Gerne wieder, dann allerdings ohne Frühstück.

Das Frühstück könnte für diese Kategorie besser sein. Der Kaffee aus dem Automat war nach unserem Geschmack leider zu dünn.

La ubicación y el desayuno

La suciedad. La terraza y tumbonas estaban llena de cagadas de pajaro y oxido, que no limpiaron cuando avisamos, tardaron 2 días y nos dieron toallas porque las tumbonas estaban fatal. La puerta de salida al balcón rota, sin maneta, lo vimos después de 3 noches, con el peligro que supone que cualquiera pueda entrar en cualquier momento. Pedimos cambio de habitacion y nos dijeron que no tenian ninguna libre, entonces pedimos que nos devolvieran 2 noches que nos quedaban para irnos a casa a lo que se negaron y casualmente encontraron una habitación libre. No es un 4* ni de lejos, no volveremos.

Superb

Amplasare superba , la 1 minut de la stația de autobuz , piscina este un plus cu ieșire la mare , camera cu balcon , aer condiționat ,restaurantul cu o vedere excelenta la mare - geamuri panoramice , Wi- fi gratuit , in camera TV cu ecran mare plat . Hotelul este foarte aproape de aeroport , raportul preț - calitate excelent , recomand cu încredere .

Location is ok, otherwise not worth the money.

Location is good, balcony of the room was good.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom, no slippers or bathrobe. The room was weird shape and my partner had to climb over the bed to get to her side. The WiFi is atrocious quality - I had to go to a different place to be able to work remotely. There is no WiFi at all at the pool. They charge 16 euro extra per day for parking, even though they have their own car park. The breakfast was good but always the same. However, there is a good coffee machine and automatic (bad like office one) coffee machine. When we asked for a coffee from a good machine, having seen staff just make one, we were met with surprise and told to use the bad one instead. Only after insisting they reluctantly made one cafe latte. Unpleasant.

Great short break in a brilliant city.

Beautifully renovated room. Lovely bathroom and facilities. The hotel is right on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, lovely lobby and the staff were friendly.

Getting a taxi was difficult, but not the hotel's fault.

Front beach , sea view . Easy to reach Barcelona 20 min far. Good number of restaurants in the village . Quiet location , perfect for relaxing time

Rude staff, not really open for the season and it shows. no bar at night, closed at 9. poor value for money

the bedroom was the best thing

the staff were not interested, rude in their approach and gave a bad vibe when you are paying a lot of money and hoping for a pleasant experience

Perfect location for stay in Castelldefels!

Perfect location, just by the beach. Nice and clean room. Breakfast with nice selection, very tasty. Restaurant with very nice view on the beach/sea. Just few minutes walk to the railway station with every 30min train to Barcelona city center.

Restaurant service team was very unpleasant while we asked for table with the beach/sea view - table was free but requires cleaning.

Very well located, directly at the beach. The food in the restaurant is very good, but for the size of portion a bit too expensive. The breakfest was as expected and the rooms are nice and good equipped.

The front desk staff could improve their behavoiur towards the customers. The are somewhat rough and not as helpful as thy should be. I think the management of the hotel should send them to a training to improve the situation. Keep in mind, the guets/ customers are paying their salaries.

Superb

I stayed 4 days in here.The location of the hotel is very good, several nice restaurant nearby. It has comfortable bed, shower is nice.

There is no new coffee capsules for the last two days😮‍💨.

Amazing

This property completely exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely perfect and the view was sensational. The house keeping was also amazing in terms of keeping everything clean and tidy and replenishing our room. The location was also perfect, will 100% be returning to this hotel.

Everything was fine. The only bit of constructive criticism I can say is the reception staff on arrival were not very informative. Didn't give us any information about the restaurant opening times, spa, or pool. She just literally gave us our key. I mean we kind of worked things out for ourselves which was fine but slightly frustrating as one night we planned to go to the restaurant and it was closed, could have been avoided with a bit more attention to detail from reception.
