Money was prioritise over comfort of guests, some staff were extremely rude

Horrible Check in experience overpowered anything we like about this place.

Check in was nightmare as my mum arrived before use and our flight got delayed for more then 7 hours, they didn’t check in over 70 age lady and didn’t like when she fell asleep on there uncomfortable reception chair, she arrived around 6 in evening and was made wait for us as they needs my card all night till we arrived next morning at 4o’clock, when I complained they tried to ignore and just say sorry as according to him he wasn’t made aware of it. They still charged us for that night more than £1k per night ( we stayed for a week). Last day of our trip my brother arrived with his car to pick mum up and heard to Istanbul, lady came threatening him to move car in 5 min or more charges will incur, I was shocked to see such stinginess from this resort ( more about money less about guest comfort , we said he’s here to pick up what’s the rush you got such a big empty ground area, anyway once we paid no staff was around afterwards to help us with our luggage to be put into our shutter until shutter person told one of the person off and he came to help him put luggage in. We go on regular family holidays this place won’t be on my list to take my elderly Mum to ( she was traumatised by them while also worrying about our flight delay caused by engine fault)

المنتجع كبير جدا ويه فعاليات للاطفال كثيرة لاتتوقف يحتوى على اكثر من مرفق جميل الالعاب المائية وقتها طويل وتتمتع بها بوقت اطول

حجزت غرف ستاندر مطله ع الجبل والبحر وموظف الاستقبال اعتقد اسمه هاكام مايبي يكلف نفسه بالبحث عن غرف قريبه من بعضها قام بتغيير حجزي لغرف كومفورت وهي صغير وتكون خارج المبنى الرئيسي وبعيده وقام بتوقيعي على ورقة انني لن اطالب باي مبلغ مالي استرده بسبب تغيير الغرف وعندما اكتشفت ذلك قمت بتغيير المبنى ورجعت لحجزي الاصلي مع منحي غرف متباعده واحده منها مزعجه بسيب تعطل التكييف ، ولازلت افكر اطالب بتعويض من الفندق بسبب ضياع علي يوم كامل ، ، المطعم اصنافه متتوعه ولكن من غير طعم او نكهه وتعرضت للتسمم بسبب اكلهم الغير صحي ، اضف الى ذلك هناك وقت المساء ساعتين لايوجد مكان به سناك قتضطر الى الانتظار لحين ان يفتح موعد العشاء

My experience at [Rixos] was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, especially considering my previous positive experiences at the resort. This time, however, the service was very poor. Firstly, the staff’s behavior was below standard, showing a lack of attention and professionalism. Secondly, the food was extremely subpar and did not align with the quality typically associated with the resort’s hotel chain. Additionally, there was a clear lack of organization during the check-in process, and my luggage was lost for an unacceptable amount of time. This unsatisfactory experience caused a great deal of inconvenience and distress. I hope the resort takes these comments into account to improve their service in the future.

Is not all incluse! DECEVANT

La chambre était correcte bien que la literie non confortable et la piscine en face de notre chambre était de très loin la plus belle et propre Le kids club est très très bien!

All incluse n’inclus pas les restaurants du jamais vu Le buffet ne change quasiment pas du tout! Impossible de ne pas dépenser! La supérette est excessivement cher! Le parc aquatique est une catastrophe très vétuste et pas de piscine! Toboggan atterrir dans l’eau sortir vite! Les serveurs sont (la plupart) très nonchalants! Je pensais qu’ils avaient un problème avec moi mais après discussion avec d’autres français c’était pareil! La literie est très très mauvaise pas digne d’un 5* du tout! Entre 11:00 et 12:30 pas de possibilité de se restaurer pour les leve tard entre 21:30 et 23:30 pas de nourriture non plus! Bref une énorme déception pour un groupe comme Rixos! Plus jamais je reviendrai! L’hôtel est très loin de tout et sachez qu’il faut absolument tout réservé le jour J avant 17H! En réservant vous vous engagé bien que all incluse même pour la navette pour le parc Aquatique LAND of Legends sinon vous payez 50% de la note 👎🏾

the kids facilities.

The hotel is old and need a renovation, it didn't have good ac, either in the lobby was hot,we had 10 rooms ,all had air conditioning problems, that they came and fixed it. the reception staff wasn't helpful we booked standard rooms in main building but they wanted to give us rooms in a far building, the guest service was awful, since Friday they said all a la carte restaurants are full,you have to come on Sunday for booking,when we went at Sunday 8:30 in the morning, they said no,all are full till friday!! in 7 days we couldn't use even one of them.we had 2 birthadys specially a child birthday that wanted to celebrate in hotel as we did in other antalya hotels before ,but they didnt do any thing for us.when i asked to talk to manager they said manager isn't in the hotel!! Thats why the hotel was like that. for late check out they said it is fully booked and no space in hotel,but when the one of the reception staff gave one room to my friend, they gave 7 rooms to us by paying 100€ FOR 4 HOURS .the staff wasn't honest and helpful at all.

Thanks to the hotel staff for giving a room with a higher category, we were comfortable in it, because there was a lot of space. Very nice view from the balcony to the mountains. It was clean. Immediately gave a bed for child with a mattress. The hotel is really focused on children, a lot of activities. A good room for babies with new toys. I really liked that there is a beach for children, where the sand and is not deep, the water is clean and swimming with children is not scary. The only thing is that there are stones in the water. Green territory, many firs and pines, many places where you can lie down in a calm atmosphere on the grass. Clean sea. Very tasty food and sweets, delicious coffee. А lot of meat, fresh fruits and watermelons. The waiters are calm and polite. Good idea with a train that carries around the territory, our son really liked it. Interesting park The Land of Legends, there are many slides, a dolphinarium and cool wave pool.

Sometimes was a bit of noise from the generators and the cafe near.

Satisfied with my stay but the Value of money against the resort facilities is High.

I was impressed by the variety of swimming pools available on the premises. It was delightful to have different options, each with its unique charm. The abundance of pools provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience, catering to various preferences and ensuring there was always a tranquil spot to relax. Furthermore, I was thrilled to discover the many activities available for children. Keeping kids entertained during a vacation can sometimes be challenging, but your resort went above and beyond. The range of activities offered ensured that children of all ages had a fantastic time. I appreciate the effort put into creating an engaging and fun-filled environment for young guests. The dining experience at your resort exceeded my expectations. The food variety was remarkable, with various cuisines and flavours.

I must express my disappointment with the beach area. The presence of small stones and sand made it unsuitable for swimming, which was a significant setback for my family. The suite we were assigned to had an old design and outdated furniture. This aspect didn't meet our expectations, especially when travelling with children. Furthermore, I noticed two different kinds of buildings within the hotel premises. As a first-time visitor, I was unaware of this distinction, and it would have been helpful to have this information available during the reservation process.

The pool areas were good especially the quieter pools away from main area

The rooms never looked properly cleaned no freshness about them. The main bar ( pool area ) poor quality drinks . DJ has only one play set for the younger nothing for over 50s. my wife still Ill ( 7 days) with food poisoning

food was more or less the same every day, where they have visitors from all over, they should for a five star hotel, have Indian, Chinese, etc cuisine within the buffet
