Meerblick, freundliche Menschen und eine Menge Spaß (Psychobilly)

Direkt am Strand, inklusive kleinen Pool mit Whirlpool. Blick eigentlich von allen Zimmern aus auf das Meer. Danke an den freundlichen Nachtportier, der mich immer mit einem wissenden Grinsen am Morgen freundlich begrüßt hat. Gracias Senior !

- Nur booking.com hat mich um eine Gratis-Chuttle zum Hotel gebracht und der Kundenservice und Beschwerdeergebnis war gleich Null. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts.

Tres días excepcionales

Es un hotel muy agradable ,en primera línea de playa, su decoración es muy bonita, moderna y las habitaciones estilo marinero, muy limpias y muy nuevas. La amabilidad del personal es algo a resaltar, ya que desde el personal de recepción, camareros de restaurante y cafetería, incluso el personal de limpieza, son muy amables y serviciales. El Buffet de desayuno y cenas, es muy completo y amplio y de alta calidad. Lo que necesitaba eran 3 días de relax y de descanso. Y lo he aconseguido. Lo que no me ha gustado, es que permitan reservar con las toallas hamacas, en la piscina, sin estar la gente tomando el sol, porque dejan al resto de clientes sin posibilidades. Me ha gustado mucho la experiencia y seguro que volveré.

La ducha era excepcional pero al no tener mampara mojaba todo el suelo del cuarto de baño

Faciliteit zoals bij dinner en ontbijt moest drank tegen betaling en zelfs water word in rekening gebracht.

Hotel word aangeboden met zicht op strand waarvan enkel de hoek kamers volledig zicht hebben op zicht en deze niet worden aangeboden door hotel mits deze kamers werden volboekt enkel kamers aan de zijde van strand waarbij jij letterlijk moest rechtstaan om naar zee te kijken en meer naar camping aan front van kamers hebt?

The staff are friendly and excellent. They make you feel at home. The hotel is super modern and clean. The room is spacious with a fantastic view. The food and drinks are affordable and absolutely delicious. Walking distance from everything and right in front of the beach making waking up early absolutely fun

Absolutely nothing. Never been more pleased with a hotel in all my solo travels more than this. Will definitely stay then again upon my next visit

Very poor

- the view from the seaview is beautiful, - the room was clean.

- stuff is very rude, they laughed at me when I told them I was feeling unsafe in the hotel, - double bed was two beds, no topper, quite uncomfortable, - the hotel has a spa but renting a towel is 10 euros in cash (couldn't they charge the credit card?), - no soap (the cleaning stuff didn't fill it in for all my stay).

first impression good but looking into details not recommandable. not a 4 Star hotel in all details.

we could store all our personal belongings in wardrobe and drawers & in bathroom. that was exceptionel. most of the staff was friendly. especially at the reception very helpfull & also charming. breakfast was very good. lots of choice. room was bigger than expected and nice balcony. airconditioning silent. entrance aera nice and good smelling. the hotel has a own bar at the beach.

There is a camping spot right next to the hotel which was almost constantly very noisy. they speak in german through microphone during the day several times. Annoying - and also at night. This made it hard to relax & sleep. The dinner is served in the basement, which i don't like at all. We never ate there as the feedback from various guests have been terrible. Cold food, left over from breakfast etc. It did not sound appealing. The gym is a small windowfree & tight room. it has only 3 cardio machines, really no space, & nothing to practice weight lifting. Suggestion: to give it up & make a massage room out of it. The massage room is also very small & no windows. The Massage itself was ok, good but not super. She did massage very fast. And as I am a therapist myself I have some knowledge how it could be. Most of the staff is very friendly but there is a lot of space for improvement regarding waiting the tables & by greeting guests in general. At the beach i waited for 10 minutes to get an umbrella & ended up by taking it myself. The pool was always at nice cool temperature but the staff did only interfer about rules to be better followed when I gave feedback. People reserved chairs at 8 a.m. but came before noon. 95% of the guests do not shower before entering the pool & it was hot weather (sweating). also here no controlling. the pvc Lounges & also the elevator smells badly most of the time. the parking is a closed aerea which is good. but you need to descend from the car to drive out & open the gate & this very fast before gate closes again. Lot is all sandy not concrete. car gets very dirty inside that way. when it rained the place was flood and some people could not enter the car because of much water around the parked cars. the rooms have not been cleaned properly. the showerhead & rod has never been cleaned. be aware that beach is large but not sandy but all pepples. For the safe you have to pay 20.

Food was excellent- great choice and options and very fresh. Always room in the restaurant

Perfect for Summer Holidays in Spain

The hotel is perfectly located on the Santa Susanna's Beach. It features great amenities, bar, Kalima beach bar, wonderful outdoor pool, spa and other facilities. Staff is superb! Me and my husband celebrated our honeymoon there and they all tried to make it even more special. It's an Adults-Only hotel, so you won't be hearing any children or seeing them jumping in the pool and disturbing your peace. The food is excellent and every day different. I recommend taking a half-board option as this will really cover you for the day food wise. I would go as far to say this hotel has the best position in Santa Susanna, which has a great nightlife! Totally recommend this hotel and we will be returning to it.

The only thing I would comment on is the cleanliness of the rooms. They are very clean upon your arrival, don't get me wrong, but on a day to day basis rooms could be cleaned more in detail. However nothing that would spoil your day.

Superb

Food was very, very good. Location very close to the beach, availability to take a drinks from hotel bar to the beach. All feedback discussing excellent personnel in the hotel, I can confirm all the employees were very friendly and they made our stay very comfortable since the day one. All feedbacks on booking are very accurate and very true, I would definitely come back.

The beach bar could be available also for All Inclusive members and not only hotel bar (considering the hotel´s costs are the same and the beach bar is not full during the day). Although, they are very close to each other, it would bring more comfort to beachgoers.
