Very nice hotel with spacy appartements and many amenities.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet. Extensive useful amenities like laundry service and room service.

The bed was too soft and the TVs are quite old, so you can's connect to streaming services like Netflix.

Booked a 2-bedroom suite for 5. Good breakfast, excellent jacuzy, nice seaview at room, kitchen (though stuff is missing), dining table, very helpful staff (reception, dining room), free parking at street nearby

Perfect stay = 10+

Perfect equipped Appartment incl full kitchen. Terrace and view. Very clean, excellent bed, very calm etc - simply perfect.

Amazing!

Everything! Stayed at the hotel with two friends and we loved it. The staff were lovely and the whole experience was fantastic. We would stay here again. I have already recommended to multiple people.

Great hotel, clean & friendly staff

Small & cozy hotel with big & modern suites and terrace facing the ocean. Very Clean. Superfriendly and and professional staff (extra thanks to Ioanna, Maria, Giorgios who took care of us during our stay). Small-scale but great pool area. Exactly the same with breakfast, small-scale but very good quality with mix of local and international varieties. We preferred that the hotel was located on walking distance from Rethymno city centre requiring us to take a scenic walk through the fantastic old town to get to the big beach.

Superb

Spacious room and well maintained. Big balcany which was great for enjoying breakfast for example. Good equipment for cooking which we appreciated. All staff was very friendly and cleaning was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location was good. Only a 20 minute walk to Rethymno or a 6 Euro taxi ride. The staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating, the pool was lovely. We had a two bedroom suite and loved the space it provided us, including the large balcony.

The hair dryer was very old and didn’t work well. It really should be replaced with a normal one. The fitness center was not well equipped.

Beautiful Hotel, Great stay.

The hotel was really lovely, clean, and very spacious. Our room had a great balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The staff were very helpful and couldn't have done anymore to help us to have the perfect stay.

The only downside for me was the 2 flights of stairs to climb to get back to the hotel, there is a ramp for pushchairs/ wheelchairs but after dinner it is a bit of a mission.

The breakfast was excellent. We were very early in the season so the breakfast was prepared specially for us instead of the usual buffet. We especially liked the cheese filled pancakes.

Great views

Perfect views of the Mediterranean. Friendly and courteous staff. Great breakfast. Very nice pool and bar. The Suites are comfortable.

The chairs need felt tips on the bottom, otherwise they are too noisy and disturbing.

Beautiful pool area, very comfy loungers. Our room was large, very practical and well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful and very big patio. We would definently come back if ever in the area again.

Very poor selection for breakfast and the fried eggs were cold. Wouldn't include breakfast in my stay.

Lots of room space, nothing more.

Spacious room, that is about it. The staff made a large effort to keep covid-19 safe. Oh, and the pool was also good.

A rundown hotel, looks like it really needs a fixup.

Nice hotel that needs refurbishing

Relatively clean and large rooms with really nice and intimate poolside. We liked the breakfast and the attentive dining room staff. The hotel was generous with pool towels.

The hotel should be refurbished and should pay more attention to maintenance issues. One of the sinks in the room didn't drain the water well, one of the closets had an improvised handle. The bed mattress was old and was already sinking in the middle. The phone in the room wasn't working, so room sevice had to be reached by walking up to the reception. Overall the design of the hotel is a bit out of the 70s (and not in compelling manner). It's time to upgrade folks!

Quite and confy hotel

The place is close to the center by walk is like 10 min. The pool is very clean. The room is big and very comfortable. The staff is extremely polity and friendly they allow us to make the check out later for free.

If I have to find something probably they can add more rotation to the breakfast food.

Nice place, though with COVID restrictions

Big terrace with a superb view on sea and Rhetymno Nice swimming pool in a quite place, especially when it’s windy outside Breakfast due to COVID was given in full at the room with a variety of choice. Needs to be cooked yourself, though

Mattresses are slightly old/worn out and need to be replaced Drips on the wall in bedroom and mold in the bathroom

Beautiful hotel. Lovely spa facilities, friendly, helpful staff. Only 15 minutes into Rethymno Old town. 1 hour airport transfer

Immediate area slightly shabby and run down.
