Overall a lovely stay. The hotel has charm. Staff was exceptionally good.

Breakfast was perfect but would have loved it to be included in the price for the room.

Room was too bright in the morning. Woke me up early.

A great place to stay

The privacy - when we arrived, the receptionist saw our dog is quite big so he decided to give us a bigger room with a porch. The sleeping - the bed is very comfy. The location - easily found, lots of transportation options and lots of places you can walk to.

The doors are very narrow.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at the Eden hotel while visiting Haifa. On checking in the staff member was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful historic building and we enjoyed learning of its history, as well as lovely to hear it has been run by 3 family generations. The hosts made sure we were happy and comfortable with our stay and provided us with coffee free of charge in the morning 🙏😊

Adorable hotel in Haifa

Super cute hotel in Haifa. It opened in 1930 but has great modern features like super strong AC and comfy beds. On major bus lines and walking distance to the train. Easy check in, and cold filtered water available anytime!

The bathroom doors had windows from the room into the bathroom which doesn’t allow for much privacy for a young couple.

Pleasant hotel

Easy to find, convenient for public transport, interesting history. Staff are very helpful - the bathroom door had a frosted glass door which let a lot of light into the room at night but staff changed the room to one with a wooden door.

The hotel is in a commercial/residential area so there are very few restaurant options for dinner within easy walking distance. The hotel uses plastic and paper cups and plastic spoons - not very good for the environment.

Pleasant hotel and v helpful staff

Clean and comfortable hotel. Interesting history to the building. Helpful and accommodating staff. Easy to find, convenient for bus routes to bus and train stations and tourist areas in Haifa.

Hotel is in a commercial/residential area so not many restaurant options within easy walking distance in the evening. The room and was much smaller than the picture. The bathroom was very small with nowhere to hang wet towels.

the hotel is located at a junction - it got very loud at night. the windows are not very soundproof.

Great location near the city hall of Haifa, in the interesting old building, very nice room with the balcony. A very nice and pleasant staff.

We expected spa. Hot water was working for the jacuzzi bath, but the motor / bubbles were broken. Plus the clothes closet was a bit small.

we loved it…stayed an extra night!!!

Clean, close to many bus stops and the underground, store near corner, great AC, staff is just fantastic. they were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English .

Making a good first impression means being friendly and having smile on the face. The staff should be welcoming and happy. When I saw the receipt, I realized I was charged with a 17% tax, I'm not an Israeli citizen. She has seen my passport and working visa. I should have checked it first.😔
