A very nice hotel in an amazing location

Great location and what more could you ask for than waking up to a view of the ocean. Have stayed here before and would certainly stay again

Saint Jean Cap ferrat is an awesome place to stay around.

Nice Hotel, centrally located and not far walk to centre to have a bite, also walk-in distance to Plage Paloma. Paloma beach which was amazing! Breakfast ok, nice breakfast lady waking up early to preparer stuff! Only downfall is a bit of the communication issue, for parking I don't expect it for free but, wasn't clear that it had a fee, serious 15 euro is nothing, why even charge. second time I asked for a Taxi because no Uber in town, I got a private car which was three times more, I only realised 5 minutes in the ride I didn't see Taxi meter. I don't angry not because of the money, just tell the client that its a private car, because we all know they cost more.

Communication skills. that's it. room was nice and clean.

A wonderful family run hotel, in a stunning central location to St Jean with wonderful staff.

The view, location, pool and staff in particular were fantastic.

We LOVED everything.

Fulfilled our needs perfectly to visit a local relative.

Very friendly staff in all areas.

The only negative comment that I would make is that there was no normal instant coffee available only decaf. My husband cannot drink coffee from the machine in the bedroom.

Did not meet up our expectations

We booked a more expensive room of 17m2 with a large double bed ( 150-160 cm) Our very small room with low ceiling ( room 205) was only 10/11 m2 and there was a small double bed of 140 cm only. The room was very basic . No chairs , a safe on top of the fridge, a small desk and small bed. We paid 253 euro for 1 night. Not what you expect from a boutique hotel, which normally have a nice and unique design. It did not meet up our expectation and their own discription.

Great stay at a lovely hotel. Highly recommend

Room was great with comfy bed. Really clean everywhere and staff were so helpful from before we even checked in. We were able to get into some rooms early and leave our bags in a luggage room as well before that.

Saint jean cap ferrat is a lovely area

The hotel is definitely nothing more than 3 star, for its price it’s probably not worth it

Great location, nice pool and cosy rooms

Very small parking and not enough place for all guests! Have to be booked in advanced. And to find any parking place outside is very tough! Breakfast wasn’t good, long time to wait for hot dishes.

Great hotel, friendly, clean, great facilities.

Great location, friendly staff and great facilities. The pool was clean, plenty of room to sit around the pool. Room was clean and bright with fantastic views.

No lift so a bit tricky if you have a lot of luggage, but we were only there 2 nights and so it was fine.
