Super Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schatten

Fitnessstudio einschließlich Squash Court und Yoga Ecke war das absolute Highlight! Das Personal beim checkout war besonders hilfreich, insbesondere die Herren Taylor und Harry.

Ein Fahrstuhl war über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes außer Betrieb. Das darf in einem solchen Hotel nicht passieren. Dadurch waren die Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl zu lang. Zudem gibt es keinen Schuhputz-Service

confort des chambres rapport qualité/prix très bon propreté de la chambre

personnel parlant peu anglais donc communication difficile les restaurants de l'hôtel ne sont pas adaptés à une clientèle occidentale

Zentral und sauberes Hotel

Das Hotel war gut und sauber. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Die nächste Metro Station war etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Das Hotel war gut aber auch nicht besonders. Guter Durchschnitt. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen.

Helpful staff but poor management. So called 5 stars hotel without room service

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff.

We tried to order food at 22.30 they said room service is not available. How can you claim 5 stars without room service ?

Relatively good location

Definitely the worst 5* hotel I have ever staid in. The staff at the reception spoke very little to no English at all. Communication was almost impossible and very frustrating. Breakfast did not meet the expectations and the room was noisy. Definitely overrated and no value for money.

Big room size, a nice view. The mini bar was OK.

Staff needs training in evaluating visas for foreign guests. It took almost half an hour to check-in. The old carpet smell in our room was not pleasant. The first time I tried to check in, the reception sent me to the old tower, which had rooms with outdated designs, a dingy/musty carpet smell, and a view of the very close wall of the next building, even though the room was advertised with city view. But the receptionist changed my room upon request without any trouble.

room seems to be renovated, comfortable and clean.

lift button is sticky, gym locker is not clean and neat. public area facilities looks really tired and not proper taken care. Front Office staff is not flexible.

Perfect

The hotel is located next to the embassy area in Beijing, which was why we chose the place. It was about 30 min drive from the airport as well as from the South Station. The check in was quick and painless. We were checked in a few hours before the official time, and we were provided with a late check out, no questions asked. Our room was clean, spacious and had a nice view. We had executive lounge access, and I would get that again as dinner is included. The lounge itself is really nice and quiet - a great place to work or relax. It had two workstations (PCs) and a printer, and there was a meeting room on the second floor, all free to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful - thank you all for a great stay. In short: if you can afford it, it's worth every penny (We got it for 1.1k a night, including breakfast).

The bathtub in the room was a little tight and the door was a bit hard to push open. I think the biggest issue was that the sound from the next room was a little too easy to hear. During check in the receptionist claimed that our booking must have been for a different Hilton in Beijing (it wasn't) because the number looked strange to her.

Lovely stay that gave me a good feeling.

I liked the room and the bathtub in the room. Breakfast was superb with such friendly staff.

The card machine did not accept my visa card.
