Beautiful facility, excellent service and amenities
Can’t think of anything

The pools were nice and so was the beach! The lobby and casino get busy at night but it’s good for meeting new people!
Housekeeping didn’t really clean our room properly until I asked reception about it. We didn’t have shampoo or body wash our entire stay until I brought it to their attention. But once brought to their attention they fixed it right away

The property was beautiful and had many options for dining and entertainment.
Everything just seemed overpriced for the value. I wasn’t blown away for the amount of money I spent on a 3 night stay and I nothing was included (food, drinks, etc) in the price. I guess you pay for the beach access and the pools.

It was close to the airport
Our family with 2 young children was marooned in San juan for the night due to travel issues and had to return to San juan airport by 630am. We arrive at 10pm and needed to sleep. We were given a room directly on top of a very active night club and vibrated with the music until 2am. I imagine a handful of the 3rd floor rooms have a similar issue

Well situated. Lots of pools to choose from, some entertainment at night, casino in the hotel! Love that they gave free beach tote bag and free water bottle to fill with water. As well as free sunscreen and after sun gel. The pool staff was really nice, they were always accommodating at the beach and at the pool.
They were short staffed. Front desk Didn’t answer the phone right away…house keeping forgot to clean our room twice. They also did a lousy job when they came to clean. They didn’t put drinks in the mini bar which would have been nice to have available. Also The poolside bar service could have been better.

Dirty and mold everywhere. We complained several times and they didn't even offer to change the room.
Attention to detail was horrible. Ruined my family vacation. Completely disappointed. The customer service was horrible.

The Pools and beach were amazing!
Not one thing - food is a little pricey but expected for this area

Access to beach was on property.
Multiple pools. Easy access to everything from room
Drinks were extremely overpriced. Lobby was very dark

Location with a nice pool and beach
The room really showed wear and tear. The paint was peeling from furniture and walls :( The bathroom was tiny. I would have to shove into a corner just to be able to get into the bathroom and close the door because the door would almost touch the toilet seat when opening and closing. Disappointed

The resort is beautiful and the restaurants are wonderful! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach and pools are pristine and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! The beach and pool staff anticipated our every need and Jaun was particularly helpful and attentive! I accidentally left my fan outside and Kenneth, at the front desk, helped me retrieve it from their lost and found and when I mentioned it was my birthday trip, he had a bottle of champagne, a beautiful slice of cake and a gorgeous fresh fruit plate waiting in our room for us! Ww can't wait to come back!
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Breakfast wasn’t good and for 90$ it wasn’t worth the price ! Was ignored on several occasions after asking for our bill while other guest were given theirs almost immediately after asking. Waited over 20 mins.
With the exception of maybe 3 employees, the staff wasn’t friendly and honestly i felt as if they were discriminatory towards us. We booked the ocean Villa suites and was promised so many accommodations that were supposed to be included. Was expecting better treatment from staff. Was completely ignored at the pool bar which was one of the main attractions of the resort. No one was attentive towards us. Was treated poorly by security and when asked questions pertaining to being a villa guest we were told that certain areas weren’t included in our stay, when in fact they were supposed to be after speaking with management. Our patio furniture was dirty our entire stay, smelled horrible. Service poor, staff seemed angry and not wanting to help. On 3 separate occasions we had to call to the front desk because our key wouldn’t work. When management came to
Assist my fiancé was basically scolded by them saying this was the 3rd time they needed to come assist us as if it was our fault. Due to the rain our room was flooded as well. We almost slipped on numerous occasions. The room was outdated. Our terrace smelled like cat urine which we didn’t utilize at all during our stay. When told to staff nothing was done about it. For $3000 for 4 days was expecting a better experience. This was a celebratory vacation following our engagement.

The pools and beach front at the Fairmont were amazing. with over 4 pools to choose from, you can’t go wrong. The swim up bar is great as well.
The restaurants at the Fairmont were severely overpriced and the food was not great. We are at Cana for dinner and lunch and we’re pretty unsatisfied with the food. The service at these restaurants however was very good. Also, breakfast is steep at $40pp.

the property is really clean and the staff is very attentive.

Breakfast was the usual, not extraordinary, but good. All staff were friendly…. At restaurants, at front desk
Pool waiters weren’t easy to flag down. Rooms could have some touch up paint. Drinks were ridiculously priced.

Breakfast and bar staff were good and friendly
Ocean front villa was low grade, room was dirty around toilet, our patio stared into the hotel next door their gym.

location to airport was amazing! there were a few members of staff that were outstanding but most were non-enthusiastic.
needs updating. Lobby is so dark and does not seem fresh/beachy. Our room was beautiful but finishes were not complete and we had a leak from our ceiling that kept us up at night from the dripping. They also need to sweep the beach for seaweed - it was overwhelming and carried an unpleasant odor.

we loved the pool area and the access to the beach. All the staff we encountered were phenomenal!

Pricing at the restaurants were a bit high. I did not expect our buffet breakfast to be so expensive.

I loved the workout facilities. the room was spacious, bed was uncomfortable, room was stuffy and hot, a/c didn’t work right, staff was rude and very unfriendly, food was just ok, drinks were terrible and the pool was disgustingly filthy. I asked the bellman for a taxi on NYE night and was charged $45 to go to Hilton Caribe, a couple days later called an Uber and it was only $9, so I believe I was scammed by the bellman and taxis working together. Will not return or recommend this place.

Staff was excellent, rooms very comfortable and a great vibe
Food, same breakfast everyday was uneventful. would have expected better food options and was extremely expensive for what is offered
