Séjour presque impérial

La chambre, le personnel de chambre, la piscine.

Pas de bouteille d'eau 😔, le manque de communication aux sujets des équipements. Le café soluble, le buffet petit déjeuner pauvre.

Très bon sejour

Les petits déjeuner et diner étaient très bien.

L'environnement de l’hôtel est très bruyant la nuit et la musique dans la salle repas est très forte. L'organisation de l’hôtel pour la réservation de massage, hammam etc... n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes de vacanciers --> trop d'attente, horaires non tenus, planning vite complet car 1 seule masseuse.

Room was good Breakfast was ok. Friendly reception staff

Dinner on first day was tasteless and too expensive for €20 per parson, so no more dinner Breakfast was ok but few varieties , more continental food will be better. No tea making facilities in the rooms.

Excellent experience, except for the restaurant.

The gentleman who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, had a nice pool and air-conditioning in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly.

The restaurant manager(a short old man). He was usually angry and swearing with +18 words! He did not show professionalism and was not helpful!

one woman saved our stay.

The beds are comfortable , the pool is okay. The woman responsable for the activities saved the image of the hotel , she was kind and very nice to us which made us have a better stay.

no towels or very dirty towels at the pool. We had a leak in a room and all our stuff got wet , it happend at 1 o’clock at night they proposed us to change the room but we were to tired to change( kids were sleeping) the next day the receptionist responsable showed absolutely no empathy and he even said it’s our fault for not changing the room. The breakfast is very very mediocre. I sadly do not recommend.

Not bad but you can get better for the price. European rates with 5 times lower quality everything. The staff are extrem

it’s close to the medina where you can walk for taking you about 40 minutes to 1 hour. it has a decent pool

A lot of things including the poor facilities and mismanagement of everything. Dinner quality is low for charging guests 20 Euro an hour.

A great value budget hotel, highly recommend

Exceptional attentive staff always cheerful and informative. Wonderful roof top pool and the accommodation cost represented great value for money

The only minor negative was the location, being a little way out of town. But taxis are really cheap and plentiful

It was worth staying at imperial Hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was spot on, it was very near from the city centre and all the clubs.

The swimming pool’s heater wasn’t working so the water was too cold to swim.

a very nice rooftop swimming pool and that's about all I can say about this hotel. bathroom dirty, lots of dogs barking in the area and all loud to hear at night. average breakfast for a 4 star hotel and no drinks with dinner

A Hidden Gem? Almost...

Nice looking hotel outside the Medina. About 8 min drive to Medina. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Morocco, I give this one a solid 8/10. The restaurant was not excellent. The menu is limited. The location of the hotel requires a car. We had a driver during our whole stay, so the distance from the Medina was not an issue for us. The A/C system was OFF but you really didn't need a/c. There was loud construction and noise from 7 am. It sounds bad but the hotel is nice, if you want a very nice room outside the Medina for cheap? I recommend it ONLY if you have a car or driver.

The location was outside the Medina. Loud noises (construction) early AM. No a/c. The rooms, while comfortable, are showing their age/use. I had the towel bar fall to the floor, for example. Small things but all in all, I recommend it IF you have a car or driver. Restaurant.
