The view was spectacular! Loved the bay window!
They wouldn't serve us for dinner without a reservation. We had to go out in a storm. And their room service menu is not good.

Location is excellent and the suite/room, which opened onto the garden, in one of the towers, was generous and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and loved the complementary G&T on arrival in our room.

Location and view.
A better tidy up in rooms each day, especially bathroom./

Restaurant was excellent as was the selection and standard of cuisine. Staff were friendly and helpful
Rear appearance looks a little austere and could do with an update, coat of paint as per the front entrance

They charged an additional £12 for an abysmal cooked breakfast, the room lacked ventilation or AC, a fan was available but little scope to open the windows. the bathroom was the same hot and steamy and the extract was not able to cope with the condense and steam load. Overall the room was uncomfortable and considering the price it did not come up to the standard of others I have stayed in the UK for less or the same price
I had an evening meal of breadcrumb coated and fried chicken, very over cooked (almost burnt) hard to eat as it was dried to a cinder - we did not eat there again in the hotel this meal reflected the overall poor food performance
3 nights, paid over £1,000 and then they charged £12 per night car parking - Padstow is all about fleecing the customer and I will not make a revisit

Loved the location, unfortunately no estuary or river view, just the car park, fire escape and maintenance shed. Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfy. Parking on site.
Should have booked a room with a view. But still very pricey stay.

The breakfasts were excellent - a very varied menu. We very much enjoyed the view of the estuary from our bedroom window. The location in Padstow could not have been better, being a short walk from the bus station and the harbour. We also very much liked the blue/grey nautical décor within the hotel.
We would have appreciated one or two "grab rails" in , and getting out of, the shower.

Location, food and drinks very nice, comfortable bed
Unless you book directly with the hotel you now pay for the car park

The style and decoration. The bedrooms were so comfortable and well fitted out. Wonderful bed and bedding.
The Relaxed style and views from the Restaurant. The food and presentation was excellent.
Wonderful friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent position for visiting the area.
Think there should be a shaving/makeup mirror in the bathroom with enhanced vision!
You can’t rely on public transport in the area. You need a car.

Location was perfect. Room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
I tried to order room service but the phone in the room didn’t work and no one was answering from reception or the restaurant. I called Harbourside’s hotel bookings number in the end who emailed the hotel and someone came up to take my order.

Breakfast had a good selection and cooked breakfast was good quality. Short distance from shops, restaurants, bars and pretty village/harbour. Lots of choice of places to eat and drink
Air conditioning would have been helpful, extremely hot in rooms, although weather was unusually hot. There was a fan I. The room which helped

Lovely, luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Excellent staff, friendly and attentative. The hotel is spotless. Rooms modern. Excellent breakfast. Look forward to returning here.
The room was very hot, even with the fan on all night. It was 28 degrees outside, though.

The staff were all very kind and helpful, the views of the estuary are quite impressive and the rooms are well appointed with extremely comfy beds
Unfortunately there is no laundry service, otherwise it’s difficult to find anything we didn’t like - perhaps the windows in the restaurant which cut off your view when sat down, but otherwise just a really lovely hotel.

Beautiful view from our room. Very comfortable bed and the free Gin and Tonic was a nice touch
Service at breakfast was a little unfriendly at times although they were very busy.
10.0
Excellent breakfast, room was lovely - great decor however our room was underneath the restaurant and was very loud at the end of the night and noise started early in the morning. It didn’t affect our enjoyment tho - it was a great hotel and fantastic location for the heart of padstow.
Only the noise as detailed above.

The location and view from the restaurant
Parking was tight, we booked last minute and got an accessible room which was not great. It was noisy being on the ground floor and near reception. The wet room bathroom literally soaked the whole room when you had a shower. The sink was so low and nowhere to put toiletries down by the sink same in the shower.

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable with good facilities and friendly staff.

Beautiful view with a delicious breakfast. Every thing you could ask for in your room. Incredible comfortable beds and fantastic showers. A good space for the bathroom.
Staff were so friendly and helpful and chat to you making you feel welcome
Seriously seriously hot in our room. Our friends had a cheaper room opposite us and had air conditioning where we paid a lot more money for a view and upgrade and we melted. The windows open a tiny amount, there was a fan we found after the first night and it just moved hot air. It was unbearable hot till the day we left when it was cloudy. There needs to be air conditioning in there. Reception said when there is money they will do this, we’ll at £300 a night that’s not acceptable. I felt bad about it as our friends had it in a cheaper room. Although view was worth the extra money, the heat was too much. Also parking was very tight

Allowing dogs into the restaurant😡I'm a dog owner but never dream of bringing it into a place where other people are eating! There's! a smaller room with pool table perhaps use that for dog owners?
