Un très bon rapport qualité prix

Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute du client et dans l’ensemble c’est propre. Les infrastructures comme la piscine également bien entretenues et l’organisation pour la réservation des transats est très bien faite.

Je trouve que cet établissement est assez bruyant le matin il est compliqué de pouvoir faire une petite grasse mate car le personnel de l’hôtel commence à travailler très tôt vers 7h….

Used to be a good place to stay but has declined over the years. Won’t be back.

Nice location. Decent views from room - if you’re lucky enough to be put in one which has a view.

Noisy. All you can hear is furniture being dragged along floors and doors being slammed while in accommodation.

Great hotel which provides excellent value for money!

We have stayed at this hotel many times! It has undergone quite a bit of refurbishment which was annoying at the time but has improved the hotel! Rooms are really comfortable well equipped and roomy! The pool area can get a little cramped but there are plenty of options to sunbathe! Love the roof top bar! Ate at the pool bar and the restaurant and thought the food was very good! Excellent value for money!!

Bit cramped around the pool area! Golf del sur is not adeje and a number of the restaurants have closed but still have enough options and this resort provides the value for money!

Magnifique séjour au calme

Magnifique hôtel avec de nombreux équipements (boutique avec souvenirs, commerce, restaurant, pool bar, salle de jeux, piscine, jacuzzi etc!). Les logements sont très propres. Nous avons passé un très bon voyage. Équipe à l’écoute et réactive.

The quiet town where the hotel was located.

Decisions made by hotel staff to allocate a room fully equipped for persons with mobility issues, without asking our opinion about it. The bedroom looked as a hospital room, not a friendly place for the kids. Medical, noisy beds on wheels...

Perfect place with all you need.

I loved this place, really nice one bed apartment. Great view at the beach, lots of facilities and restaurant and local shops.

The gym and sauna were not great, usable but not the best. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay

Lekker, maar massaal

Mooi onderhouden complex. Prima keuken, kamers en badkamer. Personeel was behulpzaam. Leuke boulevard om te wandelen/fietsen voor het complex. En een paar steenachtige stranden. Vlakbij bushalte, we hebben de bus een paar keer genomen naar Los Cristianos en El Medano.

Op zich is het een heerlijke accommodatie. Alleen groots en massaal en daar moet je van houden. Je zit niet echt in een levendige omgeving of zandstranden, maar kunt makkelijk de bus (of auto) nemen.

Eerste en laatste keer.

Inchecken duurt veel te lang, het lijkt wel of je een huis koopt. Je moet een borg betalen en dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt in een hotel en het vreemde is dat er niemand met je mee gaat om de kamer te eerst te checken. Één jaar van tevoren zeezicht gevraagd en nog een paar keer een verzoek voor zeezicht ingediend, niet gekregen! We hadden een balkon met zicht op alleen witte muren, verschrikkelijk. Het lijkt alsof alle kamers zeezicht hebben, maar niet dus! Op de website kun je geen zeezicht boeken, dus erop vertrouwd dat we zeezicht zouden krijgen, na alle verzoeken en een verblijf van 10 dagen. Hotel zou naar ons idee aan moeten geven, u krijgt geen zeezicht, dan weet je waar je aan toe bent. Zelfs 1 dag voor aankomst gevraagd en toen wisten zij ook allang dat ze geen zeezicht gingen geven. Als we dit van tevoren hadden geweten dan had ik een ander hotel met zeezicht geboekt. Heb ook aangegeven dat dit heel belangrijk voor ons was. Kunnen ze niet garanderen zeggen ze. Heel vreemd dat wij mensen gesproken hebben die voor maart 2024 een kamer hebben gereserveerd met zeezicht, er wordt dus met 2 maten gemeten. We zouden wel een gerenoveerde kamer krijgen, met schimmels zijn ze vergeten te zeggen. Badkamer is smerig en schimmels. Toiletbril hangt los. Één keer in de 3 dagen een schone handdoek. Er hing constant een rioollucht in de badkamer en in het appartement. Klachten gemeld maar wordt niets mee gedaan. Kortom, nooit meer!!! Is een doorgangshuis, keuken is simpel en alles is goed gebruikt. Eerste dagen geen doekje in de keuken, hebben we maar handdoek van de badkamer gebruikt. Appartement zou voor 4 personen moeten zijn, maar de bank lijkt ons niet iets om langere tijd op te liggen. De zogenaamde members krijgen een voorkeursbehandeling en de “gewone” boekers daar hebben ze niets mee op, dat blijkt uit de onverschilligheid! Hotel hoeft voor ons niet te reageren, je krijgt standaard antwoorden en die kennen we al. ZEER TELEURSTELLEND!!

La scelta giusta per chi cerca buona qualità a prezzi accessibili

La posizione, prezzo, la vista sul mare, i servizi, la pulizia. La struttura è consigliata sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. Le camere sono ampie, pulite e dotate di ogni confort. Nel complesso è presente anche un supermarket con prezzi onesti. Possibilità di fare colazione e pranzo a bordo piscina.

It was a relaxing holiday. The hotel is away from a lot of the busy spots which was what we needed.

Het was zeker oké maar prijs/kwaliteit voor 2 persoons appartement niet in verhouding

- Het verwarmde zwembad, de fijne ligbedden en de zeer vriendelijke Belgische zwembad beheerder. - De restaurants in de omgeving (dichtbij, lekker en goedkoop) - Het gebouw en de gemeenschappelijke tuintjes/terrasjes zien er mooi uit - ruim appartement - personeel was over het algemeen goed gehumeurd en vriendelijk

- Het balkon van het appartement was klein en onbruikbaar doordat de aircobak er stond. Daar werd warme lucht uitgeblazen waardoor het te warm is om er te zitten. - Er hing regelmatig een rioollucht rondom het appartement en dat deel van het gebouw. Dit was de 2e reden waardoor op het balkon zitten niet mogelijk was. - We hadden pech: kluis was niet reset, de airco lekte, de lampen gingen stuk, toilet trok niet goed door. De meldingen werden wel snel opgepakt. Wat we vervelend vonden was dat er 2 dagen nadat de airco gerepareerd was, nogmaals de Technische Dienst langs kwam. Dit was echter onaangekondigd en duurde ruim 4 uur. - Slaapkamer is niet erg donker. Er hangen rolgordijnen waar licht door komt. Op de gang (buiten) knipt steeds het licht aan als er iemand langs loopt en dat schijnt in de slaapkamer. - Het gebouw is groot en best een doolhof om alles te vinden. - Wifi was slecht, met name in het appartement. Bij het zwembad was het wisselvallig. Soms goed, soms niet. Geen probleem, echter werkte 4G ook niet.

Great place, great value

The resort is a great value for the money. All the rooms are specious with balconies and nice views. It's located right on the coast (although there isn't really a beach nearby). I also liked that it's easy to leave the resort and check out restaurants and other places nearby.

Weather was mostly good, pool very busy.

The villa was well appointed, bed comfortable (the whole bed was replaced during our stay - not due to any complaints from us, I think a general refurb). View over the sea lovely. Balcony very small and due to the constant smell of sewage in the vicinity we were not encouraged to sit out on it. Our Villa (No 8) was located just in front of the hotel's sewage treatment plant and I'm sorry to say the smell emanating from here was around all the time. We renamed the villa 'the house at poo corner'. It was very unpleasant. Several people round the pool also complained about the smell. This is unacceptable to expect guests to have to inhale this while they are on holiday. I have seen other people mention this and it seems to be a longstanding problem.

Nice place - relaxing stay, excellent facilities, good value.

What a beautiful resort - excellent restaurant, bar and pool facilities. Low cost on-site parking (7 EU/day). Very nice staff. Spacious room. Walking distance to market and a few bars and restaurants.

Getting around on the property took a little getting used to ... 3rd floor room, reception on 4th floor, parking on 2nd floor ... maybe a map app for the property would help. Nothing else of consequence.

santorini仿希臘幹的白色藍色建築物還是很美的有一些activity可以參與 villa內廚具齊全可以自己煮飯飯店旁邊就有美麗的海景步道可以散步也有沙灘可以去看海也可以看日出這點很棒很近很方便。

1 晚上比較晚的時間抵達服務人員臉臭到爆炸沒有人在門口幫忙拿行李服務人員checkin時可以更友善建築物雖然漂亮但卻錯中複雜 checkin reception的人可以更清楚的告知如何走到房間才是最近的路線 / 奇怪的是隔壁家的服務人員同樣是checkin 卻開心的在請客人喝welcome drink ? 是因為房型不同？總之感覺到非常怪異好像他是客人我不是一樣。 2 我們住的是海濱兩層樓的villa家庭房。好處是廚具都有很方便一樓沙發床也很大可以睡兩個人但需要自己鋪床 villa 房型只有一間房間有被子不解打給reception 被告知可以自己到reception來領取被子大半夜的都那麼累了誰有力氣還走過去領取？隔天領取了被子但卻是沒有被套總之這不是飯店只是酒店式公寓但也沒住過服務那麼爛的酒店式公寓 3 在房間內看到蟑螂 😱😱😱 覺得很害怕很扯打給reception 表示只能最多隔天請清潔人員來噴殺蟲劑

Family holiday

The room was spotless, comfy beds. Sunbed booking system worked really well. Resort had everything we needed, supermarket was very handy. Pool and jacuzzi areas were lovely. Pool bar had good food at reasonable prices. The outdoor bar area was really nice, great cocktails and barraquito coffee, the barman there was excellent. Just out the gate from the pool area was a row of restaurants, a couple of them were excellent.

You had to keep the pool towels for your entire stay, which isn't the cleanest. Other hotels let you swap them daily for fresh ones.

Lovely stay in this beautiful complex.

Beautiful, spotless clean apartment with double balcony. Equipped with everything neede for a self catering holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Having to book loungers by the pool as a don’t like to use them all day and don’t now when I want to swim or use a lounger in advance.

Really nice resort that gives you a greek feeling

We needed a stay close to the airport in the south and found a great deal for two nights. We were surprised to see how nice the whole resort is done with many palm trees and other plants inserted between the white and blue buildings. the whole complex has a greek feel to it. We also booked a spa for one hour where we privately enjoyed two jacuzzis and a sauna.

The pool can get quite busy and it's a family resort so if you're two adults without kids you might find it not ideal however, it wasn't a problem for us.

Prima voor een nacht of twee maar een hele vakantie zou ik er niet verbrengen.

De appartementen zijn weliswaar een beetje klinisch ingericht, ze zijn ruim, hebben alles wat je nodig hebt, en ze zijn schoon. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel (en groot). Airco top. Wat die kamers betreft dus echt prima. Zeker voor de prijs. Er is een supermarktje. Een restaurant, enz. Alles echt goed doordacht.

Ten eerste de geur. Het stinkt beneden bij het zwembad, de poolbar, de bar, bij de supermarkt en in het restaurant overal naar riool. Het was overal schoon maar het stonk op de beneden etages. Dat wil je dus echt niet. Ten tweede gaat het zwembad al om 18 uur dicht. Veel en veel te vroeg!!! Het eten in het restaurant was deels echt matig. Pizza met slappe bodem en veel te veel kaas. Vis was wel goed! Het restaurant personeel verstond amper Engels waardoor we twee gerechten verkeerd geserveerd kregen. Eeuwig op de rekening gewacht. Allemaal niet heel erg maar voor een groot hotel toch een beetje gek. Vooral dat het bediend personeel slecht Engels verstaat.

Bien, quitando dos cosas repetiria

La piscina super bien, la habitacion contaba con lavavajillas que eso es un punto muy a favor

Las crias de cucarachas en la habitacion, se enteinde que una o dos puedan salir por la zona pero tantas.. Luego que para entres tengas que dejar el deposito de 100€ o si no no te dan las llaves, o que te cobren 3€ pornla toalla de piscina…
