There is no free parking, no elevator in the building, and the beds are not clean enough

Hotel bed cleanliness is not good

An elevator should be installed. The attic stairs are too steep to carry luggage.

We loved our stay at the Albion. The place was great, great location and the staff was amazing!

It was a unique spot great for walking around town, through the park and to the museums.

Everything went as well as we expected which was very well.

We do wish, though, that they would not use environmentally unfriendly plastic-packed low quality mini jams and marmalades and butters etc for breakfast. We are near to making a rule not to use even excellent stay-places like this if they continue this habit.

Perfect stay at a great location.

Wonderful location and well equipped room. Great beds and very clean. The location was just far enough all the beaten path to be quiet and no busy traffic outside our window.

The third floor walk up was a trek and the upstairs room was quite warm.

Great for the price and for my 1night stay.

Great wee room, with all the facilities needed for my 1 night stay.

My room was close to reception and people had to walk past it all the time. I could hear the reception area especially in the early morning!

location. comfort. nice staff.

no hooks to hang coats. wardrobe ok but a few hooks needed maybe on doors or walls

Brilliant location and helpful staff with clean rooms

Staff are very friendly and helpful, location was perfect for accessing amenities in the west end of Glasgow and situated on the River Kelvin. Rooms were clean and comfortable and I had a lovely view of the river. The price was very reasonable

Lovely quiet and friendly hotel.

Excellent hotel. Good quiet location but many amenities nearby. Room small but ideal for one person. Hotel clean and warm and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

hotel was really nice! lady (didn’t get her name) at the reception was lovely! great wee room with a great shower! location was excellent! would highly recommend and if I’m ever back in the area will definitely book again :) breakfast was great too!

Very comfortable for a single traveller, in a quiet lane only a few steps from the West End bustle.

Albion Hotel was exactly what I needed for one night in the west end before flying from Glasgow Airport. Marlene at reception was friendly and accommodating. I had a single bedroom with a nice view of trees, private bathroom, tv, kettle, hair dryer, at a good price. It was a quick, easy walk to Great Western Road and Byres Road/west end.

I struggled a bit with the hot water control in the shower, but I think this was my own butterfingers because there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom sink. I'm sure Marlene would have helped me but I was up extremely early to get to the airport.
