Hotel OK, była nam tam potrzebna jedna noc.

Dla nas kluczowe było położenie naprzeciwko dworca kolejowego bo chcieliśmy dalej jechać koleją.pokój czysty, śniadanie dobre. Parking hotelowy tylko na 6 samochodów, ale mieliśmy trochę szczęścia.

W łazience przy włączeniu światła włączał się wentylator który był głośny jak traktor. W nocy żeby nie budzić drugiej osoby trzeba było korzystać z łazienki po ciemku.

Very good

Fresh air, silence in the morning, and view of mountains is so relaxing.

The elevator does not go to the 4th floor for some reason, stairs are small and steep, so carrying luggage could be interesting :) Final works in rooms and corridors are leaving an impression of a lack of proper maintenance.

Very good location to stay if Zermatt is sold out

We like the location, very close to the train station.

The beds are expected to be not that good for the price. There is a smell somewhere in the room.

A well-kept, friendly hotel.

The hotel is just opposite the station. The staff at reception and in the lovely restaurant on the first floor where I had dinner and breakfast were welcoming, helpful and efficient. My room was not fancy, but it was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel is OK, but the price is too high for the standard it offers.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was OK and the location of the hotel very convenient. The bathroom was nice and very clean.

The price we paid was definitely too high for the standard. The room (except for the bathroom) was more or less on an IBIS standard (very small, no amenities), but about 100 CHF more expensive.

Chose Hotel as close to Train Station, but wouldn't want to stay for an extended time

No Air Con, so had to leave windows open and hence was noisy

Great location. Good breakfast. Rest is meh.

.Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient.

Flies all over the restaurant tables! Flies sitting on your food. Staff didn’t even seem to notice us waving flies away with one hand and eating with another. Small room, no AC, tiny beds. No fridge in the room. Too few amenities for what they charge. There was no way to get to reception with bags- entry ways packed with drinking patrons, who glared at us as we squeezed ourselves through. Asked a staff- she pointed to the door and said “see that door that says ‘reception’? “ There just was no way for us to get to it without upsetting folks, but she didn’t seem to care. We were three brown people in Visp, so most of the patrons looked at us with apparent disgust. Luckily, my 7 yr old was too tired to notice.
