All good

Everything was good! I guess it was a good price for Melbourne. There’s a small fridge in the room which is useful!

Our view was the wall do the next Building!

Not recommended. Wont stay there again.

Close to everything.

Smelly pillows. Bed sheets not clean . Looks like didnt wash after last use. No hand soap. Rang reception a few times to requst hand soap. But no one answered the phone . Went to reception no one were there. Dissapointed.

Decent place to stay

Hotel was nicely located on the tram line. We stayed on the ground floor. The room has a small compact bathroom. Nice lady on the reception, possible parking behind the hotel included.

The air conditioning was not good. Carpet was older worth to change but clean. The mat under the sink was soaked with water. We took it out and got a cockroach on it, which we brought in and had to kill. There were more of them outside by the bins.

Stayed 6 nights in room 20.Would stay again,it’s always comfortable and welcoming.

I love the location of this hotel so close to Moreland train station and number 6 and 19 trams. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Good wardrobe space. Very good value for money. I love the colour changing shower lights.

The walls are very thin,can easily hear people in room next door Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the shower and vacuuming right into corners. Could be better maintained but I’m willing to compromise for a good price.

It did the job for cheap but mold was bad

Staff where nice and rooms where nice.

There was mold all through the bottoms of the shower. In every crease and it smelt.

Grim but you get what you pay for

It was very affordable. i guess that you get what you pay for.

AC didn't work. Lots of road noise in the front room. Could hear neighbouring room shenanigans. Creepy vibe. However, you get what you pay for and it was quite cheap.

Good but bad.

Location, comfortable beds, second floor windows able to be opened.

Room 6 had a disgusting rotten milk smell coming from the fridge cupboard, got worse and worse as the night progressed. It was too late to call to change room as office unattended after 9 pm.

Good place to stay in Brunswick for an overnight stay

Clean, spacious, good car park, easy to access

Lift to upstairs was a bit rackety so we just used the stairs instead

Clean, well-stocked, good beds and shower. Staff friendly and efficient. We stay here often and I definitely recommend it.

Cheap but very cheerful

Mary Ellen on reception was particularly helpful. Room was away from the busy road an quiet.

Some of the info on the website is inaccurate - all rooms don't have a toaster and reception isn't manned until 11pm as stated. It could do with a bit of tlc.

Pleasant

The staff were very friendly and lovely - probably the best thing about the stay. The car park was very useful. the bathroom was very functional and nice. Overall everything was clean and in working order

bed was very small and very uncomfortable. The lock/latch/handle to the hallway (enterance into the building) had a very rickety lock which was a little bit of a concern security wise. The TV plug did not reach the wall socket. Literally placed a centimeter to far - thankfully had my own extennsion chord but just thought that was a funny miss in design.

Easy access to everything especially airport for low cost travel ( saved mega on UBER) Place ok. A little shabby but didn't expect much better for loco and price

OK but little more than a room with ensuite.

Room had small TV, kettle, air con. Bathroom was good, parking was good. On tram and bus routes.

Not v clean. Some rodent traps in the room. Fridge in room noisy (switched it off at night) and not changeable. Self-service laundry suddenly unavailable when we needed it. Used by hotel itself for several hours! Tiny terrace was unkempt full of cigarette ends. No lobby or facilities. Surrounding area a bit run down.

That he gave a refund cause we couldn't stay there

The hotel seemed old and uncomfortable. But in saying that hat .he was pleasant. It's a good place to stay if your after maybe one night . Clean and tidy. He was super cool. But I wouldn't stay there again .

Small room for family of 6, but good value for money

It has the basic amenities needed. Location close to the city centre, with tram services nearby. Many restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Free parking on site.

The room was a bit small for a family of 6.

great location for us with on site parking but bed and bedding supplies need updating

they had excellent communication & arranged after hours check in for us and it was close to the hospital. good shower pressure

bed was very hard, 2 flat dead pillows- no extra supplied, no extra blanket or electric blanket and it was a really cold night the first night.

It was conveniently located to my activities, was easily accessible by public transport, and met all my needs.

The pillows weren't great. It would have been nice to have a toaster or microwave
