The staff overall was pleasant as can be given the circumstances of working under an unscrupulous, dishonest owner.
Myself a physician scientist and brother a business executive rented the presidential suite at the Pullman on a golf trip and although the apartment was spacious with a great view of the ocean there was a major problem with sewage and the room stank for the entirety of our stay and it was horrible. The owners did not even offer us another room to stay in- they just tried to mask the smell with bleach. My vacation (and I don't get many) was destroyed. The owner promised a full refund but did not fulfill his promise on check-out. Not only that, he just disappeared and left the staff to handle our protests. It was just a horrible experience. I will never return to the Pullman- sorry! Neither will I recommend it to anyone I know!

2.0 / 10.0

Petit dejeuner + grande chambre

First of all the staff is excellent, from the managers to the cleaning ladies to the pool staff. Special shout out to Bibi and the reception. They try and accommodate your needs and are so professional even though it must be a challenge at time with certain customers :)
Our room was spacious and quiet.
It is beautiful, and well managed, families seem to have so much fun and group friends as well as couples too, there’s a spot for everyone. Even dogs!!! That was really really cool our dog was so welcomed.
The Pachamama is an awesome place to swim and get food. The breakfast buffet is also good.
The showers need to be updated, the caulking mainly. Of course it’s right by the ocean so it’s hard to manage which the humidity levels.
Also in busy season people tend to reserve beds around the pool by leaving their belongings even if they are not there for hours. It’s very unfortunate.

Ms Hakima AlHouty the incharge of the apartments was extremely professional and very supportive, she made our stay very unique thanks to her immediate assistance and response to our needs in a very timely manner. Also Zineb from housekeeping so friendly and hardworking. Thank you Pullman management for such a beautiful experience

All staff associated at the time of my check in process including the hotel porter who remembered me from last year and showed me to my room were helpful and friendly. The staff working at the hotel breakfast service are an asset to the hotel, they also remembered I had stayed there last year and were exceptionally friendly. They made sure my breakfast experience was excellent.I will always remember the smiles and laughs.Stayed in Room 202 had fabulous view of sea and pool which was perfect sitting out at night. The pools are excellent.
Stayed in June unfortunately the room air-conditioning did not achieve the set temperature at night this made sleeping uncomfortable. This was the view of some other guests I spoke with during my stay and I found the same problem last year staying in June in a different room in the same block. Disappointed I requested an early morning wake up call 5.30 and did not receive one having been as advised it was booked in.

You feel linke Willy Wonka at breakfast, pies to stories high, a lot of choice, but to be honest presentation gets a 10+ but the taste was a 6 or seven, many things had less tast as we compare it to the other places in Marokko.
The ambiance was perfect, therefore alone we would come again, but rooms are outdated, need maintainance
I paid 3 times, 1 time through booking, one ti.e at arrival and another time wen going, still waiting on my refund. My sone got sick of the spaghetti bolognaise we ait at the hotel, and the toilet flushed very very poorly, that was not ideal. But after mentionning the ants in the bathroom they agreed we get another room. Which smelled of fungus. The rooms really need maintainance, but overall it's a really pleasant ambiance.

Great location, great swimming pool and a fantastic beach.
Rooms need extra maintenance, especially showers.

Pool area was great
Rooms were very loud you could hear noise from adjacent rooms and cleaning staff in the morning. The room was outdated and the bathroom in particular was in terrible shape. The shower appeared to be missing a door and the bathroom got soaked with every shower. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel.

the pool was nice, the staff were helpful
i only stayed there for a night
the room are way outdated ,they need a full remodel.
the bathroom is very bad, mold are all over ,water pressure was bad, towels are 10 years old

Pool fantastic only people in the pool in the morning, comfortable loungers and towel service was good.Rooms were variable had two stays 3 nights partial sea view front of hotel comfortable but aircon not working.Second room pool view far block room decor brighter and fabulous terrace to sit out in the evening aircon worked but room safe not working but did not bother us as only two nights on second stay stay. The breakfast buffet was fabulous in terms of choice but special mention must go to breakfast staff .Front of house was a delight and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed .The omelet cooks both male and female and pancake cook were so friendly and produced excellent omelettes they were fun to talk to and made sure our food was excellent. Can’t say enough about the frendly and attentive staff. Thank you.
Nothing really spoilt ours stay .Constructively as we had two different room with in 10 a ten day period to ensure all rooms are of the same basic standard a per check in list for rooms would help to ensure quality assurance .

It's a lovely hotel with some beautiful rooms and views. Paying a bit extra for a room with a sea or pool view is definitely worth it. The Spa and Gym are closed until mid summer but if it's not your thing dont worry. Great location, golf on location but it is out of town. However transfers and Taxis are cheap.
The hotel has great potential for cycling and sport based holidays. On the sea front side of the hotel is a lovely quiet road that runs for miles along the shore. However no Bikes available?????. That's mad !!.
If you really know Morocco, you will know it's not France, Spain or Italy when it comes to Food. Its just not. Food here is okay. Breakfast is very good though. Service is excellent. Restaurant Menu needs work. There is fantastic fish and Lamb in location but not here ??? Just some grill with salads and dressings would transform the menu.
