Our room didn't have Internet, tv was not working and was not prepared for 4 people.

Me gusto mucho mucha las habitaciones, restaurants, gym excelente super completo, atención del personal, ubicación, precio, en todos aspectos completo.

Sauna was great. Although it needs better instructions on how to activate steam in the cabin. Pool area is very private and well decorated.

Water in the pool only till 90cm Additional costs for espresso at breakfast (really?? In a 5-star hotel 🫣) Waffles at breakfast were dry. Not fresh. Supermarket quality. Not all food was good. You really have to check/taste.

Great location, amazing service, spacious parking, overall I had a good experience I think I'll stay here again for my next trip to Lima.

Ótima localização e ótima estrutura do hotel e dos quartos. O hotel ainda possui dois ótimos restaurantes.

La atención del personal maravillosa. Los caballeros de seguridad en la entrada todos muy serviciales.

La habitación que nos dieron tuvo varios problemas: no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba la tina , no funcionaba la secadora de pelo. Al final nos dieron una habitación nueva y que estaba muy bien, pero cuando uno va a pasar una noche en un hotel de fin de semana el tiempo es corto y este tipo de situaciones hacen que la experiencia ya no sea la misma. El desayuno estuvo bueno y en general el hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones y es lindo, pero para un 5 estrellas , NO pueden pasar estas cosas

The room we initially got was awful. It was super humid probably due to some issues with the bathroom.

Super good location. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Our first room was damp and smelt earthy like a cellar. After complaining we quickly received another room.

Nice overall

I did not like that my wife's white robe/pijamas were missing which for sure ended up with the linens and towels hours before our check out and it was impossible that this garment was nowhere to be found. Not really a nice experience

Room and entire hotel were so clean and tidy. Thanks to all staff who keep helping there.

The rooms didn’t match the rest of the building - it felt quite tired, dark and outdated. The windows were quite dirty.
