Breakfast very good choice and well cooked and presented
Not enough choice for child
6.0
Good location, modern bathroom, lovely surroundings.
Dirty carpets, aged worn sofa, bed was hard & uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable.
9.0
Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
We had a Lovely room with a large spotless bathroom. The bath was huge and great a walk in shower.
The Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from the cold buffet. The full Scottish breakfast was so tasty!
The location is great lovely scenery and walks and just a shot walk Into town with coffee shops and places to eat.
8.0
Nice big room and good bathroom. Hotel location is perfect for access to the Birks of Aberfeldy, and only a short walk down to the centre of town.
9.0
Comfortable warm room close to reception and facilities
We left early and there was no letterbox on outside of reception to leave our keys and no reply when we repeatedly rang the doorbell. An outside box to leave your keys would have been useful.
Restaurant food not as good as our previous stays
8.0
Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process lovely location.
Some maintenance was required in particular the shower in the master bedroom leaked and some of the heater while functional needed minor repairs

I had been before but I’ve seen a big change especially short of staffing issues.

On arrival I was made to feel very welcome. Room was lovely and clean, and a short walk from reception which suited me. Bed was so very comfortable. Great supply of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I had a very relaxing stay, topped off with a Spa treatment.
Had booked a room with a garden view but was given a view of a busy walkway outside my window. No greenery in sight at all.

View was beautiful
The cottage is in need of some updating. Although requested beforehand linen for sofa bed was not provided. The night porter found us a set.

The staff were all fantastic and the location is ideal. The cottage was very clean and spacious.
The mattress is in desperate need of replacement (we could feel the springs) and the duvet and pillows were a bit tired. All the fixtures and fittings were a bit outdated and wobbly. The shower had very low pressure. There was no cafetière or other facilities for making ground coffee. The cottage was lacking in soft furnishings (i.e. no cushions on the sofa) which made it feel pretty basic. There were no recycling facilities.

Didn't go for breakfast
Reception staff they wanted £25 each for dinner we eat very little so I would not pay that. It says every room gets a bottle of wine there was none in our room

Clean, comfortable, lovely location. Small but good swimming pool.
Decor in cottage was tired and dated

Location is stunning, the birks walk especially. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the cabin was spacious with everything you need.
There was a couple of cosmetic maintenance issues in the cabin. A cracked window and a couple of bathroom tiles.
8.0
Lovely breakfast with a great choice on offer.
The stay was lovely however parts of the room and en-suite need maintained specifically the bedroom carpet which didn't appear to be that clean and the grouting in the shower needs to be repaired and cleaned.

Not much about it
Breakfast was shicking mussed 2 days at my own choice 2nd day no bread took the bacon off the christmas pigs in a blanket and served them as sausages never went for breakfast after that
8.0
Location and facilities.
Dinner had been over cooked in microwave and corners ( lasagne) unable to be cut. Compensation was free coffees.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff in restaurant were great. Room big clean well equipped with good shower
Dinner very poor, sent trout back as tiny portion overcooked and awful. Expensive
Our room was almost basement and below domestic's store so incredibly noisy from squeaky floorboards
Terrible duvets and pillows-cheap synthetic rigid duvets and hard pillows. Overall awful night's sleep
9.0
Comfortable rooms and very good leisure facilities. Short walk to Aberfeldy and also to the Birks. Breakfast had a very good choice, including vegan Breakfast. Staff were always helpful, and Diana gets a special mention for her cheery service during breakfast and evening meal.
Nothing.

We had a very well equipped, comfortable and clean cottage in the grounds of the Moness hotel. There are trees, grass and bushes everywhere, and plenty of birds to listen to, you can see rabbits hopping about. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like logs. There is a lovely woodland footpath into Aberfeldy along the burn, we saw red squirrels. We had 2 good meals in the bar in the evening, lovely staff. Twice a day we used the swimming pool and sauna. I had a lovely facial at the Spa, using the discount as hotel guest.
We did not know we had to switch the water heater on, called the handyman out for it. It would be good to have it pointed out at check in. There is no opportunity for recycling, we had to throw everything in the black bin.
Steam room only worked occasionally, did not get very hot. Hot tub cycle should be shorter, and then not lock out too long before the next cycle.

Scenery from balcony was amazing.
Very dated cottage. Very disappointed with the cottage, not what was advertised.

Our room 110 was an oven!! It was so hot and we couldn’t cool it down even with the windows and door open and bathroom fan on
