We have stayed several times, twice this year so far. The Crown Manor is a go to hotel for us for a little break as we love the New Forest and Lyndhurst in particular. The hotel ticks all the boxes for us in terms of location, comfort and the lovely staff.
The only downfall we ever have is the lack of a fridge in the room as we always end up needing one sadly.

Very comfortable and great staff.
Nothing.

Great location. Very clean. Nice bar staff.
Breakfast was poor. Room was ugly and dated, furniture was too big for the room and very old. Extortionately expensive for the room. Drinks very expensive.

Both were very good! Number of coat
Number of coat hangers!! 5????? Really??
The inside of the wardrobe particularly the shelves were very dirty! Couldn’t put clothes in there!

Property was easy to find and a good location.
Room allocated to us (n. 203) was poor and also fronted the main road. The bathroom was very small and hardly fit for a couple and we are not large people. We had to squeeze ourselves around the bathroom door to access the toilette.
Bed very uncomfortable. Hardly slept all night. Very poor value for money overall.

the staff were really good and helpful and friendly.
the room could have done with some updating.
4.3
lovely historic building in central location
seems to be a problem
with providing sufficient hot water in the evening
4.3
Traditional English hotel with good customer care.

Breakfast was good but toaster did not work very well and they ran out of marmalade.
Room was OK but could not shut off the ventilation system noise, it only closed down about 12:30am and started again about 06:00. There was no bottled water provided in the room.
See above under what liked.

A lovely old hotel in a fantastic central location, close to lots of quirky little shops and places to eat. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly staff
Nothing

Breakfast was excellent, staff were excellent, room OK apart from shower as my wife is disabled and could not use as it was to small. Location excellent.
An empty drink 's bottle behind bedside cabinet there when we got there and there when we left.
