

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The bathroom is very large and has two spaces to shower. The location of the hotel is ideal.

The hotel room was ok, it was clean and spacious but there was no fridge, which was an issue considering the heat. Keep this mind if you have any food or drinks with you. The bed was sadly uncomfortable.

All of it. Menu very varied and extremely well priced compared to UK.

Only drawback was their coffee machine. Almost tasteless so we reverted to using our own tea bags. Also, sadly my wife told waitress it was my 70th birthday. She said she would bring a candle? with dessert but forgot. I was OK but my wife was disappointed. Other than these points place is fabulous and right on too of town centre for evening action and beach just across the one way street from hotel pool which is also very ambient.😁

A good hotel for access to the sandy beach and the port area.

Our room was spacious and there was a good sized balcony with a good sea view. However the woodwork needed repainting as was the case of the whole hotel. It all looked a bit tired. A good selection for breakfast but not able to eat outside which was a shame. The location was great, right on the sea front and only a few minutes walk into the port and old part of town.

The entire hotel needs a spruce up as do the garden areas.

Very comfortable stay

Clean and bright room. Big and comfortable bed. Excellent variety for breakfast. Really friendly staff. When we arrived at mid day, the room was ready for us so we checked in earlier than expected. We much appreciated that.

I liked pretty much everything. I would like to mention that the air conditioner on the room was on when we arrived so it was quite cold.
