Absolutely perfect! Location, service, amenities and ambiance, this one has it all!
There was no shower, only a bathtub with a wand, which was a little awkward especially for such a high end experience.

Location was convenient, in centre of town. The outdoor pool was lovely and hot with bubbles, huge indoor pool too. Lift access between floors, friendly staff and complementary taxi services to/from train station.
No shower in room, only bath tub.

Everything - it’s faultless. The staff are incredibly helpful & friendly. It’s everything a hotel should be.

the hotel design, professional staffs, attentive services, the spa facilities, outdoor jacuzzi, warm water swimming pool and breakfast
really nothing but the bathroom was a bit too small for a 5 -star hotel

It all started by entering the hotel’s private tunnel with the transfer vehicle and then taking the lift in the mountain/rock up to the lobby: felt like James Bond. Of all the hotels I have visited, this one has by far the best staff. Everyone took so good care of us and I recommend this hotel if you visit Zermatt. All the facilities are top quality (spa, gym, library, bar, terrace with view on the Matterhorn…) We also loved the dinner at the hotel’s restaurant: go with the chef’s surprise 4-course menu and enjoy every bite! We will remember this weekend and come back for sure. Thank you The Omnia!
We enjoyed everything!

As good as it gets. This boutique hotel provides an array of five star features such as michelin dining, spas, spa treatments, and incredible hospitality. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

the views minus the cranes were impeccable. the cranes due to construction are not their fault and they did forewarn. the food onsite was also magnificent as was the room itself
the amenities were a little bland. they did the best they could with the space but being a 5 star hotel I expected something grander

I loved EVERYTHING in the hotel. From the architecture to the Location, this hotel is superb.
Buuuut what I loved most was the service.
Staff there really is something else.
I had some problems with my train and arrived late, they were able to help me with everything I needed at the moment...the same when I was leaving, they managed to help me FLY over the swiss alps and as I didn't have time to come back to the hotel even made me breakfast to go!
Thank you for making my days PERFECT!
I will definetely bring my family back to The Omnia.

The best hotel i have ever been in. The staff is very nice, the spa is amazing, outside jaccuzy with the view is a dream, a few saunas, towels and water as many as you need, so quiet and beutiful. the room big and beautiful, the view from the terrace is amazing. Even the sleepers are the most cozy i saw in hotels. Breakfast and Dinner are really good. The waitresses uniform is lovely. They think about every little detail, when we left they gave us a box of chocolate!

Very nice facility but it is the staff is what sets Omnia apart. Very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Expensive but truly delicious food. Recommend wine menu with Timo. And the pool is a heaven.
Hard to find any faults. I would like the pool and sauna to stay open longer. But this was a minor issue.

Everything. The service is amazing. They greet you by name, know what room you are staying in, and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. When my wife had a sore throat, they offered to bring up a hot water maker, tea, honey, lemon, and meds. When they saw me later, they also asked to see how she was doing. At breakfast, they made her ginger tea without us asking. The staff are also very knowledgeable about the area, and have actually hiked most of the trails so they can give you real life recommendations. The rooms are well designed, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping catches the small things. For example, they saw that we used a bath matt and a hand towel next to the shower to keep the floor dry (those dang half shower doors. So the next day they left us with two bath mats. Oh, and the complimentary house bourbon! Never, have I ever experienced this.
I wish they had a few more cooked options out for breakfast instead of having to order

Everything!
Nothing to complain about, except for a too short stay.

Excellent breakfast, with an even better view. The staff is exceptionally trained and very focused on their guests. The rooms all have great views and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool and spa are excellent (again, with a fantastic view). Definitely worth a visit, even if only for one night!

Staff made birthday and anniversary celebrations even more special and created life time memories. Suite up grade and decoration touches showed they understood the importance of the occasions. Thank you.
