Location and restaurants were good.
Rooms were really tired and needed an update. Also had an unpleasant smell.
We have been here several times, but unlikely to stay again.

The accommodation was perfect the location and sea views and pool was fantastic 2 minutes walk to beach with lifeguards on . We didn’t eat in the hotel. We ate at the restaurant on the the site which was perfect. The place its self was spotless. The staff was very polite and helpful. Wish we stayed longer .😉

Great location, friendly staff, cold pool for summer . Tidy gardens with chairs and BBQs.
First room was dirty photos of the bath/spa were completely different online. Expectation was let down. Called reception and staff were helpful and obliging however this was for an engagement and it started the weekend poorly. New room was clean and had nice views from the balcony. Ocean views are very slim.

Location and spacious bathroom. Foxtel at no extra charge.
One door of the TV cabinet did not close. Probably the hinges need adjustment. The ironing board was broken though still usable. Otherwise the room was fine with a spacious bathroom

the size of room and bathroom for wheel chair
very quiet
the restaurants close to early

I never complain and honestly if I didn’t receive this message i
Wouldn’t have said anything:
I listened others being checked in and I was not greeted or had my stay explain and the faculties explained. I had to ask about parking and ask about where and how to get to get to our room twice. And it felt like a hassle. Later that night we went to the desk and asked for ice for our champagne and we were told we had to go buy a bag of ice from the connivence store. Which shocked us. We don’t get to have nights awy often and it feel so disappointing to feel like a burden when we were paying to stay.
Not
Only that the room was quite run down shutter were broken and paint was peeling. Jhsy felt like a massive dampener on our only ngiht away

Located in Salt Village and so close to many dining options.
Our suite was situated at the end of a wing and a bit of a walk to the lifts.

Served its purpose
Needs a refresher in the rooms, hallways and internal public areas

Very nice room
The lights from the car park made out rooms very much like daylight at night made sleeping difficult

Pool Good size & Plenty of chairs available

Location is great. Rooms a good.
No restaurant on site. Bar only service limited and overpriced.

Location is great, room was clean.
Bar was closed early, our room was the furthest possible room from the main entry, so walking in an out took a long time (we were on top of the Pilates studio at the roundabout entry). The spa was out of order and it was a very cold and windy weekend!
3.8
Location was perfect
There is no kitchen so no room service available and the bar shut at 4pm on a Saturday night

We book a room for a "couple" our beds were two singles joined. We shared an enter with next door. We weren't told about the need to pay a $200 deposit for the room till we got there and then waited 10 days to have it put back on our card

Beautiful location.
I booked a twin hotel room originally,
this room was so tiny, I would not recommend staying in this room type unless you were staying on your own. Reception was lovely and moved my mum and I to a one bedroom apartment with two single beds - my mum needed tests at hospital and had specialist appointments so I was so appreciative of the being able to move to a new room. Big thank you to reception who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Great location - heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Great pub!
Room was a bit dusty, other than that all good!

Beautiful location, salt village has all the essentials, love the tranquility

we got upgraded to a spa suite which was fantastic.
the heater in the room didn't work very well - it was 10 degrees overnight... so we were a bit cold.

Great Location Right on Salt Beach, Rooms we’re very clean and tidy.Surrounding Restaurants and Cafes are Right Next Door, Staff are So Friendly and Helpful. The Main Pool is Huge and Would Be Great for a Warm Weather Stay. The Tropical Pool Was right Near our Wing of the Resort, but was a Tad on the Cold Side and The Spa was not heated. But Overall Great Facilities and Would Definitely Stay Again…
