Excellent location
Food in the restaurant was excellent
Restaurant staff excellent
Quite a lot!!
Crazy payment system, a luxury hotel that pre- auth, also charges a £200 deposit, and, like in some European cities, this hotel charges a daily "service charge" of about £18 per night. Not only do they pre auth, but they then charge you all over again when you leave and over 10 days later, pre auth still there. The hotel is blaming my bank....yes, of course... eh, no, you placed the pre auth, so you need to release it. Spoke with the manager, who just kept repeating himself and wasn't very helpful. I've never experienced such service at this price point. As a genius level 3 member, I travel a lot but have never taken the time to actually write a review, but these guys are amateur. The receptionist I dealt with was less than professional and found everything I said very funny. Extremely patronising. The rooms are tiny, I stayed in a courtyard room, which was about £400 a night for a tiny room with an enclosed court yard with no natural light bathroom and was very small. As a solo traveller, there was barely enough room for me, and my stuff never mind 2 people. Yoi can also hear every sound from upstairs and outside. Big gaps under the doors. The location is fantastic but far better available for your money. I'd never stay here again. The sad thing is it was recommended to me last year, and i said I'd give it a try. I usually stay 5 mins away in a proper hotel. This is more like a B&B it's tiny about 40 rooms and a 1 person lift. It's also quite tired and needs updating in many places. Overall, the staff were average and not very attentive actually the bed was very good I'll give it that and the location is fab bit honestly where I usually stay is a 5 star down the road and costs approximately the same money for a room twice the size. Bizarrely on a Friday night, me and a colleague were the only 2 people in the restaurant and the bar the sane. Lacks atmosphere, more akin to a funeral home type vibe....

Loved the excellent location. A wonderful birthday celebration with cake and bunting in our room. Thank you so much!
Room size was a little small

Breakfast was served rather than self-service buffet which was a nice change
There was a slight smell of cigars in the foyer in the early afternoon

Friendly staff and good location, that’s all I can say that was good.
Facilities poor, no room service, Restaurant was very dark and drab looking,no atmosphere at all and the bar, we walked straight out of. It was dingy and stank of cigar smoke, not inviting to stay in there and have a drink at all.

The room, staff and facilities were excellent, would definitely stay at the hotel again.
Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel.

Room far too small for 2 people

The hotel staff are responsive. They were so kind to upgrade us to a junior suite when knowing that our room was affected by their renovation project. The distance to the train station is about 15 mins walking.

Good area in a quiet neighborhood.
Small room, forgot our breakfast order on the second day, the lift didn’t work on one occasion, not enough seating available at breakfast time
4.1
Location and lovely staff
Reception basic and little dated, stairs to frontage awkward

This is the first time we took the more expensive Junior Suite Room option which clearly enhanced our stay. As expected, it provided us with more space than other options and was very well organized with everything we required. Also, there was a young member of staff who greeted us and kept careful watch to let us know when the suite would be clean and available as all rooms were late for check-in due to lack of cleaning staff. We waited in the lounge and were offered much appreciated glasses of orange juice. All in all, a marvelous stay. Thank-you!
After the train trip from Paris, we would have appreciated checking into our room on time.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed exploring Marylebone and found it to be lovely district to stay in with lots of nice eating places, shops and things to do. It suited us perfectly and we would definitely use this hotel again.
I can't think of anything that we didn't enjoy.

Great location, great service, great breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

Proximity to shops restaurants and the tube.
The steps up to the entrance quite narrow.

The location of this hotel suited our requirements. The room was a little small than we are used to. There was a lot of noise coming from outside, sounded like workmen carrying out building work. The lighting was very poor in the room and the tea making facilities could have been better. The staff were excellent.
the room was small

Lovely big rooms for London. Great wifi. Great access to Marylebone and Oxford st
No lounge. But the dining room can be used during the day

Room was small and expensive due to BST at Hyde Park, but was perfect for what we needed, great location, and great to come back and have a drink in the bar - wine reasonably priced for London
Room was small, but we got one of the last ones.

The location was great, and easy to get around town. Great restaurants, nearby park, and shops make it even more attractive. The Hotel had a free taxi from the airport which is a real bonus. Sophia at the reception was very professional and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next short trip to London.
The breakfast was average with a very slow service.

This property pleasantly surprised us. Situated in the Marylebone area, a stones throw from Manchester square and a very short walk to Selfridges, it is an ideal location for a stay close to shopping and dinning. we loved the beautiful unsuspecting frontage and the modest yet modern decor. The standard room was a good size and the bathroom was great - the shower was amazing! The aircon in the room actually works which is great. And the windows opened too for some fresh air. All in all, a great stay in a wonderful hotel. Will stay again.
Whilst there isn’t much to dislike about the hotel; if I have to write something it’s that there wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room (we asked for one by phone and it was brought to us). Also, the en suite door is frosted glass and doesn’t offer as much privacy that I would usually like. The glass in the bathroom window isn’t frosted which meant the blinds stayed closed for most of the stay. Minor bits.
