Amazing views over lake, paired with comfortable bed, great shower pressure and a kitchen with everything we needed made it a good stay. All staff we encountered (reception and cleaning) were friendly.
Our lake front suite needed a little tlc. Peeling paint and poorly repaired dings in the wall. Could have been an absolute knock out but was just needing a little maintenance.
3.5
Had a lake view room but wasn't much of a view outside our door would of been nicer with the rooms with the deck
Room needed air freshener smelt like cigarettes
3.5
Great views across the lake and watching planes take off
A little dated and unless all you wanted was a cup of water or a tea/coffee, no other cutlery or plates provided. A shame after having bought platter stuff to eat on the balcony
1.5
When we got to are room it was dated a bit rough and in need of updateing door to the deck was broken wouldn't open and there were ants in the kitchen. Got moved to another room which was better apart from the water damage in the ceiling
The mould in the. Bathroom and the tv in the bedroom and the living room didn't work told. The staff said they would get it fixed never did.the staff in general were poor

Didn't realise that you guys do a hold on Visa only ones that I no do this would be nice in advance and it took a week to clear after you guys put it on hold and the ceiling had a lump in the kitchen opened the cupboard and hit the ceiling cause pieces to fall on the ground

The view is fantastic especially as I am a golfer. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The rain head shower was great and bath too, especially considering it was cold when we were there.
The rooms/facilities are dated. Cracks in the finish of the walls, spider webs everywhere, toilet seat was loose. Peppers feels like it needs are upgrade/ renovation to breathe life back into it because the location, room layout etc is amazing and is let down by aging decor.

Location was really good. Short stroll to the bar and restaurant, and staff very friendly. Was disappointed we were not able to utilise the garage, particularly because it was raining when we arrived.
Steps leading up to our rooms. Too many, when trying to carry our bags. The ceilings were covered in cobwebs, and 2 severe cracks, which was a little frightening to be honest. The bathroom did not have good ventilation to remove steam quickly when showering. Bathrobe was tiny without a matching tie. Only one in the room, when we needed 2.
2.5
Room was clean but be prepared to lug your suitcase up an insane amount of stairs.
Does not provide what it says on the description of room. Staff member not at all interested in helping, although with persistence was moved to room that I had booked according to booking.com but had to pay a rate increase on top. Little signage so make sure you are really clear when the staff tell you where it is as it is very easy to get lost and reception is quite a way from the rooms.
3.5
Really nice room and setting with the golf course. Was gutted i was working as didn't get the chance to utilise. Food from the restaurant was also very very good.
The distance of the rooms from reception provided privacy but was a long walk to get to my room with bags and then back again to check out. Got room service as didnt want to walk to dinner. Would suggest a shuttle service or there were quite a few golf carts parked up maybe providing these to guests for use.
3.5
Location peaceful and we had a great view
The bed is very comfortable and the shower was fantastic

Breakfast was good
Friendly reception and staff
Balcony chairs needed de cobwebbing and window/door to balcony needed a good clean but otherwise room was fine

Everything was good, except reason below explained.
I booked 3 rooms, only one room was upto mark with standards and other 2 were little run down conditions and wasnt meeting with expected standards.

Could hear people through the walls. spider webs and no kitchen facilities

Booking out .. the lady at the reception was a delight
Room was dirty. Stained chair in room. Dirty walls. Shower dirty floor. No furniture to sit on outside.
0.5
convenient for the airport
Rooms are outdated and in a very poor condition.
Garden suite overlooking the road and the tin roofs of the parking area
dreadful service in the restaurant

The unit we stayed at was wonderful, straight on the lake. The lake creates beautiful atmosphere - you watch birds, eels, waves lapping almost at your door.
The upstairs and downstairs were comfortable, clean, parking is free at the door.
The hotel is located on the golf course and there are are a lot of walkways, calm and peaceful location. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. It is a short drive to CBD.

Beautiful quiet place to relax and unwind.
Was a bit dissatisfied with our meals we received from the restaurant

location
it could have been a little cleaner
5.0
beautiful setting
little far from amenities, staff buggies service wold be great, stayed at the Rocks in Phuket which was step but getting a lift to the room was easy so the same would’ve been great
3.5
big room, location to the airport
due to lack of staff there was only 1 person for breakfast and hence no buffet, only a menu. No fruit juice either.
