Increíble estancia en Bilbao ❤️

La habitación era amplia, al igual que el baño. Todo estaba nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto. La cama era grande y cómoda, hemos podido descansar muy bien! El desayuno buffet tenía gran variedad tanto de comida como de bebida. El personal siempre ha estado atento a cualquier necesidad. El centro queda aproximadamente a 10-15 min a pie. Si volvemos a Bilbao, sin duda repetiremos, y lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares. Muchas gracias por todo!

Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Abends kann man auch sehr lecker im Restaurant essen und das zu fairen Preisen.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche könnten auch mal erneuert werden.

Excllent, first rate hotel.

This is a first class hotel with wonderful staff and great facilities. The beds are super confortable and the bathroom huge. The parking is very convenient under the hotel and in the reception area is a lovely cafe with excellent coffee and snacks where you can have a light breakfast or a snack and a drink any time of the day. The waiting staff are first class.

The only criticism we have, is that the evening meal we had in the restaurant did not live up to all the other facilities in this hotel.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen

Ein kleiner Fußmarsch an einer viel befahrenen Straße und man ist in der Altstadt. Allerdings gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Für den Rückweg zu später Stunde ist ein Taxi zu empfehlen. Schöne, große und moderne Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Frühstück reichlich und reichhaltig. Große Auswahl.

Although grateful for my room upgrade, I found the hotel a touch disappointing.

I was grateful to Lucia on Reception who upgraded my room and ensured that my request for a room with a bath was met.

The location of the hotel was frustrating in that it was a long way from the Intermodal, where I arrived in the city, and the hotel was neither in the city centre nor near the airport. I was quoted 53 Euros on Booking.com for a taxi from the Bus Station to the hotel but I found a taxi outside the Intermodal who took me there for 11 Euros. To get from the hotel to the airport without taking a taxi (30 Euros) meant waiting for two buses. When to change buses was far from clear. Luckily, I had plenty of time to get the two buses, and found the connecting bus stop thanks to asking a friendly Spanish lady. In the room, small aspects had not been thought through for the guest: first, you could not turn off or down the very bright overhead light when in the bath; second, the shampoo and shower gel were out of reach when in the bath; and third, the shower door and the bathroom door clashed. As with so many hotels, picking the right light switch was a lucky dip and the TV was unusable without a guide.

Limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. Amplitud de la cama y habitación.

Quizás mi torpeza, pero no pude subir/bajar volumen de la TV. El mando a distancia no está diseñado para facilitar está tarea. Jjjj. Hasta que pregunte en recepción. Es mi única queja si se le puede llamar de alguna forma. Todo lo demás impecable. Repetiremos.

Bestes Hotel für einen Bilbao Aufenthalt

Das Personal des Hotels ist super freundlich, sehr toll! Das Frühstück ist einfach umwerfend und jeden Cent Wert!! Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar, für alle die nicht gerne Laufen, die Busstation ist direkt vor der Eingangstür. Für uns das beste Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Bilbao :)

Thee zetten met het water uit een nespresso apparaat vind ik niet zo lekker. Aangrenzende badkamer van de buren slecht geïsoleerd qua akoestiek. Vreselijk warm in de kamer. Het restaurant voor diner niet goed, kwalitatief niet en qua personeel niet. Leek wel of ze er geen zin in hadden

Excelente opción en Bilbao, cerca del Casco viejo

Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas, las camas espectaculares y el baño muy moderno. Muy amble todo el personal. No contratamos el desayuno buffet pero desayunamos a la carta, muy buena calidad y el precio muy razonable. Todo mucho mejor de lo que esperaba.

Recomendable en cuanto a comodidad

La atención del personal, amplitud y comodidad de la habitación, sobre todo de las camas.

El secador de la habitación cuando lo utilizas unos minutos deja de funcionar. Faltaba una butaca o perchero más para apoyar las cosas, siendo dos personas, solo una butaca es insuficiente. El mini frigorífico de la habitación calentaba más que enfriaba. El precio del desayuno demasiado elevado. Sí es cierto que la ubicación está algo retirada del centro andando. Puedes coger metro a 10 minutos andando, aunque el camino es bastante irregular y cansado.

Agradecidos con el hotel

Nos gustó todo el hotel en general. Poder viajar con nuestra perrita y que nos acojan de esta manera tan bonita. Se agradece Poder recorrer el casco viejo y pasear con la gastronomía del lugar. Esa tosta de jamón ibérico que tenéis en la cafetería está brutal. El kit de bienvenida para mascotas con sus chuches y la pelota. Muchas gracias por todo. 🫶

el personal estuvo dividido entre personas muy serviciales/amables y personas que no demostraron vocación de servicio y hasta desinterés por resolver nuestras solicitudes. Falta de mantenimiento en el cierre de la cabina de ducha, se inundaba el baño.

La ubicación es cercana al casco antiguo y el pabellón Arena Miribilla. En la misma puerta del hotel parada de bus. La habitación sencilla pero muy confortable, destacando la limpieza. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de los empleados y los pequeños detalles en la recepción como el servicio de Té.

Cercania con el centro. El parking y las zonas comunes. El desayuno muy bueno. La television de la habitacion es buenisima y ademas tiene Netflix gratis.

Very nice hotel with a fabulous breakfast

Like everybody says: THE BREAKFAST. I had never had such a huge buffet with so many options to eat and drink. The restaurant space is also very big with nice views and decoration. The hotel itself is very nice, I could sleep very well. Even though I could hear some other guests, I would say the sound isolation was fine. There are many plus points about this hotel that would make me come again in the future.

We had no electricity one night (very late!), but I was so tired that I just fell asleep. It didn't bother me much.
