Séjour calme avec facilité d’accès au centre ville.

L’hôtel était calme et juste à côté de la station de métro donc il était très simple de rejoindre le centre. Nous avons pu faire le check-in 3 heures avant. Les lits et oreillers étaient confortables. Les savons, crèmes pour le corps sentaient très bon. Du thé et une bouteille d’eau sont disponibles à l’arrivée. Le ménage était fait dans la chambre tous les jours.

Les rideaux dans la chambre sont très sales. Il y a des taches et ils semblent avoir changé de couleur. Le balcon aussi n’était pas très propre.

After a long day in the hot summer the room was a total comfort & bliss

The location - staff very professional and apt ready to help - quite clean - positive energy - air conditioning 👌 will recommend to friends & Will definitely stay again hopefully next time with the familia

The corridor carpet needed a thorough vacuum.

We regretted our decision to pick this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the ratings.

Hard to find what we liked. Maybe the location (off center, but accessible), but the negatives outweigh the location’s value.

You will regret if you stay in this hotel if you care a bit about your comfort. 1) No sound proofing in this pseudo-hotel whatsoever. You hear everything, from the running shower sound to everything you can imagine. 2) Rude staff. Unresourceful, snippy. 3) Horribly uncomfortable bed. I got bruised all over for sleeping in their bed. 4) Not clean. I collected hair from the bathroom upon arrival.

Very good, great location and value

Excellent location close to metro (Red and Yellow line station Saldanha) and good restaurants. Easy access to city center and other places by metro/train via Saldanha and Entre Campos stations. Direct connection to airport via Red line. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Parking is a bit expensive though if you are coming by car.

It was a good hotel. Though not very centrally located but it was not even any far from main tourist locations. Taking taxi was the cheapest mode of commute. Cheaper than metro. Hotel was neat and comfortable. Friendly staff.

A bit more options for breakfast would be good. Huge public parking is just in front of the hotel. 26 euros was day parking.

Gute Lage

Wir waren drei Personen. Die Betten sind gut und man hört die Strasse draussen nicht. Die Lage war mitte zum Flughafen und zum Zentrum

Die Dusche wahr verstopft und die Hygiene wahr auch okay. Das Fruhstück war nicht so wie auf dem Foto und wahr etwas Mager.

A localização é o ponto forte do Hotel Canadá. Está a menos de um quarteirão do metrô. Chuveiro bom.

Por ser um hotel de 2 estrelas deixa muito a desejar, vamos lá: 1. Quarto frio, para nós que pegamos dias chuvosos e mais frios, foi complicado. 2. Quarto mal arejado (por mais que deixássemos a janela aberta quando saímos). 3. Sentia cheiro de mofo. 4. Cama muito mole. 5. O micro refrigerador não funciona. É melhor falar que não tem do que ter, não funcionar, e gastar energia. 6. Algumas pequenas formigas no quarto. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, no nosso segundo dia, e não nos foi atendido.

Good value and location

A good value hotel with a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and fast food outlets close by. Ideally located for the Metro, so all Lisbon's tourist attractions are within easy reach and also benefits from being on the airport tram line. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfy and the breakfast fine. An ideal place to stop while spending a few days visiting Lisbon.

Nothing. Views from the balcony aren't the best but this is reflected in the price. In all a well priced comfortable hotel in a good location.

Compact Double room

Our double room with balcony was small but comfortable, the room had air conditioning, a fridge that didn’t work, an electric jug, a safe and a wardrobe. The balcony with furniture was nice in the mornings. The hotel has a common lounge and an outside seating area both of which were nice. The breakfast which was included was good and the kitchen team friendly. We didn’t find the front desk to be overly friendly or helpful. Metro is very close by, 2 stops to the Blue line, then 2 stops to Rossio Square.

On two separate days we told the front desk that our fridge was not working and nothing happened. Feel 2 coffee sachets for a 4 night stay is a bit miserable.

Exceptional

Very kind and friendly, they also left a small present for my boyfriend’s birthday on that day. We had also included breakfast and it was good, the room was really pretty and always clean, the services fast. No problem at all for all our 5 days staying in Lisbon. Recommended.

Superb

The room was spacious, had a nice balcony, it was clean and was cleaned every day. It is not in the area that is most popular amongst turists, but we prefered it that way, besides Uber is affordable. Breakfast was okay, not much variety if you stay for a couple of days, but decent food. Very good value for money.

Superb

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and the size of the room was decent, not massive but not small neither. Not sure why this Hotel is showing as 2star but it is definitely more than a 2* hotel. The best thing was that the were changing out towels daily. Definitely worth staying at Hotel Canada, had a very pleasant experience.

Quietness, close location to supermarket, cafes, metro Saldanha. Staff members were very pleasant and accommodating.

Breakfast was pedestrian but staff members were pleasant and setting was fine, if plain. Some hallway carpets need.to be shampooed.
