The property has great views of amalfi coast & like how breakfast is included. The staff is very friendly
There is a smell in all the rooms and bldg from the bldg being very old. The odor is soo bad, it is hard to breathe. The rooms have ants and spiders. There were ants all over bathroom counter and floor and they made their way to bed as well. Property needs upgrading. Property is over priced.

Hotel is superb. Staff can't be helpful enough. Location is amazing and standard of our room was excellent. Food served in the hotel has to be tried.
Can be a bit pricey for eating and drinking.

It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. We were upgraded to a balcony room with a view of Amalfi. Diego was the best bartender. He was a true mixologist and kept us entertained on rainy days. The staff was so helpful in getting us to Capri when our boat and ferry were both canceled. We absolutely will be returning as soon as we can!

It’s a converted monistary and most unique hotel. They have retained the old yet made it gorgeous. Only bad thing is we had these beautiful views but had to stand up to look out a tiny window. But from restaurant etc., gorgeous.
A walk in shower

Great view and nice hotel grounds. Short walk into Amalfi (few minutes). Breakfast on the terrace each morning was amazing. Nice little touches like gelato around the pool. Comfortable rooms.
For the price per night, it just wasn’t as polished/professional as it should have been.
For example, when we arrived, our bags were supposed to be brought up, they weren’t, we asked again, and eventually had to go get them ourselves. Gym was supposed to open at 8 every morning, but more than once was locked and we had to go find a staff member to unlock. Forgotten coffees at breakfast. Shower was broken when we checked in and had to be fixed. Couldn’t organise transfer/taxi to drop us at Atrani (a couple of min drive) on departure. On their own, nothing too major, but collectively, not what you would expect if paying that much $ per night.

Room view was beautiful , half board restaurant option was well received food is very good and nothing too restricted on menu . Staff all very good and helpful and friendly Quiet and peaceful even when a wedding was on we heard nothing
It’s not a hard walk down the steps to town for the reasonably fit or back up again not a problem quicker than shuttle and will do you far more good !
Nothing really , if used shuttle service a bit slow but that’s due to horrendous traffic

View / location/ breakfast buffet/ concierge Ahmed was outstanding/ gardens /historical ruins and the chapel !!
Good gosh the size of the room and the fact there was no where for putting/ hanging our clothes-it was so ridiculously small that we had to put a suitcase over the bathtub and on 2 chairs so we could access our belongings.

The staff was amazing! Flora went above and beyond and helped me with dinner reservations and other logistical needs while we were there. The views are amazing. The location is perfect.
The cost to stay here was $3800 for 3 nights. For that $ I had hoped for an amazing room. Our room was small and outdated. I would not stay here again due to these factors. Cost and size of room.

It is simply the prime property in Amalfi. The views are incredible and so is the staff. There is a free, regular 3-minute shuttle ride to and from town, the food in the restaurant is exceptional, and the pool must be amongst the top-10 pools in the world.
Absolutely nothing.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Amazing concierge services, great food and convenient shuttle schedules. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back.
We wish the hotel had a bigger gym.
