Todo excelente, menos restaurante

La limpieza del hotel, la verdad instalaciones super comodas, tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, todo el personal super amable, el area de la piscina mi hija encantada con ella, si vuelvo definitivamente me hospedaria en el mismo hotel.

El unico tema, fue la comida del restaurante la verdad por lo que costaba cada platillo pues consideramos que no lo Valia, el sazon no nos agrado para nada, pedimos unas chilaquiles que decian entomatas para mi hija y preguntamos antes y despues si contenian chile nos comentaron que no, pero pues si picaban entonces mi hija no se las comio, al segundo dia preferimos comer mejor fuera del hotel.

Muy bonito hotel para hospedarse en familia

Me gusto demasiado la alberca, sobre todo el horario, las habitaciones son amplias, tienen buena distribucion y se sienten calidas, en el piso que me hospede en la sala junto al elevador ponen cafe, te, pan y galletas en un horario de 6:00 a 9:00 am y 6:00 a 9:00 pm, tiene secadora y plancha de ropa, la atencion de todos los empleados es excelente... Lo recomiendo demasiado para disfrutar en familia y pareja...

Que las sabanas, cortinas y toallas algunas estan un poco rotas, los muebles son lindos pero algunos tienen algunos detalles, la ubicacion es buena pero seria mejor si estuviera cerca de la playa

Excelente hotel Gamma

Sus instalaciones son muy bonitas, tiene todos los servicios, habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas. Sobretodo lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad de todos sus empleados. Volveremos, nos gustó mucho

Podría haber sido mejor

Me gusto la cercanía que tiene de la zona hotelera y del centro de Ixtapa. Me gusto la limpieza de la piscina.

Que no tiene playa privada, la comida del restaurante le falta un toque mas de sabor en relación a los precios. La coctelería esta mal preparada, no usan los vasos adecuados ni los ingredientes correctos.

Excelente calidad-precio

La limpieza, las instalaciones, la ubicación aunque no está a pie de playa es excelente, aparte el desayuno bufet que manejan es muy bueno y en cuanto a la cálida relación precio en general es muy buena

Al gimnasio le hace falta más variedad de aparatos o cuando menos algún banco de posiciones para el uso con mancuernas

Booking.com rates not honored

The facility is nice and clean. Great pool area especially for children. Security at the street entrance only allows those individuals registred access into the facility.

The Booking.com price reservations were not honored for our four rooms. The male receptionist informed me the price I was given on Booking was "too low" and then proceeded to charge me an extra approximate $75. He said he had to charge me a higher peso amount to make up the difference. I asked for terms and conditions where that was stated but was given none. My group of 11 was exhausted waiting for rooms so I asked for a supervisor while simultaneously trying to call Booking. I never personally got to speak with the supervisor whom the male receptionist called but they failed to honor the Booking.com price. They ended up charging us an extra approximate $22 dollars which I grudgingly paid as 4 members of the group had become physically ill and needed rest. Though the facility was nice, we will never stay there again because of the facility's lack of integrity to honor a contract.

Great stay in Ixtapa.

Spacious, comfortable room. Bed, pillows, shower, all very good. Excellent pool! The restaurant was good for breakfast, you can buffet or order from the menu. Staff are very attentive.

Fair servers really not very knowledgeable about what they are doing,,,tables are not properly set,,,missing condiments a lot of the times I had to search for salt and pepper,,, no toaster no real butter etc.

I have stayed here several times and mentioned the same old things.TV program is terrible, light stands had broken switches and not plugged in the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable because of the hardness, cleanliness is very good..

The perfect get away in the perfect location with even better people.

It was right by everything and made it so easy to walk everywhere! it was very well kept always super clean and had amazing stuff!

The only thing at all that I could complain about was the bed. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on but my fiancé loves a hard bed and he thought it was perfect.

overall good choice if your planning to only stay in the hotel to sleep and use the pool

The pool was great size, the slide is also a good addition for kids

it is close to the beach but it’s still quite a walk to it, the food at the restaurant was okay, except the gamma burger was really good. In addition the Wi-Fi that are meant for your rooms don’t work so you need to connect to the room next to you or above you

Pool could have been cleaner Pool bar not open Buffet food looked unappetising, so I didn't eat there. The hotel room had no hair dryer, the tv remote didn't work, and WiFi wasn't good, no iron and board, plus they charged for the coffee!!! They did then provide me with a hair dryer and tv remote when I complained
