Genial!

Sitio perfecto para pasar unos días en Benasque: la ubicación está muy bien, justo en la entrada del pueblo pero cerca de todo, las habitaciones modernas y limpias, desayuno riquísimo y sobretodo, muy buena atención al publico . Acepta perros, todo un plus en esa zona, pero pagando 10€extras. El desayuno tiene que ser fuera la terraza exterior (en invierno no debe ser muy agradable pero en verano hemos estado genial).

La habitación podría ser mas grande pero correcta.

Room was above restaurant and quite noisy until restaurant closed. Ask for room on second floor to avoid this problem.

Unbeatable food. Very friendly staff. Stunning nature as its best. Impeccable room service.

I am sad about having only 11 days there. Next time, we will be more time.

Had a spacious top floor room with beautiful views of Benasque and the surrounding mountains. The hotel staff were really friendly and the breakfast in the attached restaurant was fantastic. Great location too, I recommend it.

Great location, amazing restaurant food and comfy beds

Have stayed many times in Benasque but this place is one of my favourites. Amazing value for money and free parking right outside. Highlights were the large and the fabulous breakfast. Will be back!

A place where will probably go again next time that we are in the area

Everything was quite good. Easy parking and good room. Shower working properly Amazing breakfast and the whole stuff very helpful and nice, specially a young guy at the reception desk. Wonderful value for price! Also, two minutes from the center.

I do not remember anything bad.

We would happily stay here again if we found ourselves in Benasque!!

The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the centre and bus station. The municipal outdoor pool is also not far. The staff were great and they even made us a take away breakfast for the following morning as we were leaving at 6am. The restaurant has an extensive menu and was very tasty!

We were in a room with very small windows and we had to have them open for some air but unfortunately it was very noisy as we were near some bins. The bathroom was very spacious but during our stay it began to smell of drains.

Nice hotel, but we did not get a room with a view we had hoped for.

As a family of four, we were given a room at the ground floor, which was designed for disabled people. The room had no view and very small windows at the top with poor ventilation. The smell of some cleaning product was very strong throughout our stay (one night).

Heaven in the Pyranees

We liked where the Hotel was,Slightly at the edge of the village. Nice food and room with a terrace ,which was nice for our little dog.Good bathroom.Friendly helpfull staff.Definatly will return

It was just unfortunate that there were road works outside the Hotel.( Laying a new pavement )

The food and wine prices were very reasonable and the quality was more than adequate. We chose omelette for breakfast with toast, jam, bacon, fresh orange juice coffee etc etc. Altogether a good stay.

Because the road is completely closed from Campo to Benasque, the journey took more than an hour extra to get there. Bad news when you've already driven five hours.

Breakfast highlight of our stay!

The location of the property is great, within a couple of minutes walk of bars and restaurants Breakfast was the best part of our stay, the waiting staff were extremely helpful and the food couldn’t be faulted.

On arrival we waiting for over 20 minutes at reception for someone to check us in. I had to call the hotel number for someone to acknowledge us. We were given room 311 . . . avoid at all costs! This is the room that is the after thought! It is located in the attic, up a very steep set of stairs. The lift shaft occupies about 40% of the room and you are left with twin beds with side. There are 4 very small velux windows and the temperature up there is ridiculous. The space is very dark and dated. The bathroom is ok, however the shower is suitable only for this individual’s no taller than 4ft, crammed in a tiny space. Very disappointed that we still paid the full rate for this room. The hotel should remove it as accommodation it is that bad.

Quite disappointed.

Staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Affordable menu in the restaurant.

In the booking, it said the rooms would have a balcony with mountain view. But they placed us on weird room in the attic that did not even have any windows. The room was closed, dark and suffocating. Most importantly you did not certainly go to Benasque to live in closed room without windows. I would request the hotel not rent out this room to anyone, perhaps they can use it as their store/back office etc. Nobody should have to pay to live in a room like this. The setting/furniture of the hotel is also very old. Cleaning was not satisfactory as well, the just dry wiped the table tops which still had coffee stains from the previous tenant. In general, our expectation did not meet and I feel this was not worth the money.
