It wasn't the best but not the worst! Will not book there again

Booking included breakfast so was able to order a full hot breakfast. The room was a fair size with a comfy bed.

There was a dirty bandaid in the shower stall, the cups in the room were dirty, the floor needed vacuumed & the room and as a bit dusty.

Unpleasant stay.

We paid extra to get the "superior king room" and was severely disappointed. * Firstly, the spa - supposedly a deluxe inclusion for this type of room actually made it almost impossible to shower. Unsafe even. One of us could barely get in/out because it was set too high, the other hit their head on the ceiling once in the shower! * The bed was uncomfortable as the "king" was actually 2 singles pushed together without a proper king topper so there was a gap between. The sheets were not king size either so didn't fit the bed properly. * The TV kept turning itself on, even in the middle of the night, and when watching it, kept switching over to the Chromecast screen. * The room was not soundproof, and we were disturbed late into the night by the noise of our neighbours. * Check in process was disrupted by the receptionists child - understandable that it is school hols, but not really appropriate for the child to be interupting and talking loudly when checking in.

Fantastic place to stay in Bathurst!

Great room, had everything we needed.

Stairs - we had a dream duffle dance bag we had to drag up the stairs and back down again. I didn't see any info about stairs. Assumed it was 1 level or had a lift.

Mantra always has outstanding staff and facilities!

Great location very clean I was there for a funeral And had travelled from Hobart that day.

Could have stayed with friends but knew I would be tired from planes trains really disappointed that spa and pool were both out of action as I was looking forward to relaxing.

Nice, big room with large bathroom. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Large meals, reasonably priced.

Stairs up to the restaurant so accessibility is a real issue.

Nice large room for a family of four for one night.

We found the staff at reception extremely rude. The dryer also didn't work in the guest laundry for longer than 20 seconds which was frustrating to say the least!

Honest and well located facility. Refreshed rooms are very good.

Good location and bed/heating and room layout all very good. Older style hotel layout and good size room. Close to Mount Panorama and good pubs within walking distance. Good parking.

Current renovation should have been disclosed. New bathroom and finishes will be great but clearly still in progress at the time. Highway noise from trucks can be heard.

Room was fine but overall disappointing and staff were not helpful in resolving issues

Good sized rooms that have been renovated

The room was very hot despite the weather being cold outside, couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature. Staff were unable to help. The pool facilities were less than acceptable. Spa was closed for maintenance and the indoor pool was so cold you couldn’t get in. Staff told us they turned on the pool heater when we approached the pool. When I asked them how long it would take to heat up they said they hope it heats up in 30 mins if they had turned on the correct setting. We stayed for 2 nights and the pool did not heat up at all. Very disappointing because we chose this hotel because of the advertised pool facilities.

I booked this accommodation for the spa facilities at the pool area and rang beforehand to see if the spa was still working , upon arrival the spa had broken down the day before ( but hadn’t been fixed) . very disappointed but the room overall was great

good accommodation... was disappointed by staff... Receptionist wore a hoody and cut out jeans and the Restaurant hostes

We stayed one night for a work event in Bathurst and enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The check in was easy, the room was large and comfortable and the location was good.

We had trouble working out how to use the TV - this took 20 minutes. We also had trouble working out how to get the air conditioner to warm the room it was blowing cold air only. In the end we turned it off.
