Ubytování v Deseo Home bylo úžasné - výborná lokalita v pěší dostupnosti do centra a ke spoustě památkám i zajímavostem Říma, velmi příjemný a ve všem nápomocný personál, krásný a prostorný pokoj, prostě vše bylo perfektní. Také snídaně byly výborné, všeho dostatek, bohatý výběr, vše čerstvé, výtečné nápoje - káva, čaj, džus..., zkrátka snídaně v Deseo Home byly úžasným začátkem každého dne v Římě :-).

Nemám co vytknout, vše bylo perfektní.

Muy bonita limpia excelente. El desayuno excelente. El personal muy amable y cooperador. Lo recomiendo pasa un bus al frente y esta accesible hasta la estación.

Clean, budget-friendly, and centrally located!

I am solo travelling and decided to stay here because it was the most central hotel for the best price and it was so well worth it. Only a 15 minute walk from the Roma Termini train station so very convenient. I love walking so I just walked to all the major tourist sites and it did not feel far at all- but I did see tons of buses around the hotel so I assume there are some public transport stations nearby. This was easily one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at and the staff were incredibly nice and attentive. I stayed in a single room which had a strange layout with a long hallway but I really liked it. There was lots of space for my stuff which is such a nice bonus and the bed was very comfortable. I only ever book hotels with breakfast for the convenience and although this one could have used a little more variety, it was very delicious and the staff were very attentive. 100% recommend this hotel.

The walls were pretty thin- you could hear someone sneeze a few doors down- but everyone was very respectful and quiet during the night so it was not a problem for me but it may be for others. I wish the breakfast had a little more variety, like more fruit or something but that is just me being picky.

Excellent stay in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for our Honeymoon visit in Rome.

Reception lady (I do not remember her name, young blonde) was very nice and gave exceptional advice on traveling the City and my wife enjoyed her conversations with her. Perfect place to stay during our honeymoon!

A/C system worked well but please provide instructions how to use. Mopping the floors would be helpful keeping room clean. Adding drawers or slightly more shelf space would be perfect.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit super Lage !

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und sehr gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Es war sehr sauber und es wird täglich gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Probleme wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Leider war es wenn man das Fenster aufgelassen hat abends etwas laut aufgrund der Straße, aber das war nicht schlimm.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Personel çok yardımseverdi, tesis çok temizdi ve sistemi iyi işliyordu. Herşeyden çok odanın iç avluya bakması, sessizliği ve konforu çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi.

Bir tek konum merkeze uzaktı fakat çok yakında otobüs durağı vardı.

Todo perfecto. Muy limpio, desayuno fantastico, personal super amable. Al llegar nos dieron mapa y indicaciones para visitar roma. Al irnos nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque. Las habitaciones se ven nuevas. Totalmente reformadas. Sin duda volveria a repetir con ellos.

Wonderful for a single traveller for a short period

Very clean, characteristic decor in every detail, amazing location and very peaceful. Loved the breakfast, the approachability and helpfulness of the staff was lovely; they were actually expecting my arrival and took great care of my luggage until check-in time. Offering guidance and suggestions around the city. Truly recommended.

The AC in the room was very weak, and there's no mesh on the window, so if you opened up you risked being eaten alive by the mozzies. Yes there's the thin curtain, but the heat and humidity would necessitate that you open that too.

Perfect for a 3 day trip

The room was spacious and clean- housekeeping came in and refreshed linens everyday. Complimentary breakfast was great, the staff with make cappuccinos for you. Great location for people who want to be close to attractions but not in the louder areas of the city. So many good restaurants in walking distance. A/c unit in rooms too

Breakfast was delicious each morning, room cleaned and fresh towels each day, kettle in the lobby to make cups of tea. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful providing us with a map and explaining where the main areas were located. Me and my partner had a lovely time here, will definitely recommend and hopefully return soon.

Very comfortable.

Deseo Home is a great place for a solo traveller. It's a no fus, clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in. The staff is friendly, helpful and considerate. Access to the hotel is easy at all hours. The shower is a bit small, but other nice things about the place overrule and are worth it. All destinations I had planned to visit in Roma were easily accessible by subway or bus. So all in all, would recommend!!

Nothing was a sore point for me.

Comfortable, pleasant hotel with lovely staff within easy reach of Ancient Rome!

Brilliantly comfortable bed in a nice quiet area in Rome, about half an hours walk away from the Colosseum. Very pleasant staff. Far enough away from the train station to feel safe but an easy walk.

There was a strange smell in the hallway and the hot water in the bathroom took a very long time to heat.

It was my 5th time in Rome, but I don’t think I will be going back to that hotel in the future.

The staff was very friendly. specially the ladies from the breakfast staff.

The beds were short (1.90m long). For a person who’s length 1.90, that’s not comfortable at all. Furthermore, the reception is not open 24hs. I needed to check out at 6, but the reception was close. I ended leaving the key in the mailbox.
