Convenient, but marred by paint smells!

Shuttle was helpful, but badly signed at the airport.

Overpowering smell of paint solvents disturbed my sleep and made the room quite unpleasant.

Best budget hotel

At Premier Inn Dubai International Airport, every interaction with the reception staff felt like meeting old friends. Kamal's warm welcome and Innocent's friendly assistance set the tone for a delightful stay. Winnie Hnin’s professionalism and Bojama's eagerness to help made everything seamless. Joseph’s and Abhijeet’s attention to detail left no room for complaints, and Youssef's charm made every encounter memorable. I wish I could name each of the incredible team members, because they all contributed to a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommend! 🌟

I like the location of that hotel and free shuttle bus service which was good .

I feel like I am in any 1 start hotel i didn't expect this much of bad service .it's looks like to me self service hotel on airport every thing you have to do by your self I was not aware itw self service hotel otherwise I will never stay their , i stay 2 weeks their but I feel that as per room change their is no service even one time I ask for fork and spoon they refused to give . upon departure they even don't have bell boy service in hotel I have to carry my 4 bag by my self with my wife .I never recommend anyone to stay their bcoz of lack of service .

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Dubai International Airport, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The convenience of the location is a major plus, making it an ideal choice for travelers. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Bojamma displayed remarkable professionalism, ensuring that all my needs were met with a warm smile. Kamal was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any inquiries I had. Additionally, Abhijit and Hnin Joseph contributed to a welcoming atmosphere, making my experience even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendliness made me feel right at home. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning, thanks in no small part to the fantastic team at Premier Inn.

Bon hotel avec sa navette.

J'ai utilisé la navette de l'hôtel qui est très pratique pour aller à l'aéroport en 15 minutes.( gratuit) Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien.

Le fait qu'on a eu des chambres communicantes, mais dans l'une d'elle un lit bloque la porte entre les deux, donc inutilisable, dommage.

Perfekt zur Überbrückung von Transferzeiten

Wir hatten 9,5 h von 00:00 Uhr bis 8:30 Uhr zu unserem Weiterflug in Dubai zu überbrücken. Das Hotel war dafür perfekt: Einchecken um 00:30 Uhr kein Problem, Busshuttle zu Terminal 1 u. 3 im 30 Minuten-Takt (24/7), Bus benötigt zum Hotel ca. 10 Minuten, Zimmer perfekt mit 2 Flaschen Wasser, Kaffee, Tee kostenlos, sehr nettes Personal … was will man mehr?

Great value for the price, recommended!

Perfect location to spend a day in Dubai between flights, but I can absolutely imagine a longer stay. Free airport transport 24/7, only 10 mins from Terminal 3. Really clean and quiet hotel, good bar and restaurant. Good breakfast, well balanced between local and continental foods.

Everything was perfect.

Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Great value. 5 mins from airport.

We had to pay for a taxi bc the free shuttle was parked behind a huge bus at the back of the pick up area and we didn’t see it until it drove past us despite us waving it down. The rest of the shuttle area was empty so we found it strange that the driver decided to park behind the only other vehicle there. It was easily missed by two tired people off an 8 hour overnight flight.

Fabulously priced comfy restaurant.

Shuttle bus was every 30 mins to and from airport. Very efficient driver. The 1st staff member at the hotel was not as helpful as the 2nd staff member we encountered when we arrived very early. We knew we had to pay for an extra day but was told would not be able to until 10am but as it turned out I enquired at 9am again and we were able to get a room. Room was very comfortable, ever so quiet as well. My advice would be to book the night before if you are arriving early, the only reason we didnt was I read that if we had not booked in by 4am for the room it would not be available, but this apparently is not true. Buffet breakfast was fabulous from the restaurant. Truly a great hotel and definitely we will stay again on the return trip.
